An isotonic drink that contains 33 grams of high-quality carbohydrates in a 1:5 ratio, promoting rapid hydration and glycogen delivery to the muscles. It contains electrolytes that improve fluid and carbohydrate absorption, providing the necessary energy for maximum athletic performance and good recovery.

When physical exercise makes food intake difficult, isotonic drinks offer electrolytes and energy that enhance training. The speed of hydration depends on the speed at which the drink passes through the stomach and the absorption of the fluid from the intestinal walls.
