Δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει. Αλλά από τις φρουτωκρεμες που κάνω είναι πολύ αποτελεσματική. Αν πχ βρείτε ένα ψιλό γυάλινο δοχείο που να έρχεται ακριβώς ίσα ίσα με το ράβδος τότε νομίζω ότι θα έχετε τα smoothies που θέλετε.
