It is indeed good quality and allows for countless exercises if you hang it from a pull-up bar. However, after 2-3 months, it has started to release splinters from the wood onto my hands. I have seen people using tapes like more advanced ones, so if anyone knows where I can find something like that, I would appreciate it if they could inform me with a response :)

I give them 4 stars only because of the straps, the clip doesn't hold well so you have to tie a knot to be safe. It would also be easier for the user if the strap had some measurement markings so it would be easier to set the rings at the same height.
