I have had the air conditioner for about a month. I have only used it for heating so far. In a unified space (living room-kitchen) of 40-45 square meters with very good insulation and new windows, on the top floor with a tiled roof. I set it to automatic mode at 20 degrees and eco mode. It actually starts at 1.6kw - 1.8kw and in less than 20 minutes it gradually drops to around 900w. I have a meter inside the panel and I can directly see the power consumption. The outdoor unit makes no noise, especially when I installed the rubber bases that were included with the air conditioner, I really can't tell if there is a unit there. Now, for the indoor unit, if you start increasing the intensity, it will make some noise, but it is tolerable in turbo mode.
Pay great attention to the generator function (Gen), it adjusts the power (Amber absorption) of the air conditioner to three different levels: 30%, 50%, and 70%. Essentially, it changes the 18,000 BTU unit to either 12,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, or 5,000 BTU, depending on the option you choose.
I think the 18,000 BTU unit I have is really good for its price. I bought it for €640.00 with a 10-year warranty. Be careful because not all units come with a 10-year warranty. Only those associated with the Turnikioti group. Check the Turnikioti website for details.
Now let's move on to the more high-tech features (as my mother says).
WIFI... A painful story. I also bought the adapter (wifi module - €40.00) and installed it myself. By lifting the card-board of the air conditioner under the front plug, you will see a naked slot that says WIFI on the bottom (on the board). That's where you connect the plug from the wifi module. The process is described in the manual that comes with it. If you follow it, you will be able to connect your air conditioner to your mobile phone. The process is as follows:
- Set your home wifi router to only 2.4GHz. Turn off the 5GHz if possible.
- Download the intelligent AC or TFIAC application (the first one is better - it has a nicer menu).
- Register in the application and reach the option to add a device.
- Activate Bluetooth as well.
- Press the add device button and follow the instructions.
- Check if the light on the wifi module is blinking.
- Activate the air conditioner in cool mode.
- Press the display or eco mode button six times.
- You will hear a distinct sound and the wifi module will turn off.
- It will activate on its own and display CF (RESET WIFI) on the air conditioner screen.
- At this point, the application should find the air conditioner and there will be some processes on the screen until it reaches 100%.
- The first "PP" means "searching the router".
- The second "SA" means "connected to the router".
- The third "AP" means "connected to the server".
Immediately after that, you will see the air conditioner on your devices. Do not touch anything until the process is complete.
Be very careful because there is a QR code inside the air conditioner manual or on the wifi module that is needed to activate the application. Without it, you can't do anything.
I hope I helped. I am including some photos that include both air conditioners I have. If you find it difficult or can't do it, try using another device and create a new account in the application. When I changed my phone, my account didn't work, so I created a new one on my wife's phone and everything worked fine. *update 8/22: I really haven't encountered any problems. It is very good and powerful in cooling. It performed excellently throughout the whole summer. Be careful where you place it, the position where it blows the air is very important for such air conditioners... Το κλιματιστικό το έχω περίπου έναν μήνα. Το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μόνο για θέρμανση προς το παρόν. Σε ενιαίο χώρο (σαλόνι-κουζίνα) 40-45 τετραγωνικών με πολύ καλή μόνωση και καινούργια παράθυρα-κουφώματα, τελευταίος όροφος με κεραμοσκεπή. Το βάζω αυτόματη ένταση στους 20 βαθμούς και eco mode. Πραγματικά ξεκινάει στα 1,6kw - 1,8kw και σε λιγότερο από 20 λεπτά πέφτει σιγά σιγά και πάει κοντά στα 900w. Έχω μετρητή μέσα στον πίνακα και βλέπω απευθείας την κατανάλωση ρεύματος. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν κάνει καθόλου θόρυβο ειδικά όταν έβαλα και τις λαστιχένιες βάσεις που ήταν μέσα στο κλιματιστικό πραγματικά δεν καταλαβαίνω αν υπάρχει μονάδα. Τώρα για την εσωτερική, αν αρχίσεις και ανεβάζεις ένταση λογικά και θα ακουστεί, στο turbo κάνει θόρυβο ανεκτό όμως.
Μεγάλη προσοχή στην λειτουργία γεννήτριας (Gen) κατεβάζει σε τρία διαφορετικά επίπεδα την δυναμική (απορρόφηση Amber) του κλιματιστικού. Σε 30%, 50% και 70%. Ουσιαστικά τι κάνει το κάνει: το 18αρι που έχω εγώ το κάνει 12000btu ή 9000btu ή 5000btu ανάλογα την επιλογή που θα κάνετε.
Νομίζω το 18αρι που έχω είναι υπερβολικά καλό για τα λεφτά του. Το πήρα 640,00€ με εγγύηση 10 χρόνια. Προσοχή γιατί δεν έχουν όλοι την εγγύηση των 10 χρόνων. Μόνο τα συνεργαζομενα με τον όμιλο Τουρνικιωτη. Δείτε στο site του Τουρνικιωτη για λεπτομέρειες.
Τώρα πάμε στα πιο high tech (που λέει και η μάνα μου).
WIFI... Πονεμένη ιστορία. Εγώ έχω πάρει και τον αντάπτορα (wifi module - 40,00€) και τον εγκατέστησα μόνος μου. Σηκώνοντας την κάρτα-πλακετα του κλιματιστικού κάτω από το μπροστινό φισακι θα δείτε μια γυμνή υποδοχή που από κάτω (πάνω στην πλακέτα) γράφει WIFI. Εκεί συνδέεται το φισακι από το wifi module. Η διαδικασία περιγράφεται στο manual που έχει μέσα. Οποίος την ακολουθήσει ΔΕΝ θα έχει συνδεδεμένα τα κλιματιστικα με το κινητό του. Η διαδικασία είναι άλλη:
-βάζουμε το wifi router του σπιτιού μας μόνο σε 2,4Ghz. Κλείνουμε αν μπορούμε το 5Ghz.
-download την εφαρμογή intelligent AC ή TFIAC. (Καλύτερα την 1η εφαρμογή-έχει πιο ωραίο menu)
-Κάνουμε εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή και φτάνουμε στην επιλογή προσθήκη συσκευής (add device).
-ενεργοποιουμε και το Bluetooth.
-πιέζουμε το add device και ακολουθούμε τις οδηγίες.
-ελέγχουμε ότι αναβοσβήνει το λαμπάκι στο WIFI module.
-ενεργοποιούμε το κλιματιστικό στο κρύο (cool mode).
-πιέζουμε 6 φορές το πλήκτρο display ή eco mode.
-ακούγεται χαρακτηριστικός ήχος και σβήνει το wifi module.
-ενεργοποιείται μόνο του και γράφει στην οθόνη του κλιματιστικού CF (RESET WIFI)
-εκεί λογικά η εφαρμογή θα βρει το κλιματιστικό και θα γίνουν στην οθόνη του κάποιες διαδικασίες μέχρι να φτάσει στο 100%.
-1η «PP» σημαίνει «searching the router»
-2η «SA» σημαίνει «connected to the router»
-3η «AP» σημαίνει «connected to the server»
Αμέσως μετά θα δείτε το κλιματιστικό στις συσκευές σας. Δεν πειράζουμε τίποτα μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία.
Μεγάλη προσοχή χρειάζεται γιατί υπάρχει ένα QR code μέσα στο βιβλιαράκι το κλιματιστικού ή πάνω στο wifi module που χρειάζεται για την ενεργοποίηση της εφαρμογής.
Χωρίς αυτό δεν κάνετε τίποτα.

Σε περίπτωση που σας δυσκολέψει ή δεν τα καταφέρνετε, αλλάξτε καμιά συσκευή και κάντε νέο λογαριασμό στην εφαρμογή. Και εμένα μόλις άλλαξα κινητό ο λογαριασμός μου δεν λειτουργουσε, έφτιαξα νέο στο κινητό της γυναίκας μου και όλα μια χαρά. Έκανα share τις συσκευές σε εμένα και πάλι ξαναεχω τα κλιματιστικά στο κινητό.
*update 8/22: πραγματικά δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κανένα πρόβλημα. Και στην ψύξη είναι πάρα πολύ καλό και δυνατό. Ολόκληρο το καλοκαίρι τα πήγε περίφημα. Προσοχή που θα το βάλετε, έχει μεγάλη σημασία σε τέτοια κλιματιστικα η θέση που ρίχνει τον αέρα...
Από κατανάλωση ενέργειας σε γενικές γραμμές είναι πολύ καλό, κόβει εύκολα (εννοω ρίχνει πολύ την κατανάλωσή του) στους 28 βαθμούς που το βάζω (φυσικά παίζει ρόλο και το σπίτι - εμένα είναι καινούργιο)

Cheap construction, you can't call it silent, we mainly use it for heating, I wouldn't say it produces very warm air, we haven't tried it for cooling yet, so I have no opinion. Generally, compared to other TCL air conditioner models I have, this one seems to fall short.

Το κλιματιστικό είχε αγοραστεί στα 339 ευρώ και είναι στη κατοχή μας περίπου 3μιση χρόνια, τοποθετημένο σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν έχει παρουσιάσει το παραμικρό σε επίπεδο βλάβης, καθαρισμός γίνεται κάθε χρόνο. Το λειτουργούμε αρκετά το καλοκαίρι ακόμα και για ύπνο και το χειμώνα οπότε κάνει αρκετό κρύο. Συνέχεια αναμμένος είναι ο ιονιστής, η ECO λειτουργία και το iFeel. Σε επίπεδο απόδοσης οποιαδήποτε εποχή είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με νορμάλ θερμοκρασίες στο χειριστήριο ενώ η πολυκατοικία σαν σύνολο είναι παλιά. Ο θόρυβος επίσης είναι σε αρκετά χαμηλό επίπεδο και δεν μας δυσκολεύει στον ύπνο. Χρήσιμη η λειτουργία επίσης του timer όπου κοιμάσαι και το βάζεις μετά από 1 ή 2 ή όσες ώρες θέλεις να κλείσει μόνο του. Ο λογαριασμός έρχεται πάντα με μικρή χρέωση προς τα πάνω αν και είναι υποκειμενικό πόσο το καις, πόσο είναι η κιλοβατώρα εκείνη την περίοδο κτλ, το σημαντικό είναι ότι όντως δεν καίει. Προτείνεται ειδικά στη τιμή του σίγουρα.

It was purchased in the fall of 2022 through a changing device. It was placed in a 10sqm bedroom. It is quite good at heating and good at cooling. The indoor unit is quiet only in sleep mode and occasionally makes noise like a cricket. The outdoor unit is not particularly loud. The problem is that it never stops even when it reaches the desired temperature. I would not recommend it.

Το έχω λίγο καιρό και μέχρι στιγμής είμαι ικανοποιημένος. Δεν κάνει θόρυβο ούτε η εσωτερική αλλά κυρίως ούτε η εξωτερική μονάδα. Μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις τις περσίδες του αέρα πάνω κάτω και αριστερά δεξιά. Το αγόρασα για την ψύξη δωματίου και κάνει καλή δουλειά. Απο κατανάλωση θα δείξει στο λογαριασμό αλλά αφού είναι inverter πιστεύω θα ειμαι οκ. Βασικό πλεονέκτημα ότι η TCL δίνει εγγύηση 10 χρόνια με την προυπόθεση ότι κάνεις κάθε χρόνο το service. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό διαθέτει σύνδεση με wifi και μέσω του app της TCL μπορείς να το ελέγχεις από όπου και αν είσαι.

Πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό, κάνει πολύ λίγο θόρυβο μέσα-έξω, βγάζει κρύο αέρα άμεσα στην ψύξη, στη θέρμανση θέλει ένα λεπτό περίπου. Δουλεύει άψογα εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Και είναι και πολύ οικονομικό.
It concerns the TCL PRO III 12,000 BTU model. It belongs to the new models and they haven't released it yet as far as I have seen on the websites. It was purchased for 405 euros. I found it on the official website of the company. It really deserves much more. Perhaps the best "investment" I have made. In a moderately insulated room, it cools immediately. The room, because it has large windows and the sun hits it all day, becomes a "greenhouse". I thought the air conditioner wouldn't be able to "cool it down". And yet !!! At night, in sleep mode, it is completely silent and the Eco options, mainly the health option, turn the room into a spa !!!!
Αφορά το μοντέλο TCL PRO III 12.000 BTU. Ανήκει στα καινούρια μοντέλα και δεν το έχουν βγάλει ακόμη απ όσο έχω δει στα σάιτ. Αγοράστηκε στα 405 ευρώ. Το βρήκα στο επίσημο σάιτ της εταιρείας. Πραγματικά αξίζει πολύ περισσότερα. Ίσως η πιό καλή "επένδυση" που έχω κάνει. Σε δωμάτιο μέτρια μονωμένο ψύχει αμέσως, το δωμάτιο επειδή έχει μεγάλες τζαμαρίες και όλη μέρα το χτυπάει ήλιος γίνεται "θερμοκήπιο" Πίστευα πως το κλιματιστικό δεν θα κατάφερνε να το "κρυώσει". Κι όμως !!! Το βράδυ σε λειτουργία sleep mode είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο και οι επιλογές Eco κυρίως όμως η επιλογή health μετατρέπει το δωμάτιο σε δωμάτιο σπα !!!!
It was purchased for the price of €400 about a month ago and it was worth every penny. Now that it has dropped to around €380, it's a gem. So far, it has only been tested for heating, where it heats up my bedroom quite quickly. The only negative is that I haven't been able to connect it to the TCL app yet.

Προς το παρόν έχει δοκιμαστεί μόνο σε θέρμανση όπου θερμαίνει το υπνοδωμάτιο μου αρκετά γρήγορα. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν έχω καταφέρει να το συνδέσω με την εφαρμογή της TCL ακόμη.
Very good, quiet, economical, works in a 40sqm space, cools the room quickly in the summer, performs well in heating, I haven't had it for long in the cold, for now the room is warm. I believe it's worth it!
Πολυ καλο, αθορυβο, οικονομικο, δουλευει σε 40τ.μ γρηγορη ψυξη του χωρου το καλοκαιρι, στη θερμανση καλα τα παει δεν το χω πολυ καιρο για δω στα κρυα, για την ωρα ειναι ζεστος ο χωρος. Πιστευω αξιζει!
It was purchased at the beginning of summer and so far it is very good in cooling... it quickly lowers the temperature... quiet on the low setting and in sleep mode... the i feel feature is also very good... wherever you have the remote control, it shows the temperature you have set... I have placed it in a hallway and it cools the room across 15m and the hallway 15m very well.

I bought a 12,000 BTU air conditioner for a high-ceilinged north-facing room without insulation, and it worked wonderfully for heating. It quickly warms up the room with the door closed. I don't have an opinion on the energy consumption as I didn't measure it. In sleep mode during the summer, it consumed 5 kWh in 8 hours. The only negative thing I found is that it is a bit noisy when heating. In cooling mode, you don't hear anything in sleep mode. I don't have an opinion on the wifi because I'm not interested
Αγόρασα ένα 12αρι για ψηλοταβανο βορεινό δωμάτιο χωρίς μόνωση και στην θέρμανση δούλεψε υπέροχα. Ζεσταίνει το δωμάτιο πολύ γρήγορα με κλειστή την πόρτα πάντα. Από κατανάλωση δεν έχω άποψη καθώς δεν το μέτρησα. Το καλοκαίρι στο sleep mode μου έκαιγε 5kwh στις 8 ώρες. Το μόνο αρνητικό που βρήκα είναι ότι στην θέρμανση είναι λίγο θορυβώδες. Στην ψύξη στο sleep mode δεν ακούς τίποτα. Για το wifi δεν έχω άποψη γιατί δεν με ενδιαφέρει
I have had the air conditioner for a year now without any particular issues with its functionality. The truth is that when I first bought it, the very next day I contacted them to say that the mechanism that moves the blinds left and right is not working. The response was that in this model there is only a mechanism for up and down movement, the rest is manual. Also, when I needed to select the warm air, the corresponding icon was not on the remote control!!! I laughed at that, but eventually, there was an answer that I had to take out and put back the batteries and press (I don't even remember exactly) a button on the remote control. This only happens once in the beginning and maybe when you need to change the batteries. Compared to the older 24,000 BTU unit I had (non-inverter), it lacks a lot in terms of warm air, I would rather describe it as lukewarm. In the end, you get what you pay for!
Το κλιματιστικο το έχω έναν χρόνο τώρα χωρίς να έχω κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα στη λειτουργεία του. Η αληθεια είναι ότι όταν το πρωτογόρασα την αμέσως επόμενη κιολας ημέρα επικοινωνησα για να πω ότι δε λειτουργεί ο μηχανισμός που κινεί δεξια αριστερα τις περσιδες. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι σε αυτό το μοντέλο υπάρχει μηχανισμός μονο για κινηση πανω κατω, το άλλο χειροκινητα. Επίσης οταν χρειάστηκε να επιλέξω το ζεστό αερα δεν υπηρχε το αντιστοιχο εικονιδιο στο κοντρολ!!! εκει εβαλα τα γέλια αλλα υπηρξε τελικα απάντηση οτι πρεπει να βγουν και να ξαναμπουν οι μπαταριεςκαι σε χρόνο dtνα πατησω (ουτε θυμαμαι τι ακριβως) καποιο κουμπι στο κοντρολ. Αυτο συμβαινει μονο μια φορά στην αρχη και ισως οταν χρειστει να αλλαξεις μπαταριες. Σε σχεση με το παλαιοτερο 24αρι που είχα(οχι inverter) υστερει παρα πολυ στο ζεστό αερα, θα τον χαρακτήριζα μαλλον χλιαρο Τελικά ότι πληρώνεις παιρνεις!!!
As a machine amazing. The one star is lost due to an issue with WiFi. The adapter was purchased extra and installed. However, the air conditioner never connected. If someone managed to do it, please tell us how, because no matter what I searched, read, and tried, it didn't work.
Σαν μηχάνημα εκπληκτικό. Το ένα αστέρι το χάνει λόγω θέματος με WiFi. Ο αντάπτορας αγοράστηκε έξτρα κ τοποθετήθηκε. Το κλιματιστικό δε συνδέθηκε ποτέ όμως. Αν κάποιος το κατάφερε τέλος πάντων ας μας πει πως, γτ ότι κ αν έψαξα, διάβασα κ δοκίμασα δεν έπιασε..
Very good machine so far. I have had it for about 10 days. I haven't used it for cooling yet. You can adjust the fan to be almost silent... but even at the highest levels, the noise is satisfactory... and I'm talking about the 24000btu... smart functions, nice design... As for whether it is economical, I still don't know, but it is definitely compared to the older ones.

Δε το εχω χρησιμοποιησει ακομα στην ψυξη..Μπορεις να ρυθμισεις τον ανεμιστηρα ωστε να ειναι σχεδον αθορυβο...αλλα ακομα και στα πιο πανω επιπεδα ο θορυβος ειναι ικανοποιητικος.. και μιλαω για τα 24000btu...εξυπνες λειτουργεις, ωραιο design..Για το αν ειναι οικονομικο ακομα δεν γνωριζω αλλα σιγουρα ειναι σε σχεση με τα πιο παλια...
Very economical, okay in heating. However, despite what the manufacturer states, the machine does not have an ionizer. It has filters that are called ionization filters, but it does not have the component that produces negative ions in the space and gives you the feeling of a clean atmosphere.
It does not have Wi-Fi by default, you have to pay 30 euros for the TCL Wi-Fi kit and it requires installation. Those who have bought it have told me bad things about it, it either doesn't connect or disconnects very often.
If you want an ionizer and Wi-Fi, check out the Toyotomi models.
Πολυ οικονομικο, οκ στην θερμανση, Ομως παρολο που το αναγραφει ο κατασκευαστης,το μηχανημα δεν εχει ιονιστη. Εχει φιλτρα που τα αποκαλει φιλτρα ιονισμου αλλα δεν εχει το εξαρτημα που σου παραγει τα αρνητικα ιοντα στον χωρο και σου δινει την αισθηση της καθαρης ατμοσφαιρας.
Wifi by default δεν εχει πρεπει να δωσεις 30 ευρω για το wifi kit της tcl και θελει εγκατασταση, οσοι το εχουν παρει μου εχουν πει κακα λογια δεν συνδέεται η και να συνδεθει αποσυνδεεται πολυ συχνα.
I bought it (12,000 BTU) for cooling a 10m2 room. Very good! However, when I needed it for heating after 6 months, it was a disappointment! It blows lukewarm air and doesn't warm up the space as it should! That's why I give it fewer stars!!!
Το πήρα (12αρι) για ψύξη για δωμάτιο 10μ2. Πολύ καλό! Όταν όμως το χρειάστηκα μετά από ένα 6μηνο για θέρμανση, πιάσαμε πάτο!!! Βγάζει χλιαρό αέρα και δεν ζεσταίνει το χώρο όπως θα έπρεπε! Γι αυτό και του κόβω αστερακια!!!
Purchase of a 12,000 BTU (30 sqm) and a 24,000 BTU (80 sqm) in a detached house with only insulation (so there are significant losses). I installed them in spaces with higher demands than what the manufacturer recommends. I am generally satisfied with the value for money they offer, keeping the spaces consistently at 21 degrees - tested only for heating.
Update regarding the dealership:
I proceeded to order another one. The store, like the others (with official dealership papers), has been waiting for the dealership to send them goods for 1 month now. Very poor logistics, which may be affected by the current situation, but all other companies are readily available.
Αγορά ενός 12αριού (30 τμ) και ενός 24αριού (80 τμ) σε μονοκατοικία μόνο με υγρομόνωση (οπότε αρκετές απώλειες). Αρκετά δυνατά μηχανήματα και τα έβαλα σε χώρους με μεγαλύτερες απαιτήσεις από αυτά που προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής. Είμαι γενικά ευχαριστημένος από το value for money που προσφέρουν κρατώντας τους χώρους σταθερά στους 21 βαθμούς - δοκιμασμένα μόνο για θέρμανση.

προχώρησα σε παραγγελία ενός ακόμη. Το κατάστημα όπως και τα υπόλοιπα (με χαρτί επίσημης αντιπροσωπείας) περιμένουν από την αντιπροσωπεία να τους στείλει εμπόρευμα εδώ και 1 μήνα. πολύ κακά logistics που ίσως επηρεάζονται από τη τρέχουσα κατάσταση αλλά όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμες.
We have had it here for a year now and we have been trying to figure out what's wrong with the TCL air conditioner because it displays e9 and P0 where we have it working. They came to see it and told us that it was a mistake from the technician who installed it (he was not their employee). We paid the company that came to check our air conditioner and yet this problem continues. We still contact the company and their technician comes to see it. We have told them that we have a one-year-old baby at home and we only rely on this air conditioner for heating, but it seems like they didn't give it much importance.
Το έχουμε εδώ κ ένα χρόνο προσπαθούμε να βγάλουμε ακρη με την tcl τι γίνεται με το κλιματιστικό γιατί βγάζει e9 κ P0 εκεί που το έχουμε να δουλεύει . Είχαν έρθει να το δουν μας είπαν ότι ήταν λαθος απ τον μάστορα που μας τ πέρασε (δν ήταν δικός τους εργαζόμενος ) πληρώσαμε την εταιρία που ηρθαν να δουν τι γίνεται με το κλιματιστικό μας .κ ακόμα συνεχίζεται αυτό το χαλι με τ κλιματιστικό . Παίρνουμε την εταιρία ακόμα έρχεται ο δικός τους μάστορας να τ δει . Τους έχουμε πει ότι έχουμε ενός έτους μωρου στ σπίτι κ ζεσταινόμαστε μόνο με αυτό αλλά απ τι φαίνεται δν το έδωσαν κ πολύ σημασία.
It was installed in May 2021 in a 40 sqm studio, and so far I have been absolutely satisfied with the cooling. Minimal noise and even lower power consumption. I will come back if I use it for heating. *Update 8/12/2022 Guys, heating is a breeze too! Very economical...!

I have had it for three months and I am generally very satisfied, it cools the whole house (50sqm). The only thing I noticed is that in auto mode it makes some strange cracking noises every few seconds. Overall, though, very satisfied.

I bought the 12-seater for a large living room that normally required an 18-seater. I bought it now, in June 2021. It performed excellently during the heatwaves. I didn't expect it. It's small, quiet, and very economical. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

The biggest heatwave of the decade forced me to purchase this specific air conditioner for my living room kitchen, which is about 40 square meters. I chose the 18,000 BTU model. So far, it's been working great, really quiet... It cools the space relatively quickly, but I don't have an opinion on its heating capabilities yet... The installation was done by the book to ensure the 10-year warranty is valid... Overall, it has left me satisfied and I will come back for more information when I use it for heating.
Ο μεγαλύτερος καύσωνας της δεκαετιας με ανάγκασε να προχωρήσω στην αγορά του συγκεκριμένου κλιματιστικού για σαλόνι κουζίνα 40τμ περίπου. Επέλεξα το 18άρι. Μέχρι τώρα τα πάει περίφημα, πραγματικά αθορυβο... Ψύχει τον χώρο σχετικά γρήγορα, για θέρμανση δεν έχω αποψη...Η εγκατάσταση έγινε by the book για να ισχύει η 10ετης εγγυηση... Γενικά με έχει αφήσει ικανοποιημένο και θα επανέλθω για περισσότερες πληροφορίες όταν θα το βάλω στο ζεστό..
I got a 9 for the bedroom and a 12 for the living room and I am very satisfied... They are both perfect in the cold. I don't know about the heat yet, but I assume they will be perfect there too. ☺️☺️☺️

12, it was installed last year in a high-ceilinged holiday home on an island, with good wall insulation but wooden frames that are quite noisy...it is used exclusively for cooling, where a single living room-kitchen space of about 60 square meters cools easily and very quickly with the use of turbo...internally, there is a little noise from the fan in turbo mode, none in normal operation...externally, it is also almost silent...excellent value for money...I highly recommend it...
12αρι, τοποθετήθηκε πέρσυ σε ψηλοταβανο εξοχικό σε νησι, με καλή μόνωση τοίχων αλλά ξύλινα κουφώματα που μπαζουν αρκετά...χρησιμοποιειται αποκλειστικά για ψυξη, όπου έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλονι-κουζινα περίπου 60 τετραγωνικά, ψύχει εύκολα κ πολύ γρήγορα με τη χρήση turbo...εσωτερικά, λίγος θορυβος από ανεμιστήρα σε χρήση turbo , καθόλου σε νορμάλ λειτουργία...εξωτερικά επισης σχεδόν αθορυβο...εξαιρετικό vfm ...το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα...
Affordable machines in the "mid-range" category of air conditioners! I bought an 18,000 BTU unit for a 45 sqm room and a 12,000 BTU unit for an 18 sqm room in a house with moderate insulation and a rooftop terrace. I have been using them for a year. The two rooms are directly connected and I have both units operating at the same temperature. During the winter, they were constantly set at 22 degrees Celsius and performed satisfactorily. However, in temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, I needed a heater. But this only happens in Athens for about 20 days a year, so I don't consider it a problem. Now, for use in the countryside with harsh winters, you might need more expensive solutions... In the summer, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius outside, they cool the house effortlessly when set at 28 degrees Celsius! They are completely silent, and I'm not sure if there is actually an ionizer because when I press the function on the remote control, I don't see any indication of it on the air conditioner's panel. Nevertheless, even with the activated carbon filters, the air is very clean and not dry! Finally, I should mention that TCL units have a flaw in the circuit board, as happened with my 12,000 BTU unit after the first month of use. However, the retailer is aware of this and replaces it immediately without any charge. So, combined with the 10-year warranty, it is a good purchase... And as for energy consumption? 70 euros per month with both units running throughout the winter!
P.S. After using it for a second winter, I want to correct that with regular filter cleaning (once a month), the unit performs well even at lower temperatures.
Τιμια μηχανηματα στην <<μεσαια>> κατηγορια των κλιματιστικων!Αγορασα ενα 18αρι για δωματιο 45 τμ. και ενα 12αρι για δωματιο 18τμ. σε σπιτι με μετρια μονωση και ταρατσα απο επανω.Χρηση ενας χρονος.Τα δυο δωματια επικοινωνουν αμεσα μεταξυ τους και τα εχω και τα δυο σε λειτουργια στην ιδια θερμοκρασια.Τον χειμωνα ηταν συνεχως αναμμενα στους 22 βαθμους με ικανοποιητικη αποδοση.Σε θερμοκρασιες ομως κατω των 5C χρειαστηκα καλοριφερ.Αυτο ομως στην Αθηνα συμβαινει για 20 μερες τον χρονο,οποτε δεν το θεωρω προβλημα.Τωρα για χρηση σε επαρχια με βαρυ χειμωνα,μαλλον παμε σε πιο ακριβες λυσεις... Το καλοκαιρι με 40C εξω,δροσιζουν το σπιτι για πλακα ρυθμισμενα στους 28 βαθμους!Ειναι εντελως αθορυβα και δεν ξερω αν υπαρχει οντως ιονιστης,γιατι ενω παταω την λειτουργια στο τηλεκοντρολ δεν βλεπω καμμια ενδειξη λειτουργιας στο πανελ του air condition.Παντως και με τα φιλτρα ανθρακα ο αερας ειναι καθαροτατος και δεν ειναι ξηρος!Τελος να αναφερω οτι τα tcl παρουσιαζουν ενα ελαττωμα στην πλακετα,οπως συνεβη και στο δικο μου 12αρι μετα τον πρωτο μηνα χρησης,ομως στον Τουρνικιωτη το γνωριζουν αυτο και στην αλλαζουν αμεσως,χωρις καμμια επιβαρυνση.Οποτε σε συνδιασμο με την 10ετη εγγυηση ειναι μια καλη αγορα...Και απο καταναλωση?70 euro τον μηνα με ανναμενα και τα δυο μηχανηματα ολο τον χειμωνα!
Υ.Γ. Υστερα απο χρηση για 2ο χειμωνα θελω να διορθωσω οτι το μηχανημα με συχνο καθαρισμο των φιλτρων(1 φορα τον μηνα) αποδιδει μια χαρα και σε μικροτερες θερμοκρασιες.

With my old air conditioner (from 2000), it took at least 15 minutes to achieve ideal cooling in the same room that is now achieved in 5 minutes with the TCL. Previously, I needed earplugs to sleep with my old air conditioner. With the TCL, I sleep comfortably without any annoying noise.
To έχω εδώ και μία εβδομάδα και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Με το παλαιό μου κλιματιστικό (τεχνολογίας 2000) απαιτούνταν τουλάχιστον 15' για να επιτευχθεί ιδανική ψύξη στον ίδιο χώρο που τώρα επιτυγχάνεται σε 5' με το TCL. Παλαιότερα χρειαζόμουν ωτοασπίδες για να κοιμηθώ με το παλαιό μου κλιματιστικό. Με το TCL κοιμάμαι άνετα χωρίς πρόβλημα ενοχλητικού θορύβου.
Cheap construction, you can't call it silent, we mainly use it for heating, I wouldn't say it produces very warm air, we haven't tried it for cooling yet, so I have no opinion. Generally, compared to other TCL air conditioner models I have, this one seems to fall short.
Φτηνη κατασκευή, αθορυβο δεν το λες, το χρησιμοποιούμε κυρίως για θέρμανση, δεν θα λεγα πως βγάζει πολυ θερμό αερα, στην ψυξη ακομη δεν το δοκιμάσαμε, οπότε δεν εχω αποψη.Γενικα σε σχέση με άλλα μοντέλα αιρκοντίσιον της tcl που εχω, μάλλον το συγκεκριμένο υστερεί.
The air conditioner was purchased for 339 euros and has been in our possession for about 3 and a half years, installed in a bedroom. It has not shown the slightest sign of malfunction, and cleaning is done every year. We use it quite a bit in the summer even for sleeping and in the winter when it gets quite cold. The ionizer, ECO mode, and iFeel are always on. In terms of performance, we are satisfied with normal temperatures on the remote control in any season, while the building as a whole is old. The noise level is also quite low and does not disturb our sleep. The timer function is also useful, allowing you to set it to turn off automatically after 1, 2, or however many hours you want while you sleep. The bill always comes with a slight increase, although it is subjective how much you use it, how much the kilowatt-hour is at that time, etc. The important thing is that it really doesn’t consume much. It is definitely recommended, especially at its price.
Το κλιματιστικό είχε αγοραστεί στα 339 ευρώ και είναι στη κατοχή μας περίπου 3μιση χρόνια, τοποθετημένο σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν έχει παρουσιάσει το παραμικρό σε επίπεδο βλάβης, καθαρισμός γίνεται κάθε χρόνο. Το λειτουργούμε αρκετά το καλοκαίρι ακόμα και για ύπνο και το χειμώνα οπότε κάνει αρκετό κρύο. Συνέχεια αναμμένος είναι ο ιονιστής, η ECO λειτουργία και το iFeel. Σε επίπεδο απόδοσης οποιαδήποτε εποχή είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με νορμάλ θερμοκρασίες στο χειριστήριο ενώ η πολυκατοικία σαν σύνολο είναι παλιά. Ο θόρυβος επίσης είναι σε αρκετά χαμηλό επίπεδο και δεν μας δυσκολεύει στον ύπνο. Χρήσιμη η λειτουργία επίσης του timer όπου κοιμάσαι και το βάζεις μετά από 1 ή 2 ή όσες ώρες θέλεις να κλείσει μόνο του. It was purchased in the fall of 2022 through a changing device. It was placed in a 10sqm bedroom. It is quite good at heating and good at cooling. The indoor unit is quiet only in sleep mode and occasionally makes noise like a cricket. The outdoor unit is not particularly loud. The problem is that it never stops even when it reaches the desired temperature. I would not recommend it.

Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη μόνο στο sleep και ανά περιόδους κάνει θόρυβο σαν να έχει γρύλο. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν ακούγεται ιδιαίτερα. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν κόβει ποτέ ακόμα και όταν πιάσει την επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία. Δεν θα το σύστηνα.
Τα κλιματιστικά inverter συνήθως μειώνουν την ισχύ τους, δηλαδή την απόδοση. Για παράδειγμα αν βάλεις στο τηλεχειριστήριο 22 βαθμούς και το δωμάτιο φτάσει στους 20 με 21 βαθμούς μειώνουν τις στροφές γιατί στην αρχή δουλεύει στο φουλ, στη θέρμανση. Αυτό ισχύει;;;;;
Θα μπορούσε κάποιος κάτοχος του συγκεκριμένου μοντέλου (9000btu) να με ενημερώσει αν το τηλεχειριστήριο έχει φωτιζόμενη οθόνη. Για να βοηθήσω σε παλαιότερο μοντέλο της εταιρείας με άλλου τύπου τηλεχειριστήριο αυτό συνέβαινε κρατώντας πατημένο για 5 δευτερόλεπτα το πλήκτρο display.

I have had the air conditioner for about a month. I have only used it for heating so far. In a unified space (living room-kitchen) of 40-45 square meters with very good insulation and new windows, on the top floor with a tiled roof. I set it to automatic mode at 20 degrees and eco mode. It actually starts at 1.6kw - 1.8kw and in less than 20 minutes it gradually drops to around 900w. I have a meter inside the panel and I can directly see the power consumption. The outdoor unit makes no noise, especially when I installed the rubber bases that were included with the air conditioner, I really can't tell if there is a unit there. Now, for the indoor unit, if you start increasing the intensity, it will make some noise, but it is tolerable in turbo mode.
Pay great attention to the generator function (Gen), it adjusts the power (Amber absorption) of the air conditioner to three different levels: 30%, 50%, and 70%. Essentially, it changes the 18,000 BTU unit to either 12,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, or 5,000 BTU, depending on the option you choose.
I think the 18,000 BTU unit I have is really good for its price. I bought it for €640.00 with a 10-year warranty. Be careful because not all units come with a 10-year warranty. Only those associated with the Turnikioti group. Check the Turnikioti website for details.
Now let's move on to the more high-tech features (as my mother says).
WIFI... A painful story. I also bought the adapter (wifi module - €40.00) and installed it myself. By lifting the card-board of the air conditioner under the front plug, you will see a naked slot that says WIFI on the bottom (on the board). That's where you connect the plug from the wifi module. The process is described in the manual that comes with it. If you follow it, you will be able to connect your air conditioner to your mobile phone. The process is as follows:
- Set your home wifi router to only 2.4GHz. Turn off the 5GHz if possible.
- Download the intelligent AC or TFIAC application (the first one is better - it has a nicer menu).
- Register in the application and reach the option to add a device.
- Activate Bluetooth as well.
- Press the add device button and follow the instructions.
- Check if the light on the wifi module is blinking.
- Activate the air conditioner in cool mode.
- Press the display or eco mode button six times.
- You will hear a distinct sound and the wifi module will turn off.
- It will activate on its own and display CF (RESET WIFI) on the air conditioner screen.
- At this point, the application should find the air conditioner and there will be some processes on the screen until it reaches 100%.
- The first "PP" means "searching the router".
- The second "SA" means "connected to the router".
- The third "AP" means "connected to the server".
Immediately after that, you will see the air conditioner on your devices. Do not touch anything until the process is complete.
Be very careful because there is a QR code inside the air conditioner manual or on the wifi module that is needed to activate the application. Without it, you can't do anything.
I hope I helped. I am including some photos that include both air conditioners I have. If you find it difficult or can't do it, try using another device and create a new account in the application. When I changed my phone, my account didn't work, so I created a new one on my wife's phone and everything worked fine. I shared the devices with myself and again I have the air conditioners on my phone.
*update 8/22: I really haven't encountered any problems. It is very good and powerful in cooling. It performed excellently throughout the whole summer. Be careful where you place it, the position where it blows the air is very important for such air conditioners... In terms of energy consumption, it is very good overall, it easily cuts down (meaning it consumes very little) at the 28 degrees I set it to (of course, the house also plays a role - mine is new)
Το κλιματιστικό το έχω περίπου έναν μήνα. Το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μόνο για θέρμανση προς το παρόν. Σε ενιαίο χώρο (σαλόνι-κουζίνα) 40-45 τετραγωνικών με πολύ καλή μόνωση και καινούργια παράθυρα-κουφώματα, τελευταίος όροφος με κεραμοσκεπή. Το βάζω αυτόματη ένταση στους 20 βαθμούς και eco mode. Πραγματικά ξεκινάει στα 1,6kw - 1,8kw και σε λιγότερο από 20 λεπτά πέφτει σιγά σιγά και πάει κοντά στα 900w. Έχω μετρητή μέσα στον πίνακα και βλέπω απευθείας την κατανάλωση ρεύματος. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν κάνει καθόλου θόρυβο ειδικά όταν έβαλα και τις λαστιχένιες βάσεις που ήταν μέσα στο κλιματιστικό πραγματικά δεν καταλαβαίνω αν υπάρχει μονάδα. Τώρα για την εσωτερική, αν αρχίσεις και ανεβάζεις ένταση λογικά και θα ακουστεί, στο turbo κάνει θόρυβο ανεκτό όμως.
Μεγάλη προσοχή στην λειτουργία γεννήτριας (Gen) κατεβάζει σε τρία διαφορετικά επίπεδα την δυναμική (απορρόφηση Amber) του κλιματιστικού. Σε 30%, 50% και 70%. Ουσιαστικά τι κάνει το κάνει: το 18αρι που έχω εγώ το κάνει 12000btu ή 9000btu ή 5000btu ανάλογα την επιλογή που θα κάνετε.
Νομίζω το 18αρι που έχω είναι υπερβολικά καλό για τα λεφτά του. Το πήρα 640,00€ με εγγύηση 10 χρόνια. Προσοχή γιατί δεν έχουν όλοι την εγγύηση των 10 χρόνων. Μόνο τα συνεργαζομενα με τον όμιλο Τουρνικιωτη. Δείτε στο site του Τουρνικιωτη για λεπτομέρειες.
Τώρα πάμε στα πιο high tech (που λέει και η μάνα μου).
WIFI... Πονεμένη ιστορία. Εγώ έχω πάρει και τον αντάπτορα (wifi module - 40,00€) και τον εγκατέστησα μόνος μου. Σηκώνοντας την κάρτα-πλακετα του κλιματιστικού κάτω από το μπροστινό φισακι θα δείτε μια γυμνή υποδοχή που από κάτω (πάνω στην πλακέτα) γράφει WIFI. Εκεί συνδέεται το φισακι από το wifi module. Η διαδικασία περιγράφεται στο manual που έχει μέσα. Οποίος την ακολουθήσει ΔΕΝ θα έχει συνδεδεμένα τα κλιματιστικα με το κινητό του. Η διαδικασία είναι άλλη:
-βάζουμε το wifi router του σπιτιού μας μόνο σε 2,4Ghz. Κλείνουμε αν μπορούμε το 5Ghz.
-download την εφαρμογή intelligent AC ή TFIAC. (Καλύτερα την 1η εφαρμογή-έχει πιο ωραίο menu)
-Κάνουμε εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή και φτάνουμε στην επιλογή προσθήκη συσκευής (add device).
-ενεργοποιουμε και το Bluetooth.
-πιέζουμε το add device και ακολουθούμε τις οδηγίες.
-ελέγχουμε ότι αναβοσβήνει το λαμπάκι στο WIFI module.
-ενεργοποιούμε το κλιματιστικό στο κρύο (cool mode).
-πιέζουμε 6 φορές το πλήκτρο display ή eco mode.
-ακούγεται χαρακτηριστικός ήχος και σβήνει το wifi module.
-ενεργοποιείται μόνο του και γράφει στην οθόνη του κλιματιστικού CF (RESET WIFI)
-εκεί λογικά η εφαρμογή θα βρει το κλιματιστικό και θα γίνουν στην οθόνη του κάποιες διαδικασίες μέχρι να φτάσει στο 100%.
-1η «PP» σημαίνει «searching the router»
-2η «SA» σημαίνει «connected to the router»
-3η «AP» σημαίνει «connected to the server»
Αμέσως μετά θα δείτε το κλιματιστικό στις συσκευές σας. Δεν πειράζουμε τίποτα μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία.
Μεγάλη προσοχή χρειάζεται γιατί υπάρχει ένα QR code μέσα στο βιβλιαράκι το κλιματιστικού ή πάνω στο wifi module που χρειάζεται για την ενεργοποίηση της εφαρμογής.
Χωρίς αυτό δεν κάνετε τίποτα.

Σε περίπτωση που σας δυσκολέψει ή δεν τα καταφέρνετε, αλλάξτε καμιά συσκευή και κάντε νέο λογαριασμό στην εφαρμογή. Και εμένα μόλις άλλαξα κινητό ο λογαριασμός μου δεν λειτουργουσε, έφτιαξα νέο στο κινητό της γυναίκας μου και όλα μια χαρά. Έκανα share τις συσκευές σε εμένα και πάλι ξαναεχω τα κλιματιστικά στο κινητό.
*update 8/22: πραγματικά δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κανένα πρόβλημα. Και στην ψύξη είναι πάρα πολύ καλό και δυνατό. Ολόκληρο το καλοκαίρι τα πήγε περίφημα. Προσοχή που θα το βάλετε, έχει μεγάλη σημασία σε τέτοια κλιματιστικα η θέση που ρίχνει τον αέρα...
Από κατανάλωση ενέργειας σε γενικές γραμμές είναι πολύ καλό, κόβει εύκολα (εννοω ρίχνει πολύ την κατανάλωσή του) στους 28 βαθμούς που το βάζω (φυσικά παίζει ρόλο και το σπίτι - εμένα είναι καινούργιο)

Cheap construction, you can't call it silent, we mainly use it for heating, I wouldn't say it produces very warm air, we haven't tried it for cooling yet, so I have no opinion. Generally, compared to other TCL air conditioner models I have, this one seems to fall short.

Το κλιματιστικό είχε αγοραστεί στα 339 ευρώ και είναι στη κατοχή μας περίπου 3μιση χρόνια, τοποθετημένο σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν έχει παρουσιάσει το παραμικρό σε επίπεδο βλάβης, καθαρισμός γίνεται κάθε χρόνο. Το λειτουργούμε αρκετά το καλοκαίρι ακόμα και για ύπνο και το χειμώνα οπότε κάνει αρκετό κρύο. Συνέχεια αναμμένος είναι ο ιονιστής, η ECO λειτουργία και το iFeel. Σε επίπεδο απόδοσης οποιαδήποτε εποχή είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με νορμάλ θερμοκρασίες στο χειριστήριο ενώ η πολυκατοικία σαν σύνολο είναι παλιά. Ο θόρυβος επίσης είναι σε αρκετά χαμηλό επίπεδο και δεν μας δυσκολεύει στον ύπνο. Χρήσιμη η λειτουργία επίσης του timer όπου κοιμάσαι και το βάζεις μετά από 1 ή 2 ή όσες ώρες θέλεις να κλείσει μόνο του. Ο λογαριασμός έρχεται πάντα με μικρή χρέωση προς τα πάνω αν και είναι υποκειμενικό πόσο το καις, πόσο είναι η κιλοβατώρα εκείνη την περίοδο κτλ, το σημαντικό είναι ότι όντως δεν καίει. Ένα από τα χαρακτηριστικά που πραγματικά εκτιμώ είναι η δυνατότητα σύνδεσης με εφαρμογή, που μου επιτρέπει να προγραμματίζω τη λειτουργία του. Μπορώ να το ρυθμίσω να ανοίγει και να κλείνει αυτόματα σε συγκεκριμένες ώρες, αποφεύγοντας έτσι την συνεχή λειτουργία και εξοικονομώντας ενέργεια.

Γενικά, η εμπειρία μου με το TCL Elite Premium ήταν εξαιρετική και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά ένα αποδοτικό και έξυπνο κλιματιστικό για το υπνοδωμάτιο ή άλλους χώρους του σπιτιού.
It was purchased in the fall of 2022 through a changing device. It was placed in a 10sqm bedroom. It is quite good at heating and good at cooling. The indoor unit is quiet only in sleep mode and occasionally makes noise like a cricket. The outdoor unit is not particularly loud. The problem is that it never stops even when it reaches the desired temperature. I would not recommend it.
Αγοράστηκε το φθινόπωρο του 2022 μέσω του αλλάζω συσκευή. Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 10τμ. Είναι αρκετά καλό στην θέρμανση και καλό στην ψύξη. Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη μόνο στο sleep και ανά περιόδους κάνει θόρυβο σαν να έχει γρύλο. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν ακούγεται ιδιαίτερα. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν κόβει ποτέ ακόμα και όταν πιάσει την επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία. Δεν θα το σύστηνα.

I have it for a while now and so far I am satisfied. It doesn't make any noise, neither the indoor nor the outdoor unit. You can adjust the air vents up, down, left, and right. I bought it for room cooling and it does a good job. As for consumption, it will show on the bill, but since it's an inverter, I believe I'll be okay. The main advantage is that TCL provides a 10-year warranty, provided that you service it every year. Additionally, the air conditioner has wifi connectivity and through the TCL app, you can control it from wherever you are.
Το έχω λίγο καιρό και μέχρι στιγμής είμαι ικανοποιημένος. Δεν κάνει θόρυβο ούτε η εσωτερική αλλά κυρίως ούτε η εξωτερική μονάδα. Μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις τις περσίδες του αέρα πάνω κάτω και αριστερά δεξιά. Το αγόρασα για την ψύξη δωματίου και κάνει καλή δουλειά. Απο κατανάλωση θα δείξει στο λογαριασμό αλλά αφού είναι inverter πιστεύω θα ειμαι οκ. Βασικό πλεονέκτημα ότι η TCL δίνει εγγύηση 10 χρόνια με την προυπόθεση ότι κάνεις κάθε χρόνο το service. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό διαθέτει σύνδεση με wifi και μέσω του app της TCL μπορείς να το ελέγχεις από όπου και αν είσαι.
Very good air conditioner, makes very little noise inside-out, immediately releases cold air in cooling mode, takes about a minute for heating. Works perfectly for a year now. And it is also very economical.
Πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό, κάνει πολύ λίγο θόρυβο μέσα-έξω, βγάζει κρύο αέρα άμεσα στην ψύξη, στη θέρμανση θέλει ένα λεπτό περίπου. Δουλεύει άψογα εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Και είναι και πολύ οικονομικό.
It concerns the TCL PRO III 12,000 BTU model. It belongs to the new models and they haven't released it yet as far as I have seen on the websites. It was purchased for 405 euros. I found it on the official website of the company. It really deserves much more. Perhaps the best "investment" I have made. In a moderately insulated room, it cools immediately. The room, because it has large windows and the sun hits it all day, becomes a "greenhouse". I thought the air conditioner wouldn't be able to "cool it down". And yet !!! At night, in sleep mode, it is completely silent and the Eco options, mainly the health option, turn the room into a spa !!!!
Αφορά το μοντέλο TCL PRO III 12.000 BTU. Ανήκει στα καινούρια μοντέλα και δεν το έχουν βγάλει ακόμη απ όσο έχω δει στα σάιτ. Αγοράστηκε στα 405 ευρώ. Το βρήκα στο επίσημο σάιτ της εταιρείας. Πραγματικά αξίζει πολύ περισσότερα. Ίσως η πιό καλή "επένδυση" που έχω κάνει. Σε δωμάτιο μέτρια μονωμένο ψύχει αμέσως, το δωμάτιο επειδή έχει μεγάλες τζαμαρίες και όλη μέρα το χτυπάει ήλιος γίνεται "θερμοκήπιο" Πίστευα πως το κλιματιστικό δεν θα κατάφερνε να το "κρυώσει". Κι όμως !!! Το βράδυ σε λειτουργία sleep mode είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο και οι επιλογές Eco κυρίως όμως η επιλογή health μετατρέπει το δωμάτιο σε δωμάτιο σπα !!!!
It was purchased for the price of €400 about a month ago and it was worth every penny. Now that it has dropped to around €380, it's a gem. So far, it has only been tested for heating, where it heats up my bedroom quite quickly. The only negative is that I haven't been able to connect it to the TCL app yet.

Very good, quiet, economical, works in a 40sqm space, cools the room quickly in the summer, performs well in heating, I haven't had it for long in the cold, for now the room is warm. I believe it's worth it!
Πολυ καλο, αθορυβο, οικονομικο, δουλευει σε 40τ.μ γρηγορη ψυξη του χωρου το καλοκαιρι, στη θερμανση καλα τα παει δεν το χω πολυ καιρο για δω στα κρυα, για την ωρα ειναι ζεστος ο χωρος. Πιστευω αξιζει!
It was purchased at the beginning of summer and so far it is very good in cooling... it quickly lowers the temperature... quiet on the low setting and in sleep mode... the i feel feature is also very good... wherever you have the remote control, it shows the temperature you have set... I have placed it in a hallway and it cools the room across 15m and the hallway 15m very well.

I bought a 12,000 BTU air conditioner for a high-ceilinged north-facing room without insulation, and it worked wonderfully for heating. It quickly warms up the room with the door closed. I don't have an opinion on the energy consumption as I didn't measure it. In sleep mode during the summer, it consumed 5 kWh in 8 hours. The only negative thing I found is that it is a bit noisy when heating. In cooling mode, you don't hear anything in sleep mode. I don't have an opinion on the wifi because I'm not interested
Αγόρασα ένα 12αρι για ψηλοταβανο βορεινό δωμάτιο χωρίς μόνωση και στην θέρμανση δούλεψε υπέροχα. Ζεσταίνει το δωμάτιο πολύ γρήγορα με κλειστή την πόρτα πάντα. Από κατανάλωση δεν έχω άποψη καθώς δεν το μέτρησα. Το καλοκαίρι στο sleep mode μου έκαιγε 5kwh στις 8 ώρες. Το μόνο αρνητικό που βρήκα είναι ότι στην θέρμανση είναι λίγο θορυβώδες. Στην ψύξη στο sleep mode δεν ακούς τίποτα. Για το wifi δεν έχω άποψη γιατί δεν με ενδιαφέρει
I have had the air conditioner for a year now without any particular issues with its functionality. The truth is that when I first bought it, the very next day I contacted them to say that the mechanism that moves the blinds left and right is not working. The response was that in this model there is only a mechanism for up and down movement, the rest is manual. Also, when I needed to select the warm air, the corresponding icon was not on the remote control!!! I laughed at that, but eventually, there was an answer that I had to take out and put back the batteries and press (I don't even remember exactly) a button on the remote control. This only happens once in the beginning and maybe when you need to change the batteries. Compared to the older 24,000 BTU unit I had (non-inverter), it lacks a lot in terms of warm air, I would rather describe it as lukewarm. In the end, you get what you pay for!
Το κλιματιστικο το έχω έναν χρόνο τώρα χωρίς να έχω κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα στη λειτουργεία του. Η αληθεια είναι ότι όταν το πρωτογόρασα την αμέσως επόμενη κιολας ημέρα επικοινωνησα για να πω ότι δε λειτουργεί ο μηχανισμός που κινεί δεξια αριστερα τις περσιδες. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι σε αυτό το μοντέλο υπάρχει μηχανισμός μονο για κινηση πανω κατω, το άλλο χειροκινητα. Επίσης οταν χρειάστηκε να επιλέξω το ζεστό αερα δεν υπηρχε το αντιστοιχο εικονιδιο στο κοντρολ!!! εκει εβαλα τα γέλια αλλα υπηρξε τελικα απάντηση οτι πρεπει να βγουν και να ξαναμπουν οι μπαταριεςκαι σε χρόνο dtνα πατησω (ουτε θυμαμαι τι ακριβως) καποιο κουμπι στο κοντρολ. Αυτο συμβαινει μονο μια φορά στην αρχη και ισως οταν χρειστει να αλλαξεις μπαταριες. Σε σχεση με το παλαιοτερο 24αρι που είχα(οχι inverter) υστερει παρα πολυ στο ζεστό αερα, θα τον χαρακτήριζα μαλλον χλιαρο Τελικά ότι πληρώνεις παιρνεις!!!
As a machine amazing. The one star is lost due to an issue with WiFi. The adapter was purchased extra and installed. However, the air conditioner never connected. If someone managed to do it, please tell us how, because no matter what I searched, read, and tried, it didn't work.
Σαν μηχάνημα εκπληκτικό. Το ένα αστέρι το χάνει λόγω θέματος με WiFi. Ο αντάπτορας αγοράστηκε έξτρα κ τοποθετήθηκε. Το κλιματιστικό δε συνδέθηκε ποτέ όμως. Αν κάποιος το κατάφερε τέλος πάντων ας μας πει πως, γτ ότι κ αν έψαξα, διάβασα κ δοκίμασα δεν έπιασε..
Very good machine so far. I have had it for about 10 days. I haven't used it for cooling yet. You can adjust the fan to be almost silent... but even at the highest levels, the noise is satisfactory... and I'm talking about the 24000btu... smart functions, nice design... As for whether it is economical, I still don't know, but it is definitely compared to the older ones.

Δε το εχω χρησιμοποιησει ακομα στην ψυξη..Μπορεις να ρυθμισεις τον ανεμιστηρα ωστε να ειναι σχεδον αθορυβο...αλλα ακομα και στα πιο πανω επιπεδα ο θορυβος ειναι ικανοποιητικος.. και μιλαω για τα 24000btu...εξυπνες λειτουργεις, ωραιο design..Για το αν ειναι οικονομικο ακομα δεν γνωριζω αλλα σιγουρα ειναι σε σχεση με τα πιο παλια...
Very economical, okay in heating. However, despite what the manufacturer states, the machine does not have an ionizer. It has filters that are called ionization filters, but it does not have the component that produces negative ions in the space and gives you the feeling of a clean atmosphere.
It does not have Wi-Fi by default, you have to pay 30 euros for the TCL Wi-Fi kit and it requires installation. Those who have bought it have told me bad things about it, it either doesn't connect or disconnects very often.
If you want an ionizer and Wi-Fi, check out the Toyotomi models.
Πολυ οικονομικο, οκ στην θερμανση, Ομως παρολο που το αναγραφει ο κατασκευαστης,το μηχανημα δεν εχει ιονιστη. Εχει φιλτρα που τα αποκαλει φιλτρα ιονισμου αλλα δεν εχει το εξαρτημα που σου παραγει τα αρνητικα ιοντα στον χωρο και σου δινει την αισθηση της καθαρης ατμοσφαιρας.
Wifi by default δεν εχει πρεπει να δωσεις 30 ευρω για το wifi kit της tcl και θελει εγκατασταση, οσοι το εχουν παρει μου εχουν πει κακα λογια δεν συνδέεται η και να συνδεθει αποσυνδεεται πολυ συχνα.
I bought it (12,000 BTU) for cooling a 10m2 room. Very good! However, when I needed it for heating after 6 months, it was a disappointment! It blows lukewarm air and doesn't warm up the space as it should! That's why I give it fewer stars!!!
Το πήρα (12αρι) για ψύξη για δωμάτιο 10μ2. Πολύ καλό! Όταν όμως το χρειάστηκα μετά από ένα 6μηνο για θέρμανση, πιάσαμε πάτο!!! Βγάζει χλιαρό αέρα και δεν ζεσταίνει το χώρο όπως θα έπρεπε! Γι αυτό και του κόβω αστερακια!!!
Purchase of a 12,000 BTU (30 sqm) and a 24,000 BTU (80 sqm) in a detached house with only insulation (so there are significant losses). I installed them in spaces with higher demands than what the manufacturer recommends. I am generally satisfied with the value for money they offer, keeping the spaces consistently at 21 degrees - tested only for heating.
Update regarding the dealership:
I proceeded to order another one. The store, like the others (with official dealership papers), has been waiting for the dealership to send them goods for 1 month now. Very poor logistics, which may be affected by the current situation, but all other companies are readily available.
Αγορά ενός 12αριού (30 τμ) και ενός 24αριού (80 τμ) σε μονοκατοικία μόνο με υγρομόνωση (οπότε αρκετές απώλειες). Αρκετά δυνατά μηχανήματα και τα έβαλα σε χώρους με μεγαλύτερες απαιτήσεις από αυτά που προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής. Είμαι γενικά ευχαριστημένος από το value for money που προσφέρουν κρατώντας τους χώρους σταθερά στους 21 βαθμούς - δοκιμασμένα μόνο για θέρμανση.

προχώρησα σε παραγγελία ενός ακόμη. Το κατάστημα όπως και τα υπόλοιπα (με χαρτί επίσημης αντιπροσωπείας) περιμένουν από την αντιπροσωπεία να τους στείλει εμπόρευμα εδώ και 1 μήνα. πολύ κακά logistics που ίσως επηρεάζονται από τη τρέχουσα κατάσταση αλλά όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμες.
We have had it here for a year now and we have been trying to figure out what's wrong with the TCL air conditioner because it displays e9 and P0 where we have it working. They came to see it and told us that it was a mistake from the technician who installed it (he was not their employee). We paid the company that came to check our air conditioner and yet this problem continues. We still contact the company and their technician comes to see it. We have told them that we have a one-year-old baby at home and we only rely on this air conditioner for heating, but it seems like they didn't give it much importance.
Το έχουμε εδώ κ ένα χρόνο προσπαθούμε να βγάλουμε ακρη με την tcl τι γίνεται με το κλιματιστικό γιατί βγάζει e9 κ P0 εκεί που το έχουμε να δουλεύει . Παίρνουμε την εταιρία ακόμα έρχεται ο δικός τους μάστορας να τ δει . Τους έχουμε πει ότι έχουμε ενός έτους μωρου στ σπίτι κ ζεσταινόμαστε μόνο με αυτό αλλά απ τι φαίνεται δν το έδωσαν κ πολύ σημασία.
It was installed in May 2021 in a 40 sqm studio, and so far I have been absolutely satisfied with the cooling. Minimal noise and even lower power consumption. I will come back if I use it for heating. *Update 8/12/2022 Guys, heating is a breeze too! Very economical...!

I have had it for three months and I am generally very satisfied, it cools the whole house (50sqm). The only thing I noticed is that in auto mode it makes some strange cracking noises every few seconds. Overall, though, very satisfied.

I bought the 12-seater for a large living room that normally required an 18-seater. I bought it now, in June 2021. It performed excellently during the heatwaves. I didn't expect it. It's small, quiet, and very economical. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

The biggest heatwave of the decade forced me to purchase this specific air conditioner for my living room kitchen, which is about 40 square meters. I chose the 18,000 BTU model. So far, it's been working great, really quiet... It cools the space relatively quickly, but I don't have an opinion on its heating capabilities yet... The installation was done by the book to ensure the 10-year warranty is valid... Overall, it has left me satisfied and I will come back for more information when I use it for heating.
Ο μεγαλύτερος καύσωνας της δεκαετιας με ανάγκασε να προχωρήσω στην αγορά του συγκεκριμένου κλιματιστικού για σαλόνι κουζίνα 40τμ περίπου. Επέλεξα το 18άρι. Μέχρι τώρα τα πάει περίφημα, πραγματικά αθορυβο... Ψύχει τον χώρο σχετικά γρήγορα, για θέρμανση δεν έχω αποψη...Η εγκατάσταση έγινε by the book για να ισχύει η 10ετης εγγυηση... Γενικά με έχει αφήσει ικανοποιημένο και θα επανέλθω για περισσότερες πληροφορίες όταν θα το βάλω στο ζεστό..
I got a 9 for the bedroom and a 12 for the living room and I am very satisfied... They are both perfect in the cold. I don't know about the heat yet, but I assume they will be perfect there too. ☺️☺️☺️

12, it was installed last year in a high-ceilinged holiday home on an island, with good wall insulation but wooden frames that are quite noisy...it is used exclusively for cooling, where a single living room-kitchen space of about 60 square meters cools easily and very quickly with the use of turbo...internally, there is a little noise from the fan in turbo mode, none in normal operation...externally, it is also almost silent...excellent value for money...I highly recommend it...
12αρι, τοποθετήθηκε πέρσυ σε ψηλοταβανο εξοχικό σε νησι, με καλή μόνωση τοίχων αλλά ξύλινα κουφώματα που μπαζουν αρκετά...χρησιμοποιειται αποκλειστικά για ψυξη, όπου έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλονι-κουζινα περίπου 60 τετραγωνικά, ψύχει εύκολα κ πολύ γρήγορα με τη χρήση turbo...εσωτερικά, λίγος θορυβος από ανεμιστήρα σε χρήση turbo , καθόλου σε νορμάλ λειτουργία...εξωτερικά επισης σχεδόν αθορυβο...εξαιρετικό vfm ...το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα...
Affordable machines in the "mid-range" category of air conditioners! I bought an 18,000 BTU unit for a 45 sqm room and a 12,000 BTU unit for an 18 sqm room in a house with moderate insulation and a rooftop terrace. I have been using them for a year. The two rooms are directly connected and I have both units operating at the same temperature. During the winter, they were constantly set at 22 degrees Celsius and performed satisfactorily. However, in temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, I needed a heater. But this only happens in Athens for about 20 days a year, so I don't consider it a problem. Now, for use in the countryside with harsh winters, you might need more expensive solutions... In the summer, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius outside, they cool the house effortlessly when set at 28 degrees Celsius! They are completely silent, and I'm not sure if there is actually an ionizer because when I press the function on the remote control, I don't see any indication of it on the air conditioner's panel. Nevertheless, even with the activated carbon filters, the air is very clean and not dry! Finally, I should mention that TCL units have a flaw in the circuit board, as happened with my 12,000 BTU unit after the first month of use. However, the retailer is aware of this and replaces it immediately without any charge. So, combined with the 10-year warranty, it is a good purchase... And as for energy consumption? 70 euros per month with both units running throughout the winter!
P.S. After using it for a second winter, I want to correct that with regular filter cleaning (once a month), the unit performs well even at lower temperatures.
Τιμια μηχανηματα στην <<μεσαια>> κατηγορια των κλιματιστικων!Αγορασα ενα 18αρι για δωματιο 45 τμ. και ενα 12αρι για δωματιο 18τμ. σε σπιτι με μετρια μονωση και ταρατσα απο επανω.Χρηση ενας χρονος.Τα δυο δωματια επικοινωνουν αμεσα μεταξυ τους και τα εχω και τα δυο σε λειτουργια στην ιδια θερμοκρασια.Τον χειμωνα ηταν συνεχως αναμμενα στους 22 βαθμους με ικανοποιητικη αποδοση.Σε θερμοκρασιες ομως κατω των 5C χρειαστηκα καλοριφερ.Αυτο ομως στην Αθηνα συμβαινει για 20 μερες τον χρονο,οποτε δεν το θεωρω προβλημα.Τωρα για χρηση σε επαρχια με βαρυ χειμωνα,μαλλον παμε σε πιο ακριβες λυσεις... Το καλοκαιρι με 40C εξω,δροσιζουν το σπιτι για πλακα ρυθμισμενα στους 28 βαθμους!Ειναι εντελως αθορυβα και δεν ξερω αν υπαρχει οντως ιονιστης,γιατι ενω παταω την λειτουργια στο τηλεκοντρολ δεν βλεπω καμμια ενδειξη λειτουργιας στο πανελ του air condition.Παντως και με τα φιλτρα ανθρακα ο αερας ειναι καθαροτατος και δεν ειναι ξηρος!Τελος να αναφερω οτι τα tcl παρουσιαζουν ενα ελαττωμα στην πλακετα,οπως συνεβη και στο δικο μου 12αρι μετα τον πρωτο μηνα χρησης,ομως στον Τουρνικιωτη το γνωριζουν αυτο και στην αλλαζουν αμεσως,χωρις καμμια επιβαρυνση.Οποτε σε συνδιασμο με την 10ετη εγγυηση ειναι μια καλη αγορα...Και απο καταναλωση?70 euro τον μηνα με ανναμενα και τα δυο μηχανηματα ολο τον χειμωνα!
Υ.Γ. Υστερα απο χρηση για 2ο χειμωνα θελω να διορθωσω οτι το μηχανημα με συχνο καθαρισμο των φιλτρων(1 φορα τον μηνα) αποδιδει μια χαρα και σε μικροτερες θερμοκρασιες.

With my old air conditioner (from 2000), it took at least 15 minutes to achieve ideal cooling in the same room that is now achieved in 5 minutes with the TCL. Previously, I needed earplugs to sleep with my old air conditioner. With the TCL, I sleep comfortably without any annoying noise.
To έχω εδώ και μία εβδομάδα και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Με το παλαιό μου κλιματιστικό (τεχνολογίας 2000) απαιτούνταν τουλάχιστον 15' για να επιτευχθεί ιδανική ψύξη στον ίδιο χώρο που τώρα επιτυγχάνεται σε 5' με το TCL. Παλαιότερα χρειαζόμουν ωτοασπίδες για να κοιμηθώ με το παλαιό μου κλιματιστικό. Με το TCL κοιμάμαι άνετα χωρίς πρόβλημα ενοχλητικού θορύβου.
Cheap construction, you can't call it silent, we mainly use it for heating, I wouldn't say it produces very warm air, we haven't tried it for cooling yet, so I have no opinion. Generally, compared to other TCL air conditioner models I have, this one seems to fall short.
Φτηνη κατασκευή, αθορυβο δεν το λες, το χρησιμοποιούμε κυρίως για θέρμανση, δεν θα λεγα πως βγάζει πολυ θερμό αερα, στην ψυξη ακομη δεν το δοκιμάσαμε, οπότε δεν εχω αποψη.Γενικα σε σχέση με άλλα μοντέλα αιρκοντίσιον της tcl που εχω, μάλλον το συγκεκριμένο υστερεί.
The air conditioner was purchased for 339 euros and has been in our possession for about 3 and a half years, installed in a bedroom. It has not shown the slightest sign of malfunction, and cleaning is done every year. We use it quite a bit in the summer even for sleeping and in the winter when it gets quite cold. The ionizer, ECO mode, and iFeel are always on. In terms of performance, we are satisfied with normal temperatures on the remote control in any season, while the building as a whole is old. The noise level is also quite low and does not disturb our sleep. The timer function is also useful, allowing you to set it to turn off automatically after 1, 2, or however many hours you want while you sleep. The bill always comes with a slight increase, although it is subjective how much you use it, how much the kilowatt-hour is at that time, etc. The important thing is that it really doesn’t consume much. It is definitely recommended, especially at its price.
Το κλιματιστικό είχε αγοραστεί στα 339 ευρώ και είναι στη κατοχή μας περίπου 3μιση χρόνια, τοποθετημένο σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν έχει παρουσιάσει το παραμικρό σε επίπεδο βλάβης, καθαρισμός γίνεται κάθε χρόνο. Το λειτουργούμε αρκετά το καλοκαίρι ακόμα και για ύπνο και το χειμώνα οπότε κάνει αρκετό κρύο. Συνέχεια αναμμένος είναι ο ιονιστής, η ECO λειτουργία και το iFeel. Σε επίπεδο απόδοσης οποιαδήποτε εποχή είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με νορμάλ θερμοκρασίες στο χειριστήριο ενώ η πολυκατοικία σαν σύνολο είναι παλιά. Ο θόρυβος επίσης είναι σε αρκετά χαμηλό επίπεδο και δεν μας δυσκολεύει στον ύπνο. Χρήσιμη η λειτουργία επίσης του timer όπου κοιμάσαι και το βάζεις μετά από 1 ή 2 ή όσες ώρες θέλεις να κλείσει μόνο του. Ο λογαριασμός έρχεται πάντα με μικρή χρέωση προς τα πάνω αν και είναι υποκειμενικό πόσο το καις, πόσο είναι η κιλοβατώρα εκείνη την περίοδο κτλ, το σημαντικό είναι ότι όντως δεν καίει. Προτείνεται ειδικά στη τιμή του σίγουρα.

It was purchased in the fall of 2022 through a changing device. It was placed in a 10sqm bedroom. It is quite good at heating and good at cooling. The indoor unit is quiet only in sleep mode and occasionally makes noise like a cricket. The outdoor unit is not particularly loud. The problem is that it never stops even when it reaches the desired temperature. I would not recommend it.
Αγοράστηκε το φθινόπωρο του 2022 μέσω του αλλάζω συσκευή. Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 10τμ. Είναι αρκετά καλό στην θέρμανση και καλό στην ψύξη. Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη μόνο στο sleep και ανά περιόδους κάνει θόρυβο σαν να έχει γρύλο. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν ακούγεται ιδιαίτερα. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν κόβει ποτέ ακόμα και όταν πιάσει την επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία. Δεν θα το σύστηνα.
