    Due to poor construction, it is incredibly noisy. Difficult adjustment and menu that if not done correctly can be dangerous. For example, it can burn more pellets than it can handle.
    The heat is surface heat that warms the air.
    In the store where I maintain, I had bought an Italian one that is a dog, simple in operation, and silent. It also has porcelain around it that heats up the space.
    I made the mistake of preferring Greek for my home, I bought this particular one admittedly at half the price and I regretted it miserably

    Bad construction - the metal of the door was crooked, resulting in the door not fitting properly and emitting smoke until I realized it and straightened it out - but most importantly, very noisy (75db) and nonexistent support. I don't know if the noise is a problem specific to mine or generally to the company, but despite countless calls to the factory for the past 11 months, no one is dealing with my problem.. Stay away!
