The special raw materials it contains form a black chemical compound (complex) with the rust and bind it. The appearance of the black color indicates that the rust conversion is complete. The conversion of rust into a black chemical compound is combined with the formation of a protective mesh, which prevents further rust development and provides an unprecedented treatment to rusted surfaces.
