Purchased for use as an electric pot. Heating food, boiling pasta, sautéing vegetables, rice, soups, frozen foods, etc... Attention! In the photos the device looks small, but it isn't. It easily serves up to three people. As a comparison, it fits a whole package (1 kilo) of ready frozen food, e.g. green beans, briam, etc... A package of Marata green beans in oil with all the instructions' accessories was perfectly cooked in 35 minutes! Essentially, it is an electric hob on which the removable non-stick pot sits. The inner pot goes in and out easily (very convenient for washing) and is extremely lightweight (nothing like regular pots). I would have liked it to have heat-resistant handles or at least a removable handle. It's not just a slow cooker with low Watt consumption. It goes up to 1350Watt with a rotary switch for selecting intensity and is particularly fast since the inner pot doesn't lose heat from the sides. It has an illuminated switch that flashes depending on the selected cooking intensity. The lid is glass. Overall, it seems to be very well made, even though it's very light. It has instructions in Greek/English, is Made In China, and is from the company Imarfex, model TC-35MX with the Greek TNS logo. Dimensions: Device diameter 30cm, height 14cm. Inner pot diameter 29cm, depth 8.5cm. Cable length 120cm. I take the obvious for granted, e.g. using wooden or silicone kitchen utensils and washing the inner pot with a soft sponge and always with "love"... The only negative I've found is that it makes my old pots useless...ha! ha!...I hope the device lasts and doesn't develop any problems, so for now 5 stars...and we'll see.
