Είναι καλό για planche training?

Ναι είναι τρομερό! Έχω κάνει κι βίντεο στο τικτοκ που μπορείς να το δεις γιανα πάρεις ιδέα (Mhtsos_calisthenics) απλά θα σου λεγα αν βρεις παρόμοιες αλλά με λάβες επηδη μετά από καμιά ώρα που έχεις ιδρώσει η παλάμη γλιστράει, αλλιώς αν φορέσεις γαντια κι μια χαρά αλλά κι ένα άλλο αρνητικό είναι ότι στα πλακάκια όταν πας να κάνεις planche ανοίγουν η παραλετες σαν να κάνεις maltess δηλαδή γλιστράνε κι δεν βοηθάει, εγώ βάζω ένα στρώμα από κάτω κι είμαι μια χαρά αλλά θα σου έλεγα να ψάξεις καλύτερα πρώτου να δώσεις εστο κι 1€ για αγορά προϊόντων.
