Cardasis Tsipouro without anise, is the primary distillate of the marc from the black Muscat of Tyrnavos variety. The first fractions of the distillation (heads) and the last (tails) are removed.

The main body (heart) is redistilled slowly at a low temperature. Thus, the distillate retains the aroma and character of the grape from which it originates.

Serve neat at 12-15°C. It is accompanied by a variety of earthy appetizers from Greek cuisine such as meat with spicy sauce, village sausage with peppers, spicy pickled salads, etc.
