    You order a bicycle and receive a box of "screws" that, even if it doesn't cut you even a little, you can't assemble it for any reason. Customer service on the phones is tragic... They have no idea what they're selling, nor what's happening to them, in general... the instructions for use and assembly are in random languages... uncomfortable saddle, no resistance on the pedals, it has a device with a screen that does nothing... overall, I wasted my money...
