The OstroVit Omega 3 D3 + K2 dietary supplement combines omega-3 from fish oil with vitamins D3 and K2. Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids obtained through food or supplements, as the body cannot produce them.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, while vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The recommended intake is one capsule per day.
