Guys, it doesn't wring! I don't know if I received a defective product but it leaves the cloth full of water. I sent it back

My initial rating was 1 star because I had been thinking about buying it for a long time, so when I finally decided, my expectations were high and that's why my disappointment was huge during the first tries. However, I'm coming back because I want to give a fairer rating since I realized over time the mistakes I made in the way I handled it. So, the things I improved to get a better result are the following. 1) You don't press the handle downwards during wringing, you just touch it lightly to keep it in place while it spins. 2) You press the pedal gently and repeatedly 5-6 times without reaching the end of its travel so it doesn't get stuck. Also, I should emphasize that the material of the mop is very good.

Quite a good set and indeed it is better than a simple mop and bucket. It doesn't fill you with optimism that it will last long, especially the pedal, but so far (1 month) it's just fine. Emptying it is a bit strange as it has to be emptied from the corner.

after about six months of use I am not at all satisfied, it leaves a lot of water and once the floor dries it looks full of stains. especially on wood, over time it can cause damage. big disappointment

Excellent mop that helps a lot, with two negatives. Its cost and the fact that it covers a small area because it is small in size. In general though, excellent for my needs.

First of all, the mop, no matter how much detergent you put in the bucket, leaves soap residue especially if you go to a wall corner or some obstacle and clean it with a little more force, it leaves soap residue. Also, the mechanism you press to wring it out, firstly every time it sounds like it's breaking and additionally it started sticking down after a while and I have to press it up with my foot to release it and then press it to wring it out and the same thing happens again from the beginning. Also, I can't say that the cloth cleans the slightly more stubborn difficult stains very well. The 'cheap' mops did a better job than this one. What a waste of money

Quite satisfied! A tip for those who say that water splashes on their feet: When you dip it in the water, water enters the holes on the top part. So, you should first tilt it so that the water drains out faster and then proceed with wringing. Also, make sure that all the mop's yarn is inside the wringing system and none is sticking out.

I was not satisfied... generally when you press to drain, water splashes onto your foot... also if the bucket is not full of water, then during draining the whole bucket shakes. Finally, I put the cloth in the washing machine and okay, it got clean but don't think it became like new

The mop does not drain water with the spin system sufficiently, remaining very wet. This is not ok for wood floors.

Trash, broke after 5 uses, there are no spare parts. I wonder how it sells. Back to the traditional immortal bucket.

It drains the mop well and easily! It also works with regular mops. Large and lightweight bucket.

nothing like the previous model that lasted me 8 years.. it feels fake and the pedal makes noise as if it's breaking.. bad product now!

Its shape is convenient as it reaches corners and the fact that it is machine washable, however, I expected that due to the wringing system it would mop the floor drier.

While the bucket and the pedal are just fine, and the mop dries quite well, unfortunately the hairs that may have remained on the floor do not come off and do not leave the mop no matter what. You have to sit and do a proper hair removal. Therefore, in the next mopping, they follow like a tail.

I hadn't discovered the other model with the rectangular mop, which I am thinking of buying as I had used a similar one in the past.

Since I broke up, I use it every day many times. Very good. Especially that buzzing sound it makes all around is amazing. It's not good for stone but it makes the tile perfect

I have been using this mop for many years, since it first came out. I wouldn't change it for anything and I can't imagine mopping with any other kind of mop. The only downside is that over time the pedal breaks and I buy a new one about every year and a half. Although the cost is significant, I still think it's worth it and I continue to replace it whenever it breaks. I make sure to always buy it when I find it on a 40 to 50% discount - which happens quite a few times during the year.

very good purchase!!! Whatever I say is not enough. Personally, it has made things much easier for me. The floor dries very quickly and it naturally goes under furniture because of its handle!!! I even clean the tiles on the bathroom wall without struggling for a long time.!!

I am excited. Mopping has become a piece of cake. BUT the mop is not easy to clean and needs to be changed regularly, and the replacement is very expensive.

Unacceptable quality. Even when the gears were new, they did not work well. Within three months, the spin function could no longer operate. Overpriced, low-quality product.

This set has completely changed the mopping game. The automatic wringing and ergonomic design make the job much easier and faster. I'm not going back to the old ways!

wasted money. from the very first time I bought it, the handle broke, also every time I try to mop the sponge comes off from underneath. and the bucket has a problem, when you step to wring it out the pedal (as it's called) stays down... I should have bought a simple, classic one for 1 euro that never breaks!!!

Everything is fine, but did they really think about this handle before including it?
It keeps unscrewing and while I'm mopping, I have to keep screwing the handle back on.
Other than that, it's a mop that doesn't require effort to wring out.

The product is effective but unfortunately there are no spare parts in case the handle breaks off from the base. Over time, it develops rust from the water and breaks. I would prefer something that has spare parts available!

Favorite product... !!It makes mopping much more effective. Firstly, it dries much faster, it's like wiping with a damp cloth, practically it's like "dusting" the floor. It shakes off a lot of dust into the bucket during wringing so you don't feel like you're carrying dirty water with you every time you dip it in the bucket. Also, you can easily clean door frames, even walls, cabinets, windows, by easily changing the heads. The heads can also be washed in the washing machine.
