No air conditioner can match the quality of AUX at this price. Besides its good performance, their compressors are Toshiba and the plastics do not make any noise unlike many more expensive "Japanese" ones. I have paid a lot for Hitachi/Inventor but only AUX works for 10 years without causing me any trouble.

The review is about the 12000btu model. It's not exactly quiet and I compare it to a similar TCL model which feels like it doesn't exist when it's running. Another mystery is how long it takes for the corresponding button to respond, as well as the vertical direction fins of the indoor unit. The remote control feels outdated. Spend a little more and get a TCL with a 10-year warranty.

Bought a 12000 BTU for crazy 225€. Supposedly it was meant to be a helper for the wood stove for heating, but the opposite happens. It easily heats up the living room, which is about 30 square meters, without good insulation, silently and without consuming much energy. Outside, we are going through the Mediterranean, imagine that, with minus 10 degrees Celsius for those who remember and it works literally non-stop. I don't miss the wifi, but I would like it to have an ionizer. I am sure that it will meet expectations even in the summer.

I put it in a 40sqm living room for cooling. Leaving the doors open from 2 rooms, it reaches there too. It cools the living room very quickly and after a while, the rooms as well. At low speed and 26 degrees, you feel cold, not just coolness.
Overall, it is a powerful machine, it has R32 refrigerant and a Toshiba compressor. At 269 euros, it was the best you could get.
Overall, the cooling spreads everywhere, but not the heating. For a large space, it will cover the summer, for winter, I would only recommend the 18,000 BTU model with air conditioning.
This particular model from Aux is the most powerful 12,000 BTU in both heating and cooling. The BTUs are nominal... it delivers what it promises (heating/cooling power).
As a brand, it is reliable and well-known (maybe not so much in Greece yet). I have worked in a store and have sold many, without any problems.

Το εβαλα σε σαλονι 40τμ για ψυξη. Αφηνοντας ανοιχτες τις πορτες απο 2 δωματια παει κ εκει. Πολυ συντομα ψυχει το σαλονι και μετα απο λιγο τα δωματια. Σε χαμηλη ταχυτητα και 26 βαθμους νιωθεις κρυο, οχι απλα δροσια.
Γενικα ειναι δυνατο μηχανημα, εχει r32 φρεον και συμπιεστη toshiba. Στα 269ευρω ηταν ο,τι καλυτερο μπορεις να παρεις.
Γενικα η ψυξη απλωνεται παντου, η θερμανση οχι. Για μεγαλο χωρο θα καλυψει το καλοκαιρι, για χειμωνα και μονο με κλιματισμο θα προτεινα το 18αρι.
Το εν λογω σε ψυξη καταναλωνει 10 περιπου λεπτα του ευρω ανα ωρα. Inventer...
Σαν μαρκα ειναι τιμια και γνωστη (ισως οχι τοσο στην Ελλαδα ακομα). Δουλευα σε καταστημα και εχω δωσει αρκετα, χωρις κανενα προβλημα.
Υγ, Το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο απο Aux ειναι το πιο δυνατο 12αρι και σε θερμανση και σε ψυξη. Τα btu ειναι ονομαστικα.., αυτο πιανει οσα γραφει (ισχυς θερμανσης/ψυξης).

Μόλις του έβαλα 5 αστεράκια, μετά από 6 μήνες χρήσης και σε λειτουργία θέρμανσης. Ζεσταίνει υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο και κουζίνα αν αφήσω ανοιχτές τις πόρτες και απομονώσω το καθιστικό. Όσο για το ενοχλητικό φως που αναφέρω, ήταν δικό μου λάθος. Μπορώ να το "σβήσω".

No air conditioner can match the quality of AUX at this price. Besides its good performance, their compressors are Toshiba and the plastics do not make any noise unlike many more expensive "Japanese" ones. I have paid a lot for Hitachi/Inventor but only AUX works for 10 years without causing me any trouble.

Έχω πληρώσει ακριβά για hitachi/inventor αλλά μόνο τα AUX δουλεύουν 10 χρόνια χωρίς να με απασχολήσουν καθόλου.
Unacceptable support. It didn't work and even after countless phone calls, they still haven't contacted me. Every time it's "the service will contact you in 1-2 days". Thankfully, there is the internet and reviews to write about our experience.
Απαραδεκτη υποστηριξη. Δε δουλευε και ενα μηνα μετα από απειρα τηλεφωνα ακομη δεν εχουν επικοινωνησει. Καθε φορα είναι "σε 1-2 μερες θα σας παρει το service". Ευτυχως υπαρχει και το ιντερνετ και τα reviews για να γραφουμε για την εμπειρια μας.
The review is about the 12000btu model. It's not exactly quiet and I compare it to a similar TCL model which feels like it doesn't exist when it's running. Another mystery is how long it takes for the corresponding button to respond, as well as the vertical direction fins of the indoor unit. The remote control feels outdated. Spend a little more and get a TCL with a 10-year warranty.
Η αξιολόγηση αφορά τα 12000btu.Αθόρυβο πάντως δεν το λες και το συγκρίνω με αντίστοιχο TCL που είναι σα να μην υπάρχει όταν λειτουργεί.Ένα μυστήριο επίσης είναι και το πότε ανταποκρίνονται στο πάτημα του αντίστοιχου κουμπιού,τα κάθετης κατευθυντικότητας πτερύγια της εσωτερικής μονάδας.

Bought a 12000 BTU for crazy 225€. Supposedly it was meant to be a helper for the wood stove for heating, but the opposite happens. It easily heats up the living room, which is about 30 square meters, without good insulation, silently and without consuming much energy. Outside, we are going through the Mediterranean, imagine that, with minus 10 degrees Celsius for those who remember and it works literally non-stop. I don't miss the wifi, but I would like it to have an ionizer. I am sure that it will meet expectations even in the summer.
Αγορά 12000 BTU σε crazy 225€.Υποτίθεται πως μπήκε σαν βοηθητικό της ξυλόσομπας για θέρμανση αλλά συμβαίνει το αντίθετο.Περίπου 30τμ το σαλόνι χωρίς καλή μόνωση το ζεσταίνει άνετα,αθόρυβα και χωρίς κατανάλωση.Έξω διανύουμε τη Μήδεια να φανταστείτε με μείον 10plus για όποιον θυμάται και δουλεύει κυριολεκτικά ασταμάτητα.Δεν μου λείπει το wifi,θα ήθελα όμως να έχει ιονιστή.Είμαι σίγουρος πως ΚΑΙ το καλοκαίρι θα ανταπεξέλθει των προσδοκιών.
It fit into a 30sqm dining room, I was a bit hesitant because it was borderline in terms of square footage for a 12-seater. It has been performing very well in terms of heating, it is sufficient for the space, quiet, it operates at 23 to 25 degrees for heating, it only makes noise in turbo mode.
Μπήκε σε σαλόνι τραπεζαρία 30τμ ,ήμουν λίγο διστακτικός λόγω ότι ήταν οριακά στα τετραγωνικό για 12 αρι. Με έχει βγάλει πολύ καλά στην θέρμανση , αρκεί για τον χώρο , αθόρυβο , δουλεύει στους 23 με 25 στην θέρμανση , μόνο στο turbo mode κάνει θόρυβο .

I put it in a 40sqm living room for cooling. Leaving the doors open from 2 rooms, it reaches there too. It cools the living room very quickly and after a while, the rooms as well. At low speed and 26 degrees, you feel cold, not just coolness.
Overall, it is a powerful machine, it has R32 refrigerant and a Toshiba compressor. At 269 euros, it was the best you could get.
Overall, the cooling spreads everywhere, but not the heating. For a large space, it will cover the summer, for winter, I would only recommend the 18,000 BTU model with air conditioning.
This particular model from Aux is the most powerful 12,000 BTU in both heating and cooling. The BTUs are nominal... it delivers what it promises (heating/cooling power).
As a brand, it is reliable and well-known (maybe not so much in Greece yet). I have worked in a store and have sold many, without any problems.

Το εβαλα σε σαλονι 40τμ για ψυξη. Αφηνοντας ανοιχτες τις πορτες απο 2 δωματια παει κ εκει. Πολυ συντομα ψυχει το σαλονι και μετα απο λιγο τα δωματια. Σε χαμηλη ταχυτητα και 26 βαθμους νιωθεις κρυο, οχι απλα δροσια.
Γενικα ειναι δυνατο μηχανημα, εχει r32 φρεον και συμπιεστη toshiba. Στα 269ευρω ηταν ο,τι καλυτερο μπορεις να παρεις.
Γενικα η ψυξη απλωνεται παντου, η θερμανση οχι. Για μεγαλο χωρο θα καλυψει το καλοκαιρι, για χειμωνα και μονο με κλιματισμο θα προτεινα το 18αρι.
Το εν λογω σε ψυξη καταναλωνει 10 περιπου λεπτα του ευρω ανα ωρα. Inventer...
Σαν μαρκα ειναι τιμια και γνωστη (ισως οχι τοσο στην Ελλαδα ακομα). Δουλευα σε καταστημα και εχω δωσει αρκετα, χωρις κανενα προβλημα.
Υγ, Το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο απο Aux ειναι το πιο δυνατο 12αρι και σε θερμανση και σε ψυξη. Τα btu ειναι ονομαστικα.., αυτο πιανει οσα γραφει (ισχυς θερμανσης/ψυξης).

I have it since February 2023. So far, I am completely satisfied. Both in terms of consumption (as I have been using an electric heater so far), and in terms of noise and performance. The living room is about 25-30 sqm, and it covers me perfectly at the setting of 20 degrees. It reaches 22 degrees and then turns off.
