I bought two to have, I thought they would be perfect and affordable. However, both of them didn't work at all, they didn't even open. This product is cheaper than cheap, stay away, guys

I have paid for a forehead thermometer and I just received one for ear temperature and it doesn't work. Very disappointing

After several measurements and comparisons with an armpit thermometer, I consider it reliable. As it states above, it has a deviation of +,- 0.3. And definitely much more reliable than another well-known brand with triple the price. Always as reliable as possible for an infrared thermometer. I mainly use it at night when the little one is sleeping so as not to wake him up.

I have bought 3. The first one turned out very good. It still works. The second one stopped giving accurate measurements at some point and the third one, from the first day, always said 36.6 regardless of whether someone had a fever or not. I won't buy another one again.

Quite good, I have noticed that the measurement on the forehead is closer to those of an armpit thermometer. The instructions are very poor.

For its price, it's fine. I compared its measurement with another equivalent thermometer that costs three times as much, and it shows the same accurate measurement. It's good and easy to use, the only downside is that its construction looks cheap. It's okay for simple use.

After several measurements and tests, I believe that it has accuracy in temperature readings. Of course, it also depends on the way someone takes the measurement.. (e.g. being taken from a closer distance or preferably someone measuring closer to the cheeks)

Unfortunately, the bad reviews were confirmed.. It consistently shows 36.4-36.7. I haven't been able to get it to go higher even when I had a fever of 38.
Money wasted

Not good measurements at all. It has huge deviations. It can show you 36.7 at this moment and 38.1 the next seconds. I'm really sorry for the purchase because I was really convinced that it does a good job.

Fast, reliable, easy to use. Definitely its plastics are cheap but for its price it is the best choice.

Our pharmacy replaced the original one as it had deviations of about 2 units. Instead of 38.5, it showed 36.7. The second one was also defective. I tend to believe that it was a faulty batch. Of course, HTI company never responded to the 3 emails I sent them. What a shame, 40 euros in June 2020

Of all the infrared electronic devices, the only one whose measurements are accurate and very close to those of a reference thermometer (mercury or gallium). The best for quick measurements.

If you have it for a short time in the area where the temperature measurement will take place, you will rarely see deviations.

It is easy to operate, relatively expensive, and nowadays necessary for quick measurements.

Sometimes it freezes and shows measurements like 28, 31, 33, etc., and many consecutive measurements on different people. Then it recovers on its own. I couldn't find the problem.

A lifesaver for small children who won't sit still to have their temperature taken with a regular thermometer. Extremely easy to use, with accurate measurements (temperature deviation of approximately 0.1).

I bought 3 and one was DoA. Replacement was made immediately. It is not sturdy and gives the feeling of cheap construction. Which is probably true. Sometimes it does not give accurate measurements and repetition is required.

If it had slightly better build quality, it would be the perfect purchase. It has excellent accuracy in measurements nonetheless.

Reliable and fast thermometer. We use it for about 100 measurements per day, for the last 4 months, and it still works! ;-)

I give it 3 stars because for the basic job that you need it for, which is to read temperature, it is not 100% accurate.

It displays temperature with a deviation of +/- 0.5 degrees.
