I am the happy owner since 2022 of the Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E air conditioner and I am completely satisfied with the machine and the remote control! So this year I decided to buy the Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
I thought it would be the same brand and I wouldn't have a problem.......
But in the end, I have a problem because the remote control was designed by someone who tried very hard to make it WORSE than the remote control that Toshiba had until now!!
What can I say first about the MANY problems of this remote control.....
First of all, its buttons are black (instead of being white) so they are not VISIBLE. You have to go directly under the lamp to see them with difficulty.
The letters on the remote control buttons are very faint (instead of being BOLD) so you can't see them!!
Also, the buttons do not light up.
The VERY SMALL screen of the remote control turns on and off almost IMMEDIATELY, so you don't have time to adjust the speed of the air conditioner or anything else.
The menus are designed to confuse you and are chaotic.
Also, the remote control ONLY has 7 buttons instead of the 22 that Toshiba air conditioners had until now.
On the old Toshiba remote control, each button did a JOB.
The buttons are exactly next to each other (without sufficient distance) so you press one on top of the other (if you can see them for sure because THEY DO NOT SHOW). I realized that because they installed Wireless LAN CONNECTION on the machine, they downgraded the quality of the remote control to keep costs down....
However, they should have given the customer the option to buy the machine without Wi-Fi LAN connection. Not everyone feels the "need" to turn on/set the machine from their phone.
Also, its filter is not the same as the 2022 model 18000 btu. (both belong to the EDGE series).
When you turned on the 18 (at first), you felt a very pleasant forest smell. The 13 of 2024 does not have a good filter at all because at the beginning of its operation it did not have the pleasant forest smell that the larger one had, and specifically it does not filter ANYTHING...... Just smoking a cigarette makes the whole room stink. Basically, it gives you the impression that there is no filter at all.
Also, when asking in June for filters from the dealership for the 18 that need to be changed every 2 years, they sent me filters from the CHEAPEST MIRAI AND NOT THE EDGE SERIES FILTERS. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I don't know who is responsible for this. The Greek dealership or Toshiba.
Since I can't give 2 separate ratings in the "system," I would say that the remote control gets 1 star and the main air conditioner gets 4 stars.
Of course, due to the remote control, the whole experience is ruined, agreeing with another user here on Skroutz.
This remote control does not suit a machine worth 950 euros!!
. Είμαι ο ευτυχής κάτοχος από το 2022 του κλιματιστικού Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με το μηχάνημα και το τηλεχειριστήριο! Έτσι φέτος αποφάσισα να αγοράσω το Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
Είπα θα είναι της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν θα έχω πρόβλημα.......
Αλλά τελικά έχω πρόβλημα, γιατί το τηλεχειριστήριο σχεδιάστηκε από κάποιον που προσπάθησε πάρα πολύ να το κάνει ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ από το τηλεχειριστήριο που είχε μέχρι τώρα η Toshiba!!
Τι να πρωτοπώ από τα ΠΟΛΛΑ προβλήματα αυτού του τηλεχειριστηρίου.....
Πρώτα από όλα τα κουμπιά του είναι μαύρα (αντί να είναι λευκά) οπότε δεν είναι ΟΡΑΤΑ. Πρέπει να πας κατευθείαν κάτω από τη λάμπα για να τα δεις με δυσκολία.
Τα γράμματα στα κουμπιά του τηλεχειριστηρίου είναι πολύ αχνά (αντί να είναι BOLD) οπότε δεν μπορείτε να τα δείτε!!
Επίσης τα κουμπιά δεν ανάβουν.
Η ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΗ οθόνη του τηλεχειριστηρίου ανάβει και σβήνει σχεδόν ΑΜΕΣΑ, για να μην προλάβεις να ρυθμίσεις την ταχύτητα του κλιματιστικού ή κάτι άλλο.
Τα μενου του εχουν φτιαχτει για να σε μπερδευουν και ειναι χαοτικα.
Επίσης το τηλεκοντρόλ ΜΟΝΟ έχει 7 κουμπιά αντί για τα 22 που είχαν μέχρι τώρα τα κλιματιστικά της Toshiba.
Στο παλιό τηλεχειριστήριο της Toshiba, κάθε κουμπί έκανε μια ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ.
Τα κουμπιά είναι ακριβώς το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο (χωρίς επαρκή απόσταση) οπότε πατάτε το ένα πάνω στο άλλο (αν τα βλέπετε σίγουρα γιατί ΔΕΝ ΦΑΙΝΟΝΤΑΙ). Κατάλαβα ότι επειδή εγκατέστησαν Wireless LAN CONNECTION στο μηχάνημα, υποβάθμισαν την ποιότητα του τηλεχειριστηρίου για να μην ανέβει το κόστος....
Θα έπρεπε όμως να έχουνε δώσει την επιλογή στον πελάτη να αγοράσει το μηχάνημα χωρίς σύνδεση wifi lan. Δεν νιώθουμε όλοι την «ανάγκη» να ανάψουμε/ρυθμίσουμε το μηχάνημα από το κινητό.
Επισης το φιλτρο του δεν ειναι ιδιο με του 2022 μοντελου 18000 btu.(και τα 2 ανηκουν στη σειρα EDGE).
Oταν αναβες το 18αρι (το πρωτο καιρο) ενιωθες μια πολυ ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δάσους.Το 13αρι του 2024 δεν εχει καθολου καλο φιλτρο διοτι το πρωτο καιρο λειτουργιας δεν ειχε την ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δασους που ειχε το μεγαλυτερο και συγκεκριμενα δεν φιλτραρει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ......Ενα τσιγαρο να κανεις βρωμοκοπαει ολο το δωματιο.Βασικα σου δινει την εντυπωση οτι δεν υπαρχει καθολου φιλτρο.
Ζητωντας επισης τον Ιουνιο φιλτρα απο την αντιπροσωπεια για το 18αρι που πρεπει να αλλαζονται καθε 2 χρονια, μου στειλαν φιλτρα απο το ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΟ MIRAI ΚΑΙ ΟΧΙ ΤΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΤΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΣΕΙΡΑΣ EDGE.AΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!

Aφου δεν μπορω να βαλω 2 ξεχωριστες βαθμολογιες στο "συστημα",θα ελεγα οτι το τηλεχειριστηριο παιρνει 1 αστερι και το κυρίως air condition 4 αστερια.
Βεβαια εξαιτιας του τηλεχειριστηριου χαλαει ολη η εμπειρια,συμφωνωντας με αλλο χρηστη εδω στο skroutz.
Αυτο το τηλεχειριστηριο δεν αρμοζει σε ενα μηχανημα των 950 ευρω!!
After 1 year of installation, which has worked both in winter and summer, I can say that it is very good, as I expected it to be. It has 6 speed levels, and until level 3, the machine is completely silent, both internally (you can only hear the swing motion) and externally. Not that it makes noise when you put it on maximum, you just hear the flow of air. Also, at level 3, it cools the room in 5-10 minutes, and in heat, it takes about 5 minutes more. It has a very good build quality (made in Thailand). Power consumption, especially this year with the crazy heat, was around 18-20 hours continuously, and I had a very normal electricity bill.
ύστερα από 1 χρόνο εγκατάστασης που έχει δουλέψει χειμώνα - καλοκαίρια μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό όπως και περίμενα να είναι άλλωστε. έχει 6 βαθμίδες ταχύτητας, μέχρι τις 3 το μηχάνημα είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο τόσο εσωτερικά (μπορείς να ακούς μόνο το swing που κάνει πάνω κάτω) αλλά και η εξωτερική μονάδα, όχι ότι αν το βάλεις στο τέρμα ότι κάνει θόρυβο απλά ακούς την ροή του αέρα επίσης στην ένταση 3 έχει ψύξη το δωμάτιο σε 5-10 λεπτά, στην ζέστη περίπου θέλει 5 λεπτά παραπάνω,πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής (made in Thailand). Κατανάλωση ρεύματος ειδικά φέτος με την τρελή ζέστη δούλευε γύρω στις 18-20 ώρες συνεχόμενα και είχα ένα πολύ νορμάλ λογαριασμό ρεύματος.

The previous Hitachi 14,000 BTU model was installed 5 years ago. However, it proved to be so inadequate that I had to replace it. I had to frequently use a 2,000W space heater.
The Toshiba managed very well. In need, I operated it at 4/5 capacity and it provided good heat. I didn't have to use the space heater even once!
However, the surprise came during the heatwave. It cools the space like a refrigerator with a setting of 3/5.
Low noise.
Very satisfied with the purchase.
Update 3/2/24: It couldn't heat the space during the previous days of extreme cold.
The 12,000 BTU model has its limits. An LG 18,000 BTU model from the previous decade at home is a beast!

Τοποθετήθηκε σε πολύ ΄δύσκολο΄ χώρο 30τμ.
Από πάνω ταράτσα χωρίς προστασία. Γύρω τζάμια. Πόρτα που ανοιγοκλείνει συχνά.
Δεν μπορούσα να βάλω μεγαλύτερο λόγω ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης.
Το προηγούμενο της Hitachi 14.000 btu, τοποθετήθηκε προ 5ετίας. Αποδείχθηκε όμως τόσο ανεπαρκές που αναγκάστηκα να το αλλάξω. Έπρεπε συχνά να χρησιμοποιώ θερμοπομπό του χώρου 2000W
Το Tosh;iba τα κατάφερε πολύ καλά, Στην ανάγκη το δούλεψα στα 4/5 και με κάλυψε καλά από άποψη θερμότητας. Ούτε μια φορά δεν άναψα τον θερμοπομπό!
Η έκπληξη όμως ήρθε κατά τον καύσωνα. Κάνει τον χώρο ψυγείο με ρύθμιση 3/5

Ενημέρωση 3/2/24 : Δεν κατάφερε να θερμάνει το χώρο τις προηγούμενες ημέρες του δριμέους ψύχους.
Τα 12.000BTU έχουν τα όριά τους. Ένα LG 18.000 btu δεκαετίας στο σπίτι, βγάζει λάβα!

The air conditioner is quite good, efficient, and quite economical. Although I have the 16000 BTU model, it manages to heat and cool a large space of about 60-65 square meters (two consecutive large rooms) satisfactorily. Of course, it takes a considerable amount of time to reach the desired temperature, especially during heating. In heating mode, the monthly cost is about 30 euros for a temperature of 18-19 degrees Celsius with approximately 10-12 hours of daily usage.
The period was at the end of winter with temperatures ranging from 8 to 15 degrees and a price of 11 cents per kWh. Recently, I monitored the consumption with a smart plug tp 110 and discovered the following. When it starts working and until it reaches the desired temperature, it consumes 1500-2000 watts. Then, the consumption depends on how cold it is outside and the temperature we have chosen for the room. For a room temperature of 18 degrees and a 65 sqm space in my case, it consumes about 500 watts when the outside temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees, and approximately 1000-700 watts when the temperature is between 5-10 degrees. In other words, during the 12-14 hours in a day with temperatures between 8 and 15 degrees, it consumes about 10 kWh. If it is colder, let's say 5-10 degrees, it could reach 15-17 kWh. The photos show the consumption for 12 hours of operation in a day with temperatures of 8-16 degrees Celsius.
During the very hot summer that just passed, it had no problem lowering the temperature, but I don't have any consumption measurements.
As for the noise, in order for it to work satisfactorily (both in cooling and heating), the fan speed should be on the third or even better, on the fourth level, where the noise is relatively low (third) or acceptable (fourth). However, other models in the same range (3-4) have less noise but clearly lower performance. If someone wants completely noiseless, they should look for other heating methods because all air conditioners make noise. When the noise is minimal (first-second level), the performance drops significantly and essentially it is not worth using them.

Παρόλο ότι έχω το μοντέλλο 16000 BTU καταφέρνει να θερμάνει και να ψύξει ικανοποιητικά ένα μεγάλο χώρο περίπου 60-65 τετραγωνικά (δυο διαδοχικά μεγάλα δωμάτια). Φυσικά χρειάζεται αρκετός χρόνος για να φθάσει στην επιθυμητη θερμοκρασία κυρίως στην θέρμανση. Στην θέρμανση το μηνιαίο κόστος είναι περίπου 30 ευρώ για θερμοκρασία 18-19 βαθμους κελσιου με χρήση 10-12 ωρών περίπου ημερισίως
Η περιοδος ηταν στο τελος χειμωνα με θερμοκρασιες 8 με 15 βαθμους και τιμη kwh 11 λεπτα. Προσφατα παρακολουθησα την καταναλωση με εξυπνη πριζα tp 110 και ανακαλυψα τα ακολουθα. Οταν αρχιζει να δουλευει και για τον διαστημα ωσπου να ανεβασει την θερμοκρασια στην επιθυμητη καταναλωνει 1500-2000 watt. Επειτα η καταναλωση εξαρταται απο το ποσο κρυο κανει εξω και απο την θερμοκρασια που εχουμε διαλεξει για τον χωρο. Για μια θερμοκρασια χωρου 18 βαθμους και χωρου 65 τμ στην δικια μου περιπτωσει καταναλωνει περιπου 500w oταν η θερμοκρασια εξω ειναι μεταξυ 10 και 15 βαθμων και 1000-700 watt περιπου οταν η θερμοκρασια ειναι μεταξυ 5-10 βαθμων. Δηλαδη στις 12-14 ωρες σε μια ημερα με θερμοκρασια μεταξυ 8 και 15 βαθμων καταναλωνει περιπου 10Kwh. Εαν το κρυο ειναι ποιο πολυ ας πουμε 5-10 βαθμους θα μπορουσε να φθασει 15-17 kwh. Στις φωτογραφιες φαινεται η καταναλωση για 12 ωρες λειτουργιας σε ημερα με θερμοκρασιες 8- 16 C.
Στο πολυ θερμο καλοκαιρι που μολις περασε δεν ειχε κανενα προβλημα να κατεβασει την θερμοκρασια αλλα μετρησεις καταναλωσης δεν εχω.
Οσο αφορα για το θορυβο για να μπορεσει να δουλεψει ικανοποιητικα ( και σε ψυξη και σε θερμανση) η ταχυτητα του ανεμιστηρα του θα πρεπει να ειναι στην τριτη ή ακομα καλυτερα στην τεταρτη κλιμακα οπου ο θορυβος ειναι σχετικα μικρος (τριτη) ή αποδεκτος (τεταρτη ). Αλλα μοντελα στην ιδια κλιμακα 3-4 εχουν λιγοτερο θορυβο αλλα σαφως μικροτερη αποδοση. Οποιος θελει τελειως αθορυβο να ψαξει αλλους τροπους θερμανσης διοτι ολα τα κλιματιστικα κανουν θορυβο. Οταν ο θορυβος ειναι ελαχιστος ( πρωτη δευτερη κλιμακα) η αποδοση πεφτει πολυ και ουσιαστικα δεν συμφερει η χρηση τους.

It's beautiful, but incredibly user-unfriendly remote control. When you hold it in your hands, it's dark, you can't see any information, and to turn on the screen, you have to press one of the buttons (to cause some kind of change!). The menu deserves an award for difficulty! Thankfully, it has a Wi-Fi app, so everything is much simpler from the mobile phone.
16000 btu σε 40 τ.μ. Δυσκολεύεται στη ψύξη. Οταν έξω έχει 35 βαθμούς, μέσα (και μετά από ώρα) καταφέρνει να φτάσει τους 28 και δεν μπορεί με τίποτα παρακάτω. Ουτε με το hi power.
Ομορφο, αλλά απίστευτα δύσχρηστο τηλεχειριστηριο. Οταν το πιάνεις στα χέρια σου είναι σκοτεινό, δεν βλέπεις καμμια πληροφορία, και για να ανάψει η οθόνη, πρέπει να πατήσεις κάποιο από τα κουμπιά (να προκαλέσεις δηλ κάποια μεταβολή !) Το μενού του παίρνει βραβείο δυσκολίας !! Ευτυχώς έχει app στο wifi οπότε από το κινητό είναι όλα πολύ πολύ πιο απλά.
It was purchased on March 23rd and installed in a 28 sqm room. From the first moment, it made a noise when heating (I have posted it on YouTube). The company never admitted the problem and blamed me, saying that the 18,000 BTU is too big for a 28 sqm + 16 square meter space that communicates with the room where it was installed. I should mention that the house is a preserved building with a ceiling height of 3.40 meters, so the air conditioner serves 100 cubic meters. Luckily, the store where I bought it took responsibility and replaced it with a Toyotomi Erai, which of course makes no noise. A small detail, when I uploaded a video on Facebook with the noise, they called me to ask what they could do to make me satisfied, since they told me that such a thing should not have happened. When I told them about the expenses I had incurred in trying to fix it and asked for a new air conditioner, they replied that the air conditioner had no problem and refused. P.S. I also bought a 10,000 BTU one, which didn't make any noise, but recently, when turning it off, the blinds don't close. Reliability...
Αγοράστηκε τον Μάρτιο του 23 και τοποθετήθηκε σε δωμάτιο 28τμ. Από την πρώτη στιγμή στη θέρμανση έβγαζε ένα βουητό (το έχω αναρτήσει στο YouTube). Η εταιρεία ποτέ δεν παραδεχτήκε το πρόβλημα και έριξε το φταίξιμο σε εμένα λέγοντας ότι. είναι πολύ μεγάλο το 18αρι για 28τμ + 16 τετραγωνικά ο χώρος που επικοινωνεί με το δωμάτιο στο οποίο τοποθετήθηκε. Να αναφέρω ότι το σπίτι είναι διατηρητέο με ταβάνι στα 3,40 μέτρα και άρα το κλιματιστικό εξυπηρετεί 100 κυβικά μέτρα. Ευτυχώς το μαγαζί που το αγόρασα πήρε πάνω του το θέμα και μου το αντικατέστησε με ένα Toyotomi Erai το οποίο φυσικά δεν κάνει κανένα θόρυβο. Μικρή λεπτομέρεια όταν ανέβασα στο FB βίντεο με τον θόρυβο με πήραν τηλέφωνο για να μου πουν τι μπορούν να κάνουν για να μην μείνω δυσαρεστημένος αφού μου είπαν ότι δεν έπρεπε να συμβεί κάτι τέτοιο. Όταν τους είπα τα έξοδα που είχα κάνει στην προσπάθεια να το φτιάξω και τους ζήτησα ένα νέο κλιματιστικό μου απάντησαν ότι το κλιματιστικό δεν είχε κανένα πρόβλημα και αρνήθηκαν. ΥΓ είχα πάρει και ένα 10αρι το οποίο δεν έκανε τον θόρυβο αλλά τώρα τελευταία κατά την απενεργοποίηση δεν κλείνουν οι περσίδες. Αξιοπιστία....
I bought this air conditioner last year at this time and decided to write a review after going through one winter and one summer. This particular one replaced a 2001 Mitsubishi which, although it didn't have any issues, consumed a lot of electricity and didn't have a heating function. Regarding the consumption, it is extremely economical, perhaps one of the most economical on the market. It had very good performance in both cooling and heating and didn't make any noise during operation. It might make some noise on higher settings, but I don't think it's necessary to set it on such a high level to get the job done. Personally, I recommend it, and if there are any issues, I will come back and update.
Αγόρασα το εν λόγω κλιματιστικό πέρυσι τέτοια εποχή και αποφάσισα να γράψω κριτική αφού πέρασα έναν χειμώνα και ένα καλοκαίρι. Το συγκεκριμένο αντικατέστησε ένα Mitsubishi του 2001 που παρότι δεν έπαθε τίποτα ,έκαιγε πάρα πολύ και δεν είχε λειτουργία θέρμανσης. Αναφορικά με την κατανάλωση είναι εξαιρετικά οικονομικό ίσως από τα πιο οικονομικά της αγοράς. Είχε πολύ καλή απόδοση και στην ψύξη και στην θέρμανση και δεν έκανε θόρυβο κατά την λειτουργία του,για υψηλότερες σκάλες σίγουρα θα κάνει αλλά δεν νομίζω οτι χρειάζεται να μπεί σε τόσο υψηλή σκάλα λειτουργίας για να κάνει την δουλεία του. Προσωπικά το προτείνω, αν υπάρξει κάποιο θέμα θα επανέλθω .
The comments are for the 9000 BTU model, which has only been tested for heating so far and performs very well. The only major negative for me is the noise from the external unit when it starts, it sounds like a helicopter (no comparison to two other Mitsubishi models I have, 9000 and 24000 BTU). And even when it reaches the desired temperature, it is not among the quietest. I should mention that I have also installed rubber bases to reduce the noise, and the internal unit is fine in terms of noise. Update: It has also been tested in cold weather, but its strong point is definitely heating. Generally, I would say it is weaker in cooling. Many times it does not respond to commands from the remote control (with new batteries), and the fan in the indoor unit has started making noise on the first and second settings. Overall, I am disappointed with this well-known and expensive air conditioner due to its poor construction quality.

The energy label of this specific air conditioner is incorrect because it gives a different energy efficiency compared to what Toshiba Hellas states and what is accompanied when you purchase it. It has the exact same energy class as the Toshiba Haori and the same outdoor unit, RAS - 10J2AVSG-E1. The Toshiba Haori also has the exact same outdoor unit. One of the most affordable air conditioners.
Το ενεργειακό ταμπελακι από το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικο είναι λάθος γιατι άλλη ενεργειακή απόδοση δίνει σε σχέση με αυτά που λέει η toshiba hellas και άλλη σε αυτό που συνοδεύεται όταν το αγοράζεις. Και έχει την ίδια ενεργειακή κλάση ακριβώς με το toshiba haori και την ίδια εξωτερική μονάδα. RAS - 10J2AVSG-E1. Ακριβως την ίδια εξωτερική μονάδα έχει και το toshiba haori. Ένα από τα οικονομικότερα κλιματιστικα.
The air conditioner worked for only half an hour after installation and then started tripping the circuit breaker. I contacted the Toshiba dealership and they promptly sent a contracted technician from a nearby store who found no installation errors but did find a short circuit on the circuit board. The issue was reported to the Toshiba dealership. Since that day (7 working days have passed so far), there has been absolutely no update. In the past 2 days, I have been in contact with the dealership and unfortunately, no one is able to inform me about my issue, the employees just stereotypically state that they will pass on my complaint and that someone will contact me.
10/10/2022 Today, I received a communication from the local representative. The circuit board will be replaced (delivery time in 1 month...)
17/11/2022 Finally, the circuit board was replaced today. I will provide a product evaluation later.
20/2/2023 I am improving the rating as after the repair, it is functioning (for now) economically and quietly.
Το κλιματιστικό λειτούργησε μόνο για μισή ώρα μετά την τοποθέτηση και στην συνέχεια άρχισε να ρίχνει την ασφάλεια. Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπεία της Toshiba και όντως σύντομα ήρθε από γειτονικό κατάστημα συμβεβλημένος τεχνικός ο οποίος δεν διαπίστωσε λάθος στην τοποθέτηση βρήκε όμως βραχυκύκλωμα στην πλακέτα. Το θέμα διαβιβάστηκε στην αντιπροσωπεία της Toshiba. Από εκείνη την ημέρα (έχουν μέχρι τώρα περάσει 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες) δεν έχει γίνει απολύτως καμία ενημέρωση. Τις τελευταίες 2 ημέρες επικοινωνώ με την αντιπροσωπεία και δυστυχώς κανείς δεν είναι σε θέση να με ενημερώσει για το θέμα μου, απλά οι υπάλληλοι δηλώνουν στερεότυπα ότι θα μεταβιβάσουν το παράπονο μου και ότι κάποιος θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου.
10/10/2022 Επικοινωνία σήμερα από τον τοπικό αντιπρόσωπο. Θα γίνει αντικατάσταση της πλακέτας (χρόνος παραλαβής σε 1 μήνα...)

Very high quality and quiet air conditioner. There are many other cheaper Chinese or Turkish ones but they don't have this quality. I hope it also has good service if I need something. After two months of operation, I still believe it is excellent! Completely silent!!!!!
Πολύ ποιοτικό και αθόρυβο κλιματιστικό. Υπάρχουν πολλά άλλα φθηνότερα κινέζικα ή τουρκικά αλλά την ποιότητα αυτή δεν την έχουν. Ελπίζω να έχει και καλό service αν χρειαστώ κάτι.
Μετά από δύο μήνες λειτουργίας, εξακολουθώ να πιστεύω ότι είναι άριστο! Τελείως αθόρυβο !!!!!
It was installed in a bedroom in April. At first, everything was fine with very good performance in both cooling and heating. However, gradually a rattling noise was noticed from the fan of the indoor unit. Toshiba came and diagnosed a faulty fan motor of the indoor unit. Unfortunately, the replacement part will arrive at the end of September...
Until then, the noise is unbearable. As soon as the repair is done, I will come back for an update.
Fortunately, the motor replacement was done on 15/9/22 (earlier than expected).
What I have to say is that the machine works perfectly. Completely silent operation and excellent performance.
I highly recommend it! Plus, the treatment from the dealership is also commendable.
Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο τον Απρίλιο. Στην αρχή όλα καλά με πολύ καλή απόδοση τόσο στην ψύξη όσο και στη θέρμανση. Σταδιακά όμως παρατηρήθηκε κροταλισμα από τον ανεμιστήρα της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Ήρθε η toshiba και διέγνωσε ελαττωματικό μοτερ ανεμιστήρα της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Δυστυχώς το ανταλλακτικό θα έρθει τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου...
Ως τότε ο θόρυβος ανυποφορος. Μόλις γίνει η επισκευή θα επανέλθω για update.
Αισίως η αντικατάσταση του μοτέρ έγινε στις 15/9/22 ( νωρίτερα από το αναμενόμενο).
Αυτό που έχω να πω είναι ότι το μηχάνημα δουλεύει άψογα. Εντελώς αθόρυβη λειτουργία και τέλεια απόδοση.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Στα + και η αντιμετώπιση από την αντιπροσωπεία.
Efficient. Cools the room instantly. Quiet without any vibrations. The outdoor unit is particularly small for 18,000 BTU and quite silent, just like the indoor unit. On the second setting, the fan seems like it's not working. The temperature sensor is accurately tested with a room thermometer. It delivers what it promises. Quality construction in all aspects. It's worth its money. I have worked with cooling and heating for years and have seen and installed many machines. It is truly a top-notch purchase. I will come back in winter for heating updates.
Αποδοτικό. Ψύχει αμεσα τον χωρο. Αθόρυβα χωρις τριγμούς. Εξωτερικη μοναδα ιδιαιτερα μικρη για 18.000 btu και αρκετα αθόρυβη. Οπως και το εσωτερικό . Στην δευτερη σκαλα ο ανεμιστήρας ειναι σαν να μην δουλευει. Ο αισθητήρας θερμοκρασίας ειναι ακρίβειας ελεγμένος με θερμόμετρο χώρου. Κανει αυτα που υπόσχεται. Ποιοτική κατασκευή σε ολα του. Αξιζει τα χρήματα του. Δουλευα για χρονια ψυξη θερμανση και εχω δει και βαλει πολλα μηχανήματα. Ειναι πραγματικα αγορα απ το πανω ράφι. Θα επανέλθω τον χειμωνα για ενημερωση στην θερμανση.
I am referring to the air conditioner, which is between 9 and 10,000 BTU. It is so quiet that you have to look at the light to see if it is working. But in terms of cooling, it is perfect. Even on the lowest setting, it drops the room temperature by 2 degrees in 3 minutes. I haven't tried it for heating yet, due to summer. Quality construction, at least visually. It is worth its money.
Αναφερομαι στο ενιαρι, που ομως ειναι μεταξυ 9 και 10.000 BTU. Τοοοοοσο αθορυβο, που κοιτας το λαμπακι, για να δεις αν λειτουργει. Αλλα απο ψυξη, τελειο. Ακομη και στην μικροτερη σκαλα σε 3 λεπτα ριχνει 2 βαθμους την θερμοκρασια δωματιου. Στην θερμανση δεν το εχω δοκιμασει ακομη, λογω καλοκαιριου. Ποιοτικη κατασκευη, τουλαχιστον οπτικα. Αξιζει τα λεφτα του.
5/7/2022. Quality construction of the indoor and outdoor unit.
Truly silent operation without creaking or noise. I got a 24,000 BTU unit for a 50 sqm open space and it cools it easily and reaches the rest of the house without exaggeration. Perhaps one of the most affordable in its category.

Πραγματικά αθόρυβη λειτουργία χωρίς τριξίματα κ βουητά.Εγω πήρα 24αρι σε 50τμ ενιαίο χώρο τα ψύχει εύκολα κ πιάνει κ το υπόλοιπο σπίτι χωρίς υπερβολές.Ισως από τα οικονομικότερα στην κατηγορία του.

Very good consumption in cooling:
0.5 kWh/h at 27°C indoors with 34°C outdoors.
1 kWh/h at 25°C with 33°C outdoors.
In heating: from 16°C to 20°C (outside 8.5°C) it consumed 0.6 kWh in 1 hour.

Χρονόμετρο απαιτεί οπτική επαφή Remote - A.C αλλιώς μπορεί να καθυστερήσει έως 15 λεπτά να απενεργοποιηθεί.
Στη θέρμανση είναι πολύ θορυβώδες – έντονο βουητό σαν προσγείωση αεροπλάνου από τον κομπρεσόρα. Το καθιστά άχρηστο. Η αντιπροσωπεία το διαπίστωσε αλλά το χαρακτήρισε “φυσιολογικό”.

After much research, I chose to trust Toshiba. I installed an 18, a very powerful machine that cools almost the entire house. Unfortunately, the internal unit makes a buzzing noise. I realized that it comes from the external unit... and that's where a Golgotha begins with the installation team and the store where I made the purchase... they referred me to the dealership where I am waiting for their technician to come and figure it out. Great disappointment...
Μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο επέλεξα να εμπιστευτώ την Toshiba..
Έβαλα ένα 18αρι στο σαλόνι,πολύ δυνατό μηχάνημα ψύχει σχεδόν όλο το σπίτι.
Δυστυχώς όμως η εσωτερική μονάδα βουιζει.
Αντιλήφθηκα ότι προέρχεται από την εξωτερική μονάδα...κι εκεί ξεκινάει ένας Γολγοθάς με το συνεργείο που έκανε την εγκατάσταση και το κατάστημα από όπου έγινε η αγορά...με παρέπεμψαν στην αντιπροσωπεία όπου και περιμένω τον τεχνικό τους μπας και βγάλουμε άκρη..
Μεγάλη απογοήτευση...
The air conditioner was purchased on 12/06 and installed 2 days later. As a first impression, the quality of the plastics on the inside as well as the quality of the exterior is superior to what I have seen in Fujitsu, etc. It has many functions, is currently quiet, and the cooling performance is tremendous. Το κλιματιστικό αγοράστηκε στις 12/06 και τοποθετήθηκε 2 ημέρες μετά. Σαν 1η εντύπωση η ποιότητα πλαστικών στο εσωτερικό αλλά και η ποιότητα του εξωτερικού ειναι ανώτερη απο οτι εχω δει σε Fujitsu κλτ. Έχει παρα πολλές λειτουργίες, ειναι αθόρυβο για την ώρα και η απόδοση στην ψυξη ειναι τρομερή. Θα επανέλθω αν προκύψει κατι αλλά και τον χειμώνα.
I bought this air conditioner on 13/05/22 from a large chain store, received it on 17/05/22, and the next day it was installed by a technician from the store. The first time I used the air conditioner in auto mode, I noticed a loud noise (there is also a video) coming from the indoor unit. After informing the store and the technician who did the installation (who came immediately and confirmed the noise), a technician from the dealership came after 1 week! On Saturday morning, they opened the indoor unit and repaired it (the noise was coming from the fan and the motor, obviously a manufacturing defect). The same afternoon, I turned on the air conditioner again and the noise was even worse (there is a video). I informed the store and the headquarters again, requesting immediate replacement instead of repair! The dealership technician took 10 days just to come and confirm the noise, even though I had sent the videos! On 16/06/22, the store replaced it with the same product. It makes exactly the same noise and, on top of that, the remote control does not work properly, making it non-functional. In a subsequent communication I had with them, they told me that I am extremely unlucky and I am waiting for the issue to be resolved before summer ends...
UPDATE 05/07/22: After waiting for 8 days, representatives from the dealership came and confirmed the problems with the indoor unit. On 01/07/22, the store replaced it with another air conditioner at the same price. Fujitsu Ecolandia 18, I regret spending my money on it! The noise level is like that of an exhaust fan to the point where it hurts your head, and the cooling performance is terrible - you have to put it on high to avoid sweating
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό 13/05/22 από κατάστημα μεγάλης αλυσίδας, το παρέλαβα 17/05/22 και την επομένη έγινε εγκατάσταση από τεχνικό συνεργάτη του καταστήματος. Την πρώτη φορά που δούλεψα το κλιματιστικό στο auto διαπίστωσα έντονο θόρυβο (υπάρχει και βίντεο) στην εσωτερική μονάδα. Αφού ενημέρωσα το κατάστημα και τον τεχνικό που έκανε την εγκατάσταση (ο οποίος ήρθε άμεσα και επιβεβαίωσε τον θόρυβο), ήρθε τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας μετά από 1 εβδομάδα! Σάββατο πρωί άνοιξαν την εσωτερική μονάδα και το επισκεύασαν (ο θόρυβος έβγαινε από τον ανεμιστήρα και το μοτέρ προφανώς κατασκευαστικό λάθος). Το ίδιο μεσημέρι ξαναβάζω σε λειτουργία το κλιματιστικό και ο θόρυβος ήταν χειρότερος (υπάρχει βίντεο). Ενημερώνω ξανά το κατάστημα και τα κεντρικά ζητώντας αντικατάσταση άμεση και όχι επισκευή! Ο τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας έκανε 10 μέρες να έρθει απλά να επιβεβαιώσει τον θόρυβο ενώ είχα στείλει τα βίντεο! 16/06/22 μου κάνει το κατάστημα αντικατάσταση με ίδιο προϊόν. Το οποίο κάνει ακριβώς τον ίδιο θόρυβο και εκτός αυτού δεν λειτουργεί σωστά το τηλεχειριστήριο με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι λειτουργικό. Σε επόμενη επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους μου είπαν ότι είμαι εξαιρετικά άτυχος, αναμένω επίλυση του θέματος πριν περάσει το καλοκαίρι...
UPDATE 05/07/22: Μετά από αναμονή 8 ημερών ήρθαν από την αντιπροσωπεία και επιβεβαίωσαν τα προβλήματα στην εσωτερική μονάδα.01/07/22 μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση από το κατάστημα με άλλο κλιματιστικό στα ίδια χρήματα. Fujitsu Ecolandia 18άρι κλαίω τα λεφτά μου! Θόρυβος επιπέδου απορροφητήρα σε σημείο που σε πονάει το κεφάλι, απόδοση σε ψύξη κάκιστη για να μην ιδρώνεις πρέπει να το βάλεις να χτυπάει ο αέρας πάνω σου!
Purchased on 30/5/22 [18000BTU], and installed in the living room where it replaced an old Japanese Fujitsu that had been working for 20 years. The fan in auto mode and on the first and second speed makes a noise as if it's hitting something. I informed the store where I bought it, who contacted the dealership. The dealership told me they would respond within 2 business days. Eventually, the 2 business days turned into 8, and on 7/6 when I spoke to them, they scheduled an appointment for 17/6. I paid 1200 euros for the purchase and installation, and I'm left with the fan noise. In conclusion, the next air conditioner I buy will definitely not be Toshiba. Go for something else. I paid for something of quality and got involved, and I don't know how to get out of it. It's not worth it. Go for something cheaper or something else. There are air conditioners on the market for 750-800 euros. I thought the additional cost would guarantee me quality, which is not the case. Prefer large stores for the purchase. Edit. 19/06/22. Finally, the noise was coming from a plastic piece that had come loose. The dealership found errors in the installation. Conclusion. Insistently ask for proof of service provision from the installer, so that you can prove who installed it. Very important. Do not neglect it
Αγοραστηκε 30/5/22 [18000BTU} ,και τοποθετηθηκε σε Σαλονι οπου αντικατεστησε ενα παλιο fujitsu ιαπωνικο που δουλευε επι 20 χρονια.Ο ανεμιστηρας στο auto και στην πρωτη και στην δευτερη σκαλα κανει θορυβο σαν να βρισκει καπου.Ενημερωσα το καταστημα αγορας οι οποιοι πηραν την αντιπροσωπεια.Η αντιπροσωπεια μου ειπε οτι ανταποκρινονται σε 2 εργασιμες.Τελικα οι 2 εργασιμες γιναν 8 και απο τις 7/6 που μιλησα μαζιτους μου εκλεισαν ραντεβου στις 17/6. Εχω δωσει 1200 ευρω με την εγκατασταση και και την βγαζω με τον ανεμιστηρα.Συμπερασματικα το αλλο κλιματιστικο που θα παρω δεν θα ειναι σιγουρα toshiba .Πηγαινετε σε κατι αλλο.Πληρωσα για να παρω κατι ποιοτικο και εμπλεξα,και δεν ξερω πως θα ξεμπλεξω.Δεν αξιζει .Πηγαινετε σε κατι φθηνοτερο η σε κατι αλλο .Υπαρχουν κλιματιστικα στην αγορα με 750-800 ευρω .Θεωρησα οτι το επιπλεον κοστος θα μου εξασφαλιζε ποιοτητα κατι που δεν υφισταται.Προτιμηστε μεγαλα καταστηματα για την αγορα.Edit.19/06/22.Τελικα ο θορυβος προηρχετο απο ενα πλαστικο πιχακι που ειχε φυγει απο την θεση του.Η αντιπροσωπεια διεγνωσε λαθη στην εγκατασταση.Συμπερασμα.Ζητατε επιμονως αποδειξη παροχης υπηρεσιων απο τον εγκαταστατη,για να μπορειτε να αποδειξετε ποιος το εγκατεστησε.Πολυ σημαντικο.Μην το αμελειτε
Looking for an air conditioner since last year, I started with Toyotomi, Fujitsu, Gree, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and ended up with Toshiba. Truly quiet and the only one with Dual Compressor!! The price difference it has from the cheaper ones is worth it and more. I have different brands of air conditioners at work and there is no comparison. Different quality of operation. The outdoor unit is also completely silent!!
Ψαχνοντας γαι air condition απο περυσι, ξεκινησα απο toyotomi,fujitsu,gree,mitsubishi,daikin,και κατεληξα στο toshiba.Πραγματικα αθορυβο και το μοναδικο με Διπλο Συμπιεστη!!Η διαφορα τιμης που εχει απο τα πιο φθηνα αξιζει και με το παραπανω.Εχω διαφορες μαρκες αιρ κοντισιον στη δουλεια και δεν υπαρχει καμμια συγκριση.Αλλη ποιοτητα λειτουργιας.Η εξωτερικη μοναδα επισης τελειως Αθορυβη!!

The air conditioner is fantastic. Extremely quiet and fantastic in heating. You can buy it with closed eyes. In my opinion, it has no competition in terms of price.

At home, there is 1 Toyotomi 12-year-old made in Japan and 2 Mitsubishi 14-year-old from Thailand. All Inverter. All of them are excellent! I decided to try something modern and economical in terms of energy efficiency (A+++) and the Toshiba (also from Thailand) was the way to go for its price. I didn't expect it to be so good. The indoor and outdoor unit are completely silent. It is even quieter than the other air conditioners in the house, which are already considered quiet. You don't realize that it's working and it doesn't bother you during sleep, as you can't hear anything at 19db. The Mitsubishi units are slightly inferior in this aspect (the first level on the indoor unit is a bit noisy). The illuminated screen on the remote control stands out. The design is very beautiful and the LED lights on the indoor unit are nice. I will have a better idea of its consumption and reliability in a few months.
Στο σπίτι υπάρχει 1 Toyotomi 12 ετών made in Japan και 2 Mitsubishi 14 ετών από Ταϊλάνδη. Όλα Inverter. Όλα τους εξαιρετικά! Είπα να δοκιμάσω κάτι σύγχρονο και οικονομικό στη χρήση Α+++ και το Toshiba (Ταϊλάνδη και αυτό)
για τα χρήματά του ήταν μονόδρομος. Δεν το περίμενα να βγει τόσο καλό.
Δεν ακούγεται καθόλου η εσωτερική και η εξωτερική μονάδα. Είναι ακόμα πιο ήσυχο από τα άλλα κλιματιστικά του σπιτιού που τα λες και αυτά αθόρυβα.
Δεν καταλαβαίνεις ότι δουλεύει και δε σε ενοχλεί στον ύπνο σου, καθώς δεν ακούγεται τίποτα 19db, τα Mitsubishi σε αυτό υστερούν λίγο (η πρώτη σκάλα στην εσωτερική μονάδα είναι λίγο θορυβώδης).
Ξεχωρίζει η φωτιζόμενη οθόνη στο τηλεχειριστήριο.
Το πολύ όμορφο design και τα ωραία led της εσωτερικής μονάδας.
Θα έχω καλύτερη εικόνα σε λίγους μήνες, για κατανάλωση και αξιοπιστία.

Ειναι Εργαλειο το Toshiba εχω παρει αιρκοντιον απο daikin, futsitsu των 1200 ευρω το Τεμ των 12.000 btu Στην θερμανση ειναι πολυ δυνατο, βγαζει πολυ ζεστο αερα οχι οπως αλλα, Το Toshiba ειναι ενας ησυχος Γιγαντας Φοβερο Εργαλειο και ποιοτικο παρτε το ανεπιφυλακτα και εχει ολες τις κλασεις του με Α+++
My main concern was the fact that the house is a maisonette. The warm air always rises through the internal staircase to the upper level. I was searching for a long time for which air conditioner to choose. There are few air conditioners that are truly inverter, it takes appetite and knowledge to understand when an air conditioner is working properly in your space. Personally, for me, there are 2 companies in domestic air conditioning. Toshiba, Mitsubishi and not all of them. This particular air conditioner is indeed economical, quiet, and efficient. Truly impressive machine. The price for what it does and has (we are talking about a double compressor...) is reasonable and you won't regret it. If you use it, you will recover the cost through energy consumption.
Ο μεγάλος προβληματισμός μου ήταν το γεγονός ότι το σπίτι είναι μεζονέτα. Πάντα ο ζεστός αέρας ανυψώνεται μέσω της εσωτερικής σκάλας στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο. Το έψαχνα πάρα πολυ καιρό τι κλιματιστικό να επιλέξω. Λίγα είναι τα κλιματιστικά που πραγματικά είναι inverter ,θέλει όρεξη και γνώση για να καταλάβεις πότε δουλεύει σωστά ένα κλιματιστικό στο χώρο σου. Προσωπικά για εμένα 2 είναι οι εταιρείες στον οικιακό πάντα κλιματισμό. toshiba ,mitsubishi και όχι όλα. Το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό είναι πράγματι οικονομικό, αθόρυβο και αποδοτικό .Πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό μηχάνημα. Η τιμή για αυτά που κάνει και έχει (μιλάμε για διπλό συμπιεστή...) είναι φυσιολογική και δεν το μετανιώνεις. Αν το δουλέψεις θα τα βγάλεις απο την κατανάλωση.
Very slight compression and expansion noise, as stated by the manufacturer, which may be the only one mentioning it, but it is true, minimal, meaning it is not at all annoying and I do not consider it as something so negative. I was thinking for this reason as an excuse not to give it an excellent rating and 5 stars, but I think it clearly deserves it. Honest, powerful with economical functions, it works nicely and it is beautiful with the application being the most user-friendly and enjoyable I have worked with.
Πολύ μικρό τρίξιμο συστολής διαστολής , το αναφέρει και ο κατασκευαστής που ίσως είναι και ο μόνος που το αναφέρει , αλλά είναι αλήθεια ελάχιστο δηλαδή δεν είναι καθόλου ενοχλητικό και δεν το θεωρώ σαν κάτι τόσο αρνητικό ..Σκεφτόμουν για αυτόν το λόγο σαν δικαιολογία να μην έβαζα άριστα και 5 αστέρια αλλά νομίζω τα αξίζει ξεκάθαρα.... Τίμιο , δυνατό με οικονομικές λειτουργίες , δουλεύει ωραία και είναι όμορφο με την εφαρμογή να είναι η πιο εύχρηστη και ευχάριστη που έχω δουλέψει .
I will only talk about cooling as I bought it in July.
I put it in an open space living room, dining room, and kitchen area of about 60 square meters. It cools it immediately and reaches the middle rooms, but at a slower pace due to spatial issues. With the option it has to make an internal and external unit silent, it is not heard at all, neither inside nor outside.
As for consumption, I have had it for 20 days, I turn it on in the morning and turn it off at night, except for 2 times when I had it on for 24 hours, with a constant temperature at 26 degrees (that's what the remote control says, in reality it is around 24-25 degrees), although I haven't installed a special meter, so according to the DEI clock, it burns almost NOTHING.
I was recommended it from a well-known Greek forum that also has diagrams with consumption comparisons, etc. You can also see comparisons with other A/C units.
After each cooling cycle, it operates the fan for half an hour (with the blinds almost closed, meaning no air is coming out) to dry the internal unit, so that it doesn't smell the next time you turn it on, as I have noticed with other A/C units.
Θα μιλησω μονο για ψύξη καθως το πηρα ιουλιο.
Το έβαλα σε ενιαιο χώρο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα γύρω στα 60τετραγωνικα το δροσιζει αμέσως και παει και στα μεσα δωματια αλλα με αργους ρυθμους λογω χωροταξικων θεματων. Με την επιλογή που εχει, να κανει αθορυβη εσωτερικη και εξωτερικη μονάδα, δεν ακουγεται καθολου ουτε μεσα ουτε εξω.
Οσον αφορα την καταναλωση το εχω 20 ημερες, το ανοιγω πρωι το κλεινω βραδυ, με εξαιρεση 2 φορες που το ειχα 24ωρες, με σταθερη θερμοκρασια στους 26 (ετσι γραφει το τηλεκοντρολ, στην πραγματικοτητα ειναι γυρω στους 24-25) αν και δεν εχω βαλει ειδικό μετρητη,αρα συμφωνα με το ρολοι της δεη δεν καιει σχεδον ΤΙΠΟΤΑ.
Μου το προτειναν απο γνωστο ελληνικο φορουμ που εχουν και σχεδιαγραμματα με καταναλωσεις κτλ κτλ μπορειτε να δειτε και συγκρισεις με αλλα a/c.
Στην ψυξη μετα απο καθε κυκλο λειτουργιας, λειτουργει μιση ωρα στον ανεμιστηρα (με σχεδον κλειστες τις περσιδες,δηλαδη δεν σου ερχεται αέρας) για να στεγνωσει η εσωτερικη μοναδα, ωστε να μην μυριζει την επομενη φορα που θα το βαλεις μπροστα οπως μου εχει παρατηρηθει με αλλα a/c.
I am the happy owner since 2022 of the Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E air conditioner and I am completely satisfied with the machine and the remote control! So this year I decided to buy the Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
I thought it would be the same brand and I wouldn't have a problem.......
But in the end, I have a problem because the remote control was designed by someone who tried very hard to make it WORSE than the remote control that Toshiba had until now!!
What can I say first about the MANY problems of this remote control.....
First of all, its buttons are black (instead of being white) so they are not VISIBLE. You have to go directly under the lamp to see them with difficulty.
The letters on the remote control buttons are very faint (instead of being BOLD) so you can't see them!!
Also, the buttons do not light up.
The VERY SMALL screen of the remote control turns on and off almost IMMEDIATELY, so you don't have time to adjust the speed of the air conditioner or anything else.
The menus are designed to confuse you and are chaotic.
Also, the remote control ONLY has 7 buttons instead of the 22 that Toshiba air conditioners had until now.
On the old Toshiba remote control, each button did a JOB.
The buttons are exactly next to each other (without sufficient distance) so you press one on top of the other (if you can see them for sure because THEY DO NOT SHOW). I realized that because they installed Wireless LAN CONNECTION on the machine, they downgraded the quality of the remote control to keep costs down....
However, they should have given the customer the option to buy the machine without Wi-Fi LAN connection. Not everyone feels the "need" to turn on/set the machine from their phone.
Also, its filter is not the same as the 2022 model 18000 btu. (both belong to the EDGE series).
When you turned on the 18 (at first), you felt a very pleasant forest smell. The 13 of 2024 does not have a good filter at all because at the beginning of its operation it did not have the pleasant forest smell that the larger one had, and specifically it does not filter ANYTHING...... Just smoking a cigarette makes the whole room stink. Basically, it gives you the impression that there is no filter at all.
Also, when asking in June for filters from the dealership for the 18 that need to be changed every 2 years, they sent me filters from the CHEAPEST MIRAI AND NOT THE EDGE SERIES FILTERS. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I don't know who is responsible for this. The Greek dealership or Toshiba.
Since I can't give 2 separate ratings in the "system," I would say that the remote control gets 1 star and the main air conditioner gets 4 stars.
Of course, due to the remote control, the whole experience is ruined, agreeing with another user here on Skroutz.
This remote control does not suit a machine worth 950 euros!!
. Είμαι ο ευτυχής κάτοχος από το 2022 του κλιματιστικού Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με το μηχάνημα και το τηλεχειριστήριο! Έτσι φέτος αποφάσισα να αγοράσω το Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
Είπα θα είναι της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν θα έχω πρόβλημα.......
Αλλά τελικά έχω πρόβλημα, γιατί το τηλεχειριστήριο σχεδιάστηκε από κάποιον που προσπάθησε πάρα πολύ να το κάνει ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ από το τηλεχειριστήριο που είχε μέχρι τώρα η Toshiba!!
Τι να πρωτοπώ από τα ΠΟΛΛΑ προβλήματα αυτού του τηλεχειριστηρίου.....
Πρώτα από όλα τα κουμπιά του είναι μαύρα (αντί να είναι λευκά) οπότε δεν είναι ΟΡΑΤΑ. Πρέπει να πας κατευθείαν κάτω από τη λάμπα για να τα δεις με δυσκολία.
Τα γράμματα στα κουμπιά του τηλεχειριστηρίου είναι πολύ αχνά (αντί να είναι BOLD) οπότε δεν μπορείτε να τα δείτε!!
Επίσης τα κουμπιά δεν ανάβουν.
Η ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΗ οθόνη του τηλεχειριστηρίου ανάβει και σβήνει σχεδόν ΑΜΕΣΑ, για να μην προλάβεις να ρυθμίσεις την ταχύτητα του κλιματιστικού ή κάτι άλλο.
Τα μενου του εχουν φτιαχτει για να σε μπερδευουν και ειναι χαοτικα.
Επίσης το τηλεκοντρόλ ΜΟΝΟ έχει 7 κουμπιά αντί για τα 22 που είχαν μέχρι τώρα τα κλιματιστικά της Toshiba.
Στο παλιό τηλεχειριστήριο της Toshiba, κάθε κουμπί έκανε μια ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ.
Τα κουμπιά είναι ακριβώς το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο (χωρίς επαρκή απόσταση) οπότε πατάτε το ένα πάνω στο άλλο (αν τα βλέπετε σίγουρα γιατί ΔΕΝ ΦΑΙΝΟΝΤΑΙ). Κατάλαβα ότι επειδή εγκατέστησαν Wireless LAN CONNECTION στο μηχάνημα, υποβάθμισαν την ποιότητα του τηλεχειριστηρίου για να μην ανέβει το κόστος....
Θα έπρεπε όμως να έχουνε δώσει την επιλογή στον πελάτη να αγοράσει το μηχάνημα χωρίς σύνδεση wifi lan. Δεν νιώθουμε όλοι την «ανάγκη» να ανάψουμε/ρυθμίσουμε το μηχάνημα από το κινητό.
Επισης το φιλτρο του δεν ειναι ιδιο με του 2022 μοντελου 18000 btu.(και τα 2 ανηκουν στη σειρα EDGE).
Oταν αναβες το 18αρι (το πρωτο καιρο) ενιωθες μια πολυ ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δάσους.Το 13αρι του 2024 δεν εχει καθολου καλο φιλτρο διοτι το πρωτο καιρο λειτουργιας δεν ειχε την ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δασους που ειχε το μεγαλυτερο και συγκεκριμενα δεν φιλτραρει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ......Ενα τσιγαρο να κανεις βρωμοκοπαει ολο το δωματιο.Βασικα σου δινει την εντυπωση οτι δεν υπαρχει καθολου φιλτρο.
Ζητωντας επισης τον Ιουνιο φιλτρα απο την αντιπροσωπεια για το 18αρι που πρεπει να αλλαζονται καθε 2 χρονια, μου στειλαν φιλτρα απο το ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΟ MIRAI ΚΑΙ ΟΧΙ ΤΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΤΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΣΕΙΡΑΣ EDGE.AΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!

Aφου δεν μπορω να βαλω 2 ξεχωριστες βαθμολογιες στο "συστημα",θα ελεγα οτι το τηλεχειριστηριο παιρνει 1 αστερι και το κυρίως air condition 4 αστερια.
Βεβαια εξαιτιας του τηλεχειριστηριου χαλαει ολη η εμπειρια,συμφωνωντας με αλλο χρηστη εδω στο skroutz.
Αυτο το τηλεχειριστηριο δεν αρμοζει σε ενα μηχανημα των 950 ευρω!!
After 1 year of installation, which has worked both in winter and summer, I can say that it is very good, as I expected it to be. It has 6 speed levels, and until level 3, the machine is completely silent, both internally (you can only hear the swing motion) and externally. Not that it makes noise when you put it on maximum, you just hear the flow of air. Also, at level 3, it cools the room in 5-10 minutes, and in heat, it takes about 5 minutes more. It has a very good build quality (made in Thailand). Power consumption, especially this year with the crazy heat, was around 18-20 hours continuously, and I had a very normal electricity bill.
ύστερα από 1 χρόνο εγκατάστασης που έχει δουλέψει χειμώνα - καλοκαίρια μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό όπως και περίμενα να είναι άλλωστε. έχει 6 βαθμίδες ταχύτητας, μέχρι τις 3 το μηχάνημα είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο τόσο εσωτερικά (μπορείς να ακούς μόνο το swing που κάνει πάνω κάτω) αλλά και η εξωτερική μονάδα, όχι ότι αν το βάλεις στο τέρμα ότι κάνει θόρυβο απλά ακούς την ροή του αέρα επίσης στην ένταση 3 έχει ψύξη το δωμάτιο σε 5-10 λεπτά, στην ζέστη περίπου θέλει 5 λεπτά παραπάνω,πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής (made in Thailand). Κατανάλωση ρεύματος ειδικά φέτος με την τρελή ζέστη δούλευε γύρω στις 18-20 ώρες συνεχόμενα και είχα ένα πολύ νορμάλ λογαριασμό ρεύματος.

The previous Hitachi 14,000 BTU model was installed 5 years ago. However, it proved to be so inadequate that I had to replace it. I had to frequently use a 2,000W space heater.
The Toshiba managed very well. In need, I operated it at 4/5 capacity and it provided good heat. I didn't have to use the space heater even once!
However, the surprise came during the heatwave. It cools the space like a refrigerator with a setting of 3/5.

The 12,000 BTU model has its limits. An LG 18,000 BTU model from the previous decade at home is a beast!

Τοποθετήθηκε σε πολύ ΄δύσκολο΄ χώρο 30τμ.
Από πάνω ταράτσα χωρίς προστασία. Γύρω τζάμια. Πόρτα που ανοιγοκλείνει συχνά.
Δεν μπορούσα να βάλω μεγαλύτερο λόγω ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης.
Το προηγούμενο της Hitachi 14.000 btu, τοποθετήθηκε προ 5ετίας. Αποδείχθηκε όμως τόσο ανεπαρκές που αναγκάστηκα να το αλλάξω. Έπρεπε συχνά να χρησιμοποιώ θερμοπομπό του χώρου 2000W
Το Tosh;iba τα κατάφερε πολύ καλά, Στην ανάγκη το δούλεψα στα 4/5 και με κάλυψε καλά από άποψη θερμότητας. Ούτε μια φορά δεν άναψα τον θερμοπομπό!
Η έκπληξη όμως ήρθε κατά τον καύσωνα. Κάνει τον χώρο ψυγείο με ρύθμιση 3/5

Ενημέρωση 3/2/24 : Δεν κατάφερε να θερμάνει το χώρο τις προηγούμενες ημέρες του δριμέους ψύχους.
Τα 12.000BTU έχουν τα όριά τους. Ένα LG 18.000 btu δεκαετίας στο σπίτι, βγάζει λάβα!

The air conditioner is quite good, efficient, and quite economical. Although I have the 16000 BTU model, it manages to heat and cool a large space of about 60-65 square meters (two consecutive large rooms) satisfactorily. In heating mode, the monthly cost is about 30 euros for a temperature of 18-19 degrees Celsius with approximately 10-12 hours of daily usage.
The period was at the end of winter with temperatures ranging from 8 to 15 degrees and a price of 11 cents per kWh. Recently, I monitored the consumption with a smart plug tp 110 and discovered the following. When it starts working and until it reaches the desired temperature, it consumes 1500-2000 watts. Then, the consumption depends on how cold it is outside and the temperature we have chosen for the room. For a room temperature of 18 degrees and a 65 sqm space in my case, it consumes about 500 watts when the outside temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees, and approximately 1000-700 watts when the temperature is between 5-10 degrees. In other words, during the 12-14 hours in a day with temperatures between 8 and 15 degrees, it consumes about 10 kWh. If it is colder, let's say 5-10 degrees, it could reach 15-17 kWh. The photos show the consumption for 12 hours of operation in a day with temperatures of 8-16 degrees Celsius.
During the very hot summer that just passed, it had no problem lowering the temperature, but I don't have any consumption measurements.
As for the noise, in order for it to work satisfactorily (both in cooling and heating), the fan speed should be on the third or even better, on the fourth level, where the noise is relatively low (third) or acceptable (fourth). However, other models in the same range (3-4) have less noise but clearly lower performance. If someone wants completely noiseless, they should look for other heating methods because all air conditioners make noise. When the noise is minimal (first-second level), the performance drops significantly and essentially it is not worth using them.

Παρόλο ότι έχω το μοντέλλο 16000 BTU καταφέρνει να θερμάνει και να ψύξει ικανοποιητικά ένα μεγάλο χώρο περίπου 60-65 τετραγωνικά (δυο διαδοχικά μεγάλα δωμάτια). Φυσικά χρειάζεται αρκετός χρόνος για να φθάσει στην επιθυμητη θερμοκρασία κυρίως στην θέρμανση. Στην θέρμανση το μηνιαίο κόστος είναι περίπου 30 ευρώ για θερμοκρασία 18-19 βαθμους κελσιου με χρήση 10-12 ωρών περίπου ημερισίως
Η περιοδος ηταν στο τελος χειμωνα με θερμοκρασιες 8 με 15 βαθμους και τιμη kwh 11 λεπτα. Προσφατα παρακολουθησα την καταναλωση με εξυπνη πριζα tp 110 και ανακαλυψα τα ακολουθα. Οταν αρχιζει να δουλευει και για τον διαστημα ωσπου να ανεβασει την θερμοκρασια στην επιθυμητη καταναλωνει 1500-2000 watt. Επειτα η καταναλωση εξαρταται απο το ποσο κρυο κανει εξω και απο την θερμοκρασια που εχουμε διαλεξει για τον χωρο. Για μια θερμοκρασια χωρου 18 βαθμους και χωρου 65 τμ στην δικια μου περιπτωσει καταναλωνει περιπου 500w oταν η θερμοκρασια εξω ειναι μεταξυ 10 και 15 βαθμων και 1000-700 watt περιπου οταν η θερμοκρασια ειναι μεταξυ 5-10 βαθμων. Δηλαδη στις 12-14 ωρες σε μια ημερα με θερμοκρασια μεταξυ 8 και 15 βαθμων καταναλωνει περιπου 10Kwh. Εαν το κρυο ειναι ποιο πολυ ας πουμε 5-10 βαθμους θα μπορουσε να φθασει 15-17 kwh. Στις φωτογραφιες φαινεται η καταναλωση για 12 ωρες λειτουργιας σε ημερα με θερμοκρασιες 8- 16 C.
Στο πολυ θερμο καλοκαιρι που μολις περασε δεν ειχε κανενα προβλημα να κατεβασει την θερμοκρασια αλλα μετρησεις καταναλωσης δεν εχω.
Οσο αφορα για το θορυβο για να μπορεσει να δουλεψει ικανοποιητικα ( και σε ψυξη και σε θερμανση) η ταχυτητα του ανεμιστηρα του θα πρεπει να ειναι στην τριτη ή ακομα καλυτερα στην τεταρτη κλιμακα οπου ο θορυβος ειναι σχετικα μικρος (τριτη) ή αποδεκτος (τεταρτη ). Αλλα μοντελα στην ιδια κλιμακα 3-4 εχουν λιγοτερο θορυβο αλλα σαφως μικροτερη αποδοση. Οποιος θελει τελειως αθορυβο να ψαξει αλλους τροπους θερμανσης διοτι ολα τα κλιματιστικα κανουν θορυβο. Οταν ο θορυβος ειναι ελαχιστος ( πρωτη δευτερη κλιμακα) η αποδοση πεφτει πολυ και ουσιαστικα δεν συμφερει η χρηση τους.

It's beautiful, but incredibly user-unfriendly remote control. When you hold it in your hands, it's dark, you can't see any information, and to turn on the screen, you have to press one of the buttons (to cause some kind of change!). The menu deserves an award for difficulty! Thankfully, it has a Wi-Fi app, so everything is much simpler from the mobile phone.
16000 btu σε 40 τ.μ. Δυσκολεύεται στη ψύξη. Οταν έξω έχει 35 βαθμούς, μέσα (και μετά από ώρα) καταφέρνει να φτάσει τους 28 και δεν μπορεί με τίποτα παρακάτω. Ουτε με το hi power.
Ομορφο, αλλά απίστευτα δύσχρηστο τηλεχειριστηριο. Οταν το πιάνεις στα χέρια σου είναι σκοτεινό, δεν βλέπεις καμμια πληροφορία, και για να ανάψει η οθόνη, πρέπει να πατήσεις κάποιο από τα κουμπιά (να προκαλέσεις δηλ κάποια μεταβολή !) Το μενού του παίρνει βραβείο δυσκολίας !! Ευτυχώς έχει app στο wifi οπότε από το κινητό είναι όλα πολύ πολύ πιο απλά.

I am the happy owner since 2022 of the Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E air conditioner and I am completely satisfied with the machine and the remote control! So this year I decided to buy the Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
I thought it would be the same brand and I wouldn't have a problem.......
But in the end, I have a problem because the remote control was designed by someone who tried very hard to make it WORSE than the remote control that Toshiba had until now!!
What can I say first about the MANY problems of this remote control.....
First of all, its buttons are black (instead of being white) so they are not VISIBLE. You have to go directly under the lamp to see them with difficulty.
The letters on the remote control buttons are very faint (instead of being BOLD) so you can't see them!!
Also, the buttons do not light up.
The VERY SMALL screen of the remote control turns on and off almost IMMEDIATELY, so you don't have time to adjust the speed of the air conditioner or anything else.
The menus are designed to confuse you and are chaotic.
Also, the remote control ONLY has 7 buttons instead of the 22 that Toshiba air conditioners had until now.
On the old Toshiba remote control, each button did a JOB.
The buttons are exactly next to each other (without sufficient distance) so you press one on top of the other (if you can see them for sure because THEY DO NOT SHOW). I realized that because they installed Wireless LAN CONNECTION on the machine, they downgraded the quality of the remote control to keep costs down....
However, they should have given the customer the option to buy the machine without Wi-Fi LAN connection. Not everyone feels the "need" to turn on/set the machine from their phone.
Also, its filter is not the same as the 2022 model 18000 btu. (both belong to the EDGE series).
When you turned on the 18 (at first), you felt a very pleasant forest smell. The 13 of 2024 does not have a good filter at all because at the beginning of its operation it did not have the pleasant forest smell that the larger one had, and specifically it does not filter ANYTHING...... Just smoking a cigarette makes the whole room stink. Basically, it gives you the impression that there is no filter at all.
Also, when asking in June for filters from the dealership for the 18 that need to be changed every 2 years, they sent me filters from the CHEAPEST MIRAI AND NOT THE EDGE SERIES FILTERS. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I don't know who is responsible for this. The Greek dealership or Toshiba.
Since I can't give 2 separate ratings in the "system," I would say that the remote control gets 1 star and the main air conditioner gets 4 stars.
Of course, due to the remote control, the whole experience is ruined, agreeing with another user here on Skroutz.
This remote control does not suit a machine worth 950 euros!!
. Είμαι ο ευτυχής κάτοχος από το 2022 του κλιματιστικού Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με το μηχάνημα και το τηλεχειριστήριο! Έτσι φέτος αποφάσισα να αγοράσω το Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
Είπα θα είναι της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν θα έχω πρόβλημα.......
Αλλά τελικά έχω πρόβλημα, γιατί το τηλεχειριστήριο σχεδιάστηκε από κάποιον που προσπάθησε πάρα πολύ να το κάνει ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ από το τηλεχειριστήριο που είχε μέχρι τώρα η Toshiba!!
Τι να πρωτοπώ από τα ΠΟΛΛΑ προβλήματα αυτού του τηλεχειριστηρίου.....
Πρώτα από όλα τα κουμπιά του είναι μαύρα (αντί να είναι λευκά) οπότε δεν είναι ΟΡΑΤΑ. Πρέπει να πας κατευθείαν κάτω από τη λάμπα για να τα δεις με δυσκολία.
Τα γράμματα στα κουμπιά του τηλεχειριστηρίου είναι πολύ αχνά (αντί να είναι BOLD) οπότε δεν μπορείτε να τα δείτε!!
Επίσης τα κουμπιά δεν ανάβουν.
Η ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΗ οθόνη του τηλεχειριστηρίου ανάβει και σβήνει σχεδόν ΑΜΕΣΑ, για να μην προλάβεις να ρυθμίσεις την ταχύτητα του κλιματιστικού ή κάτι άλλο.
Τα μενου του εχουν φτιαχτει για να σε μπερδευουν και ειναι χαοτικα.
Επίσης το τηλεκοντρόλ ΜΟΝΟ έχει 7 κουμπιά αντί για τα 22 που είχαν μέχρι τώρα τα κλιματιστικά της Toshiba.
Στο παλιό τηλεχειριστήριο της Toshiba, κάθε κουμπί έκανε μια ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ.
Τα κουμπιά είναι ακριβώς το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο (χωρίς επαρκή απόσταση) οπότε πατάτε το ένα πάνω στο άλλο (αν τα βλέπετε σίγουρα γιατί ΔΕΝ ΦΑΙΝΟΝΤΑΙ). Κατάλαβα ότι επειδή εγκατέστησαν Wireless LAN CONNECTION στο μηχάνημα, υποβάθμισαν την ποιότητα του τηλεχειριστηρίου για να μην ανέβει το κόστος....
Θα έπρεπε όμως να έχουνε δώσει την επιλογή στον πελάτη να αγοράσει το μηχάνημα χωρίς σύνδεση wifi lan. Δεν νιώθουμε όλοι την «ανάγκη» να ανάψουμε/ρυθμίσουμε το μηχάνημα από το κινητό.
Επισης το φιλτρο του δεν ειναι ιδιο με του 2022 μοντελου 18000 btu.(και τα 2 ανηκουν στη σειρα EDGE).
Oταν αναβες το 18αρι (το πρωτο καιρο) ενιωθες μια πολυ ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δάσους.Το 13αρι του 2024 δεν εχει καθολου καλο φιλτρο διοτι το πρωτο καιρο λειτουργιας δεν ειχε την ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δασους που ειχε το μεγαλυτερο και συγκεκριμενα δεν φιλτραρει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ......Ενα τσιγαρο να κανεις βρωμοκοπαει ολο το δωματιο.Βασικα σου δινει την εντυπωση οτι δεν υπαρχει καθολου φιλτρο.
Ζητωντας επισης τον Ιουνιο φιλτρα απο την αντιπροσωπεια για το 18αρι που πρεπει να αλλαζονται καθε 2 χρονια, μου στειλαν φιλτρα απο το ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΟ MIRAI ΚΑΙ ΟΧΙ ΤΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΤΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΣΕΙΡΑΣ EDGE.AΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!

Aφου δεν μπορω να βαλω 2 ξεχωριστες βαθμολογιες στο "συστημα",θα ελεγα οτι το τηλεχειριστηριο παιρνει 1 αστερι και το κυρίως air condition 4 αστερια.
Βεβαια εξαιτιας του τηλεχειριστηριου χαλαει ολη η εμπειρια,συμφωνωντας με αλλο χρηστη εδω στο skroutz.
Αυτο το τηλεχειριστηριο δεν αρμοζει σε ενα μηχανημα των 950 ευρω!!
After 1 year of installation, which has worked both in winter and summer, I can say that it is very good, as I expected it to be. It has 6 speed levels, and until level 3, the machine is completely silent, both internally (you can only hear the swing motion) and externally. Not that it makes noise when you put it on maximum, you just hear the flow of air. Also, at level 3, it cools the room in 5-10 minutes, and in heat, it takes about 5 minutes more. It has a very good build quality (made in Thailand). Power consumption, especially this year with the crazy heat, was around 18-20 hours continuously, and I had a very normal electricity bill.
ύστερα από 1 χρόνο εγκατάστασης που έχει δουλέψει χειμώνα - καλοκαίρια μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό όπως και περίμενα να είναι άλλωστε. έχει 6 βαθμίδες ταχύτητας, μέχρι τις 3 το μηχάνημα είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο τόσο εσωτερικά (μπορείς να ακούς μόνο το swing που κάνει πάνω κάτω) αλλά και η εξωτερική μονάδα, όχι ότι αν το βάλεις στο τέρμα ότι κάνει θόρυβο απλά ακούς την ροή του αέρα επίσης στην ένταση 3 έχει ψύξη το δωμάτιο σε 5-10 λεπτά, στην ζέστη περίπου θέλει 5 λεπτά παραπάνω,πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής (made in Thailand). Κατανάλωση ρεύματος ειδικά φέτος με την τρελή ζέστη δούλευε γύρω στις 18-20 ώρες συνεχόμενα και είχα ένα πολύ νορμάλ λογαριασμό ρεύματος.

The previous Hitachi 14,000 BTU model was installed 5 years ago. However, it proved to be so inadequate that I had to replace it. I had to frequently use a 2,000W space heater.
The Toshiba managed very well. In need, I operated it at 4/5 capacity and it provided good heat. I didn't have to use the space heater even once!
However, the surprise came during the heatwave. It cools the space like a refrigerator with a setting of 3/5.

Τοποθετήθηκε σε πολύ ΄δύσκολο΄ χώρο 30τμ.
Από πάνω ταράτσα χωρίς προστασία. Γύρω τζάμια. Πόρτα που ανοιγοκλείνει συχνά.
Δεν μπορούσα να βάλω μεγαλύτερο λόγω ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης.
Το προηγούμενο της Hitachi 14.000 btu, τοποθετήθηκε προ 5ετίας. Αποδείχθηκε όμως τόσο ανεπαρκές που αναγκάστηκα να το αλλάξω. Έπρεπε συχνά να χρησιμοποιώ θερμοπομπό του χώρου 2000W
Το Tosh;iba τα κατάφερε πολύ καλά, Στην ανάγκη το δούλεψα στα 4/5 και με κάλυψε καλά από άποψη θερμότητας. Ούτε μια φορά δεν άναψα τον θερμοπομπό!
Η έκπληξη όμως ήρθε κατά τον καύσωνα. Κάνει τον χώρο ψυγείο με ρύθμιση 3/5

Τα 12.000BTU έχουν τα όριά τους. Ένα LG 18.000 btu δεκαετίας στο σπίτι, βγάζει λάβα!

Στην θέρμανση το μηνιαίο κόστος είναι περίπου 30 ευρώ για θερμοκρασία 18-19 βαθμους κελσιου με χρήση 10-12 ωρών περίπου ημερισίως
Η περιοδος ηταν στο τελος χειμωνα με θερμοκρασιες 8 με 15 βαθμους και τιμη kwh 11 λεπτα. Προσφατα παρακολουθησα την καταναλωση με εξυπνη πριζα tp 110 και ανακαλυψα τα ακολουθα. Οταν αρχιζει να δουλευει και για τον διαστημα ωσπου να ανεβασει την θερμοκρασια στην επιθυμητη καταναλωνει 1500-2000 watt. Επειτα η καταναλωση εξαρταται απο το ποσο κρυο κανει εξω και απο την θερμοκρασια που εχουμε διαλεξει για τον χωρο. Για μια θερμοκρασια χωρου 18 βαθμους και χωρου 65 τμ στην δικια μου περιπτωσει καταναλωνει περιπου 500w oταν η θερμοκρασια εξω ειναι μεταξυ 10 και 15 βαθμων και 1000-700 watt περιπου οταν η θερμοκρασια ειναι μεταξυ 5-10 βαθμων. Δηλαδη στις 12-14 ωρες σε μια ημερα με θερμοκρασια μεταξυ 8 και 15 βαθμων καταναλωνει περιπου 10Kwh. Εαν το κρυο ειναι ποιο πολυ ας πουμε 5-10 βαθμους θα μπορουσε να φθασει 15-17 kwh. Στις φωτογραφιες φαινεται η καταναλωση για 12 ωρες λειτουργιας σε ημερα με θερμοκρασιες 8- 16 C.
Στο πολυ θερμο καλοκαιρι που μολις περασε δεν ειχε κανενα προβλημα να κατεβασει την θερμοκρασια αλλα μετρησεις καταναλωσης δεν εχω.
Οσο αφορα για το θορυβο για να μπορεσει να δουλεψει ικανοποιητικα ( και σε ψυξη και σε θερμανση) η ταχυτητα του ανεμιστηρα του θα πρεπει να ειναι στην τριτη ή ακομα καλυτερα στην τεταρτη κλιμακα οπου ο θορυβος ειναι σχετικα μικρος (τριτη) ή αποδεκτος (τεταρτη ). Αλλα μοντελα στην ιδια κλιμακα 3-4 εχουν λιγοτερο θορυβο αλλα σαφως μικροτερη αποδοση. Οποιος θελει τελειως αθορυβο να ψαξει αλλους τροπους θερμανσης διοτι ολα τα κλιματιστικα κανουν θορυβο. Οταν ο θορυβος ειναι ελαχιστος ( πρωτη δευτερη κλιμακα) η αποδοση πεφτει πολυ και ουσιαστικα δεν συμφερει η χρηση τους.
16000 BTU in 40 sqm. Struggles with cooling. When it's 35 degrees outside, it manages to reach 28 degrees inside (after an hour) and can't go any lower. Not even with the hi power mode.
It's beautiful, but incredibly user-unfriendly remote control. When you hold it in your hands, it's dark, you can't see any information, and to turn on the screen, you have to press one of the buttons (to cause some kind of change!). The menu deserves an award for difficulty! Thankfully, it has a Wi-Fi app, so everything is much simpler from the mobile phone.
16000 btu σε 40 τ.μ. Δυσκολεύεται στη ψύξη. Οταν έξω έχει 35 βαθμούς, μέσα (και μετά από ώρα) καταφέρνει να φτάσει τους 28 και δεν μπορεί με τίποτα παρακάτω. Ουτε με το hi power.
Ομορφο, αλλά απίστευτα δύσχρηστο τηλεχειριστηριο. Οταν το πιάνεις στα χέρια σου είναι σκοτεινό, δεν βλέπεις καμμια πληροφορία, και για να ανάψει η οθόνη, πρέπει να πατήσεις κάποιο από τα κουμπιά (να προκαλέσεις δηλ κάποια μεταβολή !) Το μενού του παίρνει βραβείο δυσκολίας !! Ευτυχώς έχει app στο wifi οπότε από το κινητό είναι όλα πολύ πολύ πιο απλά.
It was purchased on March 23rd and installed in a 28 sqm room. From the first moment, it made a noise when heating (I have posted it on YouTube). The company never admitted the problem and blamed me, saying that the 18,000 BTU is too big for a 28 sqm + 16 square meter space that communicates with the room where it was installed. I should mention that the house is a preserved building with a ceiling height of 3.40 meters, so the air conditioner serves 100 cubic meters. Luckily, the store where I bought it took responsibility and replaced it with a Toyotomi Erai, which of course makes no noise. A small detail, when I uploaded a video on Facebook with the noise, they called me to ask what they could do to make me satisfied, since they told me that such a thing should not have happened. When I told them about the expenses I had incurred in trying to fix it and asked for a new air conditioner, they replied that the air conditioner had no problem and refused. P.S. I also bought a 10,000 BTU one, which didn't make any noise, but recently, when turning it off, the blinds don't close. Reliability...
Αγοράστηκε τον Μάρτιο του 23 και τοποθετήθηκε σε δωμάτιο 28τμ. Από την πρώτη στιγμή στη θέρμανση έβγαζε ένα βουητό (το έχω αναρτήσει στο YouTube). Η εταιρεία ποτέ δεν παραδεχτήκε το πρόβλημα και έριξε το φταίξιμο σε εμένα λέγοντας ότι. είναι πολύ μεγάλο το 18αρι για 28τμ + 16 τετραγωνικά ο χώρος που επικοινωνεί με το δωμάτιο στο οποίο τοποθετήθηκε. Να αναφέρω ότι το σπίτι είναι διατηρητέο με ταβάνι στα 3,40 μέτρα και άρα το κλιματιστικό εξυπηρετεί 100 κυβικά μέτρα. Ευτυχώς το μαγαζί που το αγόρασα πήρε πάνω του το θέμα και μου το αντικατέστησε με ένα Toyotomi Erai το οποίο φυσικά δεν κάνει κανένα θόρυβο. Μικρή λεπτομέρεια όταν ανέβασα στο FB βίντεο με τον θόρυβο με πήραν τηλέφωνο για να μου πουν τι μπορούν να κάνουν για να μην μείνω δυσαρεστημένος αφού μου είπαν ότι δεν έπρεπε να συμβεί κάτι τέτοιο. Όταν τους είπα τα έξοδα που είχα κάνει στην προσπάθεια να το φτιάξω και τους ζήτησα ένα νέο κλιματιστικό μου απάντησαν ότι το κλιματιστικό δεν είχε κανένα πρόβλημα και αρνήθηκαν. ΥΓ είχα πάρει και ένα 10αρι το οποίο δεν έκανε τον θόρυβο αλλά τώρα τελευταία κατά την απενεργοποίηση δεν κλείνουν οι περσίδες. Αξιοπιστία....
I bought this air conditioner last year at this time and decided to write a review after going through one winter and one summer. This particular one replaced a 2001 Mitsubishi which, although it didn't have any issues, consumed a lot of electricity and didn't have a heating function. Regarding the consumption, it is extremely economical, perhaps one of the most economical on the market. It had very good performance in both cooling and heating and didn't make any noise during operation. It might make some noise on higher settings, but I don't think it's necessary to set it on such a high level to get the job done. Personally, I recommend it, and if there are any issues, I will come back and update.
Αγόρασα το εν λόγω κλιματιστικό πέρυσι τέτοια εποχή και αποφάσισα να γράψω κριτική αφού πέρασα έναν χειμώνα και ένα καλοκαίρι. Το συγκεκριμένο αντικατέστησε ένα Mitsubishi του 2001 που παρότι δεν έπαθε τίποτα ,έκαιγε πάρα πολύ και δεν είχε λειτουργία θέρμανσης. Αναφορικά με την κατανάλωση είναι εξαιρετικά οικονομικό ίσως από τα πιο οικονομικά της αγοράς. Είχε πολύ καλή απόδοση και στην ψύξη και στην θέρμανση και δεν έκανε θόρυβο κατά την λειτουργία του,για υψηλότερες σκάλες σίγουρα θα κάνει αλλά δεν νομίζω οτι χρειάζεται να μπεί σε τόσο υψηλή σκάλα λειτουργίας για να κάνει την δουλεία του. Προσωπικά το προτείνω, αν υπάρξει κάποιο θέμα θα επανέλθω .
The comments are for the 9000 BTU model, which has only been tested for heating so far and performs very well. The only major negative for me is the noise from the external unit when it starts, it sounds like a helicopter (no comparison to two other Mitsubishi models I have, 9000 and 24000 BTU). And even when it reaches the desired temperature, it is not among the quietest. I should mention that I have also installed rubber bases to reduce the noise, and the internal unit is fine in terms of noise. Update: It has also been tested in cold weather, but its strong point is definitely heating. Generally, I would say it is weaker in cooling. Many times it does not respond to commands from the remote control (with new batteries), and the fan in the indoor unit has started making noise on the first and second settings. Overall, I am disappointed with this well-known and expensive air conditioner due to its poor construction quality.

The energy label of this specific air conditioner is incorrect because it gives a different energy efficiency compared to what Toshiba Hellas states and what is accompanied when you purchase it. It has the exact same energy class as the Toshiba Haori and the same outdoor unit, RAS - 10J2AVSG-E1. The Toshiba Haori also has the exact same outdoor unit. One of the most affordable air conditioners.
Το ενεργειακό ταμπελακι από το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικο είναι λάθος γιατι άλλη ενεργειακή απόδοση δίνει σε σχέση με αυτά που λέει η toshiba hellas και άλλη σε αυτό που συνοδεύεται όταν το αγοράζεις. Και έχει την ίδια ενεργειακή κλάση ακριβώς με το toshiba haori και την ίδια εξωτερική μονάδα. RAS - 10J2AVSG-E1. Ακριβως την ίδια εξωτερική μονάδα έχει και το toshiba haori. Ένα από τα οικονομικότερα κλιματιστικα.
The air conditioner worked for only half an hour after installation and then started tripping the circuit breaker. I contacted the Toshiba dealership and they promptly sent a contracted technician from a nearby store who found no installation errors but did find a short circuit on the circuit board. The issue was reported to the Toshiba dealership. Since that day (7 working days have passed so far), there has been absolutely no update. In the past 2 days, I have been in contact with the dealership and unfortunately, no one is able to inform me about my issue, the employees just stereotypically state that they will pass on my complaint and that someone will contact me.
10/10/2022 Today, I received a communication from the local representative. The circuit board will be replaced (delivery time in 1 month...)
17/11/2022 Finally, the circuit board was replaced today. I will provide a product evaluation later.
20/2/2023 I am improving the rating as after the repair, it is functioning (for now) economically and quietly.
Το κλιματιστικό λειτούργησε μόνο για μισή ώρα μετά την τοποθέτηση και στην συνέχεια άρχισε να ρίχνει την ασφάλεια. Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπεία της Toshiba και όντως σύντομα ήρθε από γειτονικό κατάστημα συμβεβλημένος τεχνικός ο οποίος δεν διαπίστωσε λάθος στην τοποθέτηση βρήκε όμως βραχυκύκλωμα στην πλακέτα. Το θέμα διαβιβάστηκε στην αντιπροσωπεία της Toshiba. Από εκείνη την ημέρα (έχουν μέχρι τώρα περάσει 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες) δεν έχει γίνει απολύτως καμία ενημέρωση. Τις τελευταίες 2 ημέρες επικοινωνώ με την αντιπροσωπεία και δυστυχώς κανείς δεν είναι σε θέση να με ενημερώσει για το θέμα μου, απλά οι υπάλληλοι δηλώνουν στερεότυπα ότι θα μεταβιβάσουν το παράπονο μου και ότι κάποιος θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου.

Very high quality and quiet air conditioner. There are many other cheaper Chinese or Turkish ones but they don't have this quality. I hope it also has good service if I need something. After two months of operation, I still believe it is excellent! Completely silent!!!!!
Πολύ ποιοτικό και αθόρυβο κλιματιστικό. Υπάρχουν πολλά άλλα φθηνότερα κινέζικα ή τουρκικά αλλά την ποιότητα αυτή δεν την έχουν. Ελπίζω να έχει και καλό service αν χρειαστώ κάτι.
Μετά από δύο μήνες λειτουργίας, εξακολουθώ να πιστεύω ότι είναι άριστο! Τελείως αθόρυβο !!!!!
It was installed in a bedroom in April. At first, everything was fine with very good performance in both cooling and heating. However, gradually a rattling noise was noticed from the fan of the indoor unit. Toshiba came and diagnosed a faulty fan motor of the indoor unit. Unfortunately, the replacement part will arrive at the end of September...
Until then, the noise is unbearable. As soon as the repair is done, I will come back for an update.
Fortunately, the motor replacement was done on 15/9/22 (earlier than expected).
What I have to say is that the machine works perfectly. Completely silent operation and excellent performance.
I highly recommend it! Plus, the treatment from the dealership is also commendable.
Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο τον Απρίλιο. Στην αρχή όλα καλά με πολύ καλή απόδοση τόσο στην ψύξη όσο και στη θέρμανση. Σταδιακά όμως παρατηρήθηκε κροταλισμα από τον ανεμιστήρα της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Ήρθε η toshiba και διέγνωσε ελαττωματικό μοτερ ανεμιστήρα της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Δυστυχώς το ανταλλακτικό θα έρθει τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου...
Ως τότε ο θόρυβος ανυποφορος. Μόλις γίνει η επισκευή θα επανέλθω για update.
Αισίως η αντικατάσταση του μοτέρ έγινε στις 15/9/22 ( νωρίτερα από το αναμενόμενο).
Αυτό που έχω να πω είναι ότι το μηχάνημα δουλεύει άψογα. Εντελώς αθόρυβη λειτουργία και τέλεια απόδοση.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Στα + και η αντιμετώπιση από την αντιπροσωπεία.
Efficient. Cools the room instantly. Quiet without any vibrations. The outdoor unit is particularly small for 18,000 BTU and quite silent, just like the indoor unit. On the second setting, the fan seems like it's not working. The temperature sensor is accurately tested with a room thermometer. It delivers what it promises. Quality construction in all aspects. It's worth its money. I have worked with cooling and heating for years and have seen and installed many machines. It is truly a top-notch purchase. I will come back in winter for heating updates.
Αποδοτικό. Ψύχει αμεσα τον χωρο. Αθόρυβα χωρις τριγμούς. Εξωτερικη μοναδα ιδιαιτερα μικρη για 18.000 btu και αρκετα αθόρυβη. Οπως και το εσωτερικό . Στην δευτερη σκαλα ο ανεμιστήρας ειναι σαν να μην δουλευει. Ο αισθητήρας θερμοκρασίας ειναι ακρίβειας ελεγμένος με θερμόμετρο χώρου. Κανει αυτα που υπόσχεται. Ποιοτική κατασκευή σε ολα του. Αξιζει τα χρήματα του. Δουλευα για χρονια ψυξη θερμανση και εχω δει και βαλει πολλα μηχανήματα. Ειναι πραγματικα αγορα απ το πανω ράφι. Θα επανέλθω τον χειμωνα για ενημερωση στην θερμανση.
I am referring to the air conditioner, which is between 9 and 10,000 BTU. It is so quiet that you have to look at the light to see if it is working. But in terms of cooling, it is perfect. Even on the lowest setting, it drops the room temperature by 2 degrees in 3 minutes. I haven't tried it for heating yet, due to summer. Quality construction, at least visually. It is worth its money.
Αναφερομαι στο ενιαρι, που ομως ειναι μεταξυ 9 και 10.000 BTU. Τοοοοοσο αθορυβο, που κοιτας το λαμπακι, για να δεις αν λειτουργει. Αλλα απο ψυξη, τελειο. Ακομη και στην μικροτερη σκαλα σε 3 λεπτα ριχνει 2 βαθμους την θερμοκρασια δωματιου. Στην θερμανση δεν το εχω δοκιμασει ακομη, λογω καλοκαιριου. Ποιοτικη κατασκευη, τουλαχιστον οπτικα. Αξιζει τα λεφτα του.
5/7/2022. Quality construction of the indoor and outdoor unit.
Truly silent operation without creaking or noise. I got a 24,000 BTU unit for a 50 sqm open space and it cools it easily and reaches the rest of the house without exaggeration. Perhaps one of the most affordable in its category.

It heats up for fun and quickly warms up the 50 sqm open space with a terrace above, without insulation!!!
10/02/2023. It's freezing and snowing in Athens these days. No problem, the air conditioner works flawlessly and quickly heats up the space.

Πραγματικά αθόρυβη λειτουργία χωρίς τριξίματα κ βουητά.Εγω πήρα 24αρι σε 50τμ ενιαίο χώρο τα ψύχει εύκολα κ πιάνει κ το υπόλοιπο σπίτι χωρίς υπερβολές.Ισως από τα οικονομικότερα στην κατηγορία του.
Θα επανέλθω τον χειμώνα για επιπλέον πληροφορίες.

Features 5 fan speeds – the low ones are almost silent, the 5th is slightly noticeable but not disturbing.
Medium-sized and quiet outdoor unit.
Economical operation with power reduction capability (25%, 50%, 75%) from the remote control.
Movable louvers up-down, right-left.
Very good consumption in cooling:
0.5 kWh/h at 27°C indoors with 34°C outdoors.
1 kWh/h at 25°C with 33°C outdoors.
In heating: from 16°C to 20°C (outside 8.5°C) it consumed 0.6 kWh in 1 hour.
Supports WiFi (additional module – €75).
Installation cost €110 (3m pipe) + €20/additional meter + reduced VAT for warranty.
Negatives:
For €1300, lacks a temperature sensor on the remote control.
Poor quality plastics, creak with every operation – inferior to other cheaper series like Inventor Dark.
Odor in Auto mode (possibly because it was new).
Timer requires visual contact Remote - A.C otherwise it may delay up to 15 minutes to turn off.
In heating, it is very noisy – intense hum like an airplane landing from the compressor. Makes it useless. The dealership confirmed it but called it "normal."
Unsuitable for the whole house – requires a separate unit per room due to temperature deviations.

Για τα 1300€, λείπει αισθητήρας θερμοκρασίας στο τηλεχειριστήριο.
Κακής ποιότητας πλαστικά, τρίζουν σε κάθε λειτουργία – υποδεέστερα από άλλες φθηνότερες σειρές όπως Inventor Dark.
Μυρωδιά στη λειτουργία Auto (πιθανόν επειδή ήταν καινούργιο).
Χρονόμετρο απαιτεί οπτική επαφή Remote - A.C αλλιώς μπορεί να καθυστερήσει έως 15 λεπτά να απενεργοποιηθεί.
Στη θέρμανση είναι πολύ θορυβώδες – έντονο βουητό σαν προσγείωση αεροπλάνου από τον κομπρεσόρα. Το καθιστά άχρηστο. Η αντιπροσωπεία το διαπίστωσε αλλά το χαρακτήρισε “φυσιολογικό”.
Ακατάλληλο για ολόκληρο σπίτι – χρειάζεται ξεχωριστή μονάδα ανά δωμάτιο λόγω θερμοκρασιακών αποκλίσεων.

After much research, I chose to trust Toshiba. I installed an 18, a very powerful machine that cools almost the entire house. Unfortunately, the internal unit makes a buzzing noise. I realized that it comes from the external unit... and that's where a Golgotha begins with the installation team and the store where I made the purchase... they referred me to the dealership where I am waiting for their technician to come and figure it out. Great disappointment...
Μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο επέλεξα να εμπιστευτώ την Toshiba..
Έβαλα ένα 18αρι στο σαλόνι,πολύ δυνατό μηχάνημα ψύχει σχεδόν όλο το σπίτι.
Δυστυχώς όμως η εσωτερική μονάδα βουιζει.
Αντιλήφθηκα ότι προέρχεται από την εξωτερική μονάδα...κι εκεί ξεκινάει ένας Γολγοθάς με το συνεργείο που έκανε την εγκατάσταση και το κατάστημα από όπου έγινε η αγορά...με παρέπεμψαν στην αντιπροσωπεία όπου και περιμένω τον τεχνικό τους μπας και βγάλουμε άκρη..
Μεγάλη απογοήτευση...
The air conditioner was purchased on 12/06 and installed 2 days later. As a first impression, the quality of the plastics on the inside as well as the quality of the exterior is superior to what I have seen in Fujitsu, etc. It has many functions, is currently quiet, and the cooling performance is tremendous. I will come back if anything arises, including in the winter.
Το κλιματιστικό αγοράστηκε στις 12/06 και τοποθετήθηκε 2 ημέρες μετά. Σαν 1η εντύπωση η ποιότητα πλαστικών στο εσωτερικό αλλά και η ποιότητα του εξωτερικού ειναι ανώτερη απο οτι εχω δει σε Fujitsu κλτ. Έχει παρα πολλές λειτουργίες, ειναι αθόρυβο για την ώρα και η απόδοση στην ψυξη ειναι τρομερή. Θα επανέλθω αν προκύψει κατι αλλά και τον χειμώνα.
I bought this air conditioner on 13/05/22 from a large chain store, received it on 17/05/22, and the next day it was installed by a technician from the store. The first time I used the air conditioner in auto mode, I noticed a loud noise (there is also a video) coming from the indoor unit. After informing the store and the technician who did the installation (who came immediately and confirmed the noise), a technician from the dealership came after 1 week! On Saturday morning, they opened the indoor unit and repaired it (the noise was coming from the fan and the motor, obviously a manufacturing defect). The same afternoon, I turned on the air conditioner again and the noise was even worse (there is a video). I informed the store and the headquarters again, requesting immediate replacement instead of repair! The dealership technician took 10 days just to come and confirm the noise, even though I had sent the videos! On 16/06/22, the store replaced it with the same product. It makes exactly the same noise and, on top of that, the remote control does not work properly, making it non-functional. In a subsequent communication I had with them, they told me that I am extremely unlucky and I am waiting for the issue to be resolved before summer ends...
UPDATE 05/07/22: After waiting for 8 days, representatives from the dealership came and confirmed the problems with the indoor unit. On 01/07/22, the store replaced it with another air conditioner at the same price. Fujitsu Ecolandia 18, I regret spending my money on it! The noise level is like that of an exhaust fan to the point where it hurts your head, and the cooling performance is terrible - you have to put it on high to avoid sweating
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό 13/05/22 από κατάστημα μεγάλης αλυσίδας, το παρέλαβα 17/05/22 και την επομένη έγινε εγκατάσταση από τεχνικό συνεργάτη του καταστήματος. Την πρώτη φορά που δούλεψα το κλιματιστικό στο auto διαπίστωσα έντονο θόρυβο (υπάρχει και βίντεο) στην εσωτερική μονάδα. Αφού ενημέρωσα το κατάστημα και τον τεχνικό που έκανε την εγκατάσταση (ο οποίος ήρθε άμεσα και επιβεβαίωσε τον θόρυβο), ήρθε τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας μετά από 1 εβδομάδα! Σάββατο πρωί άνοιξαν την εσωτερική μονάδα και το επισκεύασαν (ο θόρυβος έβγαινε από τον ανεμιστήρα και το μοτέρ προφανώς κατασκευαστικό λάθος). Το ίδιο μεσημέρι ξαναβάζω σε λειτουργία το κλιματιστικό και ο θόρυβος ήταν χειρότερος (υπάρχει βίντεο). Ενημερώνω ξανά το κατάστημα και τα κεντρικά ζητώντας αντικατάσταση άμεση και όχι επισκευή! Ο τεχνικός της αντιπροσωπείας έκανε 10 μέρες να έρθει απλά να επιβεβαιώσει τον θόρυβο ενώ είχα στείλει τα βίντεο! 16/06/22 μου κάνει το κατάστημα αντικατάσταση με ίδιο προϊόν. Το οποίο κάνει ακριβώς τον ίδιο θόρυβο και εκτός αυτού δεν λειτουργεί σωστά το τηλεχειριστήριο με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι λειτουργικό. Σε επόμενη επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους μου είπαν ότι είμαι εξαιρετικά άτυχος, αναμένω επίλυση του θέματος πριν περάσει το καλοκαίρι...
UPDATE 05/07/22: Μετά από αναμονή 8 ημερών ήρθαν από την αντιπροσωπεία και επιβεβαίωσαν τα προβλήματα στην εσωτερική μονάδα.01/07/22 μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση από το κατάστημα με άλλο κλιματιστικό στα ίδια χρήματα. Fujitsu Ecolandia 18άρι κλαίω τα λεφτά μου! Θόρυβος επιπέδου απορροφητήρα σε σημείο που σε πονάει το κεφάλι, απόδοση σε ψύξη κάκιστη για να μην ιδρώνεις πρέπει να το βάλεις να χτυπάει ο αέρας πάνω σου!
Purchased on 30/5/22 [18000BTU], and installed in the living room where it replaced an old Japanese Fujitsu that had been working for 20 years. The fan in auto mode and on the first and second speed makes a noise as if it's hitting something. I informed the store where I bought it, who contacted the dealership. The dealership told me they would respond within 2 business days. Eventually, the 2 business days turned into 8, and on 7/6 when I spoke to them, they scheduled an appointment for 17/6. I paid 1200 euros for the purchase and installation, and I'm left with the fan noise. In conclusion, the next air conditioner I buy will definitely not be Toshiba. Go for something else. I paid for something of quality and got involved, and I don't know how to get out of it. It's not worth it. Go for something cheaper or something else. There are air conditioners on the market for 750-800 euros. I thought the additional cost would guarantee me quality, which is not the case. Prefer large stores for the purchase. Edit. 19/06/22. Finally, the noise was coming from a plastic piece that had come loose. The dealership found errors in the installation. Conclusion. Insistently ask for proof of service provision from the installer, so that you can prove who installed it. Very important. Do not neglect it
Αγοραστηκε 30/5/22 [18000BTU} ,και τοποθετηθηκε σε Σαλονι οπου αντικατεστησε ενα παλιο fujitsu ιαπωνικο που δουλευε επι 20 χρονια.Ο ανεμιστηρας στο auto και στην πρωτη και στην δευτερη σκαλα κανει θορυβο σαν να βρισκει καπου.Ενημερωσα το καταστημα αγορας οι οποιοι πηραν την αντιπροσωπεια.Η αντιπροσωπεια μου ειπε οτι ανταποκρινονται σε 2 εργασιμες.Τελικα οι 2 εργασιμες γιναν 8 και απο τις 7/6 που μιλησα μαζιτους μου εκλεισαν ραντεβου στις 17/6. Εχω δωσει 1200 ευρω με την εγκατασταση και και την βγαζω με τον ανεμιστηρα.Συμπερασματικα το αλλο κλιματιστικο που θα παρω δεν θα ειναι σιγουρα toshiba .Πηγαινετε σε κατι αλλο.Πληρωσα για να παρω κατι ποιοτικο και εμπλεξα,και δεν ξερω πως θα ξεμπλεξω.Δεν αξιζει .Πηγαινετε σε κατι φθηνοτερο η σε κατι αλλο .Υπαρχουν κλιματιστικα στην αγορα με 750-800 ευρω .Θεωρησα οτι το επιπλεον κοστος θα μου εξασφαλιζε ποιοτητα κατι που δεν υφισταται.Προτιμηστε μεγαλα καταστηματα για την αγορα.Edit.19/06/22.Τελικα ο θορυβος προηρχετο απο ενα πλαστικο πιχακι που ειχε φυγει απο την θεση του.Η αντιπροσωπεια διεγνωσε λαθη στην εγκατασταση.Συμπερασμα.Ζητατε επιμονως αποδειξη παροχης υπηρεσιων απο τον εγκαταστατη,για να μπορειτε να αποδειξετε ποιος το εγκατεστησε.Πολυ σημαντικο.Μην το αμελειτε
Looking for an air conditioner since last year, I started with Toyotomi, Fujitsu, Gree, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and ended up with Toshiba. Truly quiet and the only one with Dual Compressor!! The price difference it has from the cheaper ones is worth it and more. I have different brands of air conditioners at work and there is no comparison. Different quality of operation. The outdoor unit is also completely silent!!
Ψαχνοντας γαι air condition απο περυσι, ξεκινησα απο toyotomi,fujitsu,gree,mitsubishi,daikin,και κατεληξα στο toshiba.Πραγματικα αθορυβο και το μοναδικο με Διπλο Συμπιεστη!!Η διαφορα τιμης που εχει απο τα πιο φθηνα αξιζει και με το παραπανω.Εχω διαφορες μαρκες αιρ κοντισιον στη δουλεια και δεν υπαρχει καμμια συγκριση.Αλλη ποιοτητα λειτουργιας.Η εξωτερικη μοναδα επισης τελειως Αθορυβη!!

The air conditioner is fantastic. Extremely quiet and fantastic in heating. You can buy it with closed eyes. In my opinion, it has no competition in terms of price.

At home, there is 1 Toyotomi 12-year-old made in Japan and 2 Mitsubishi 14-year-old from Thailand. All Inverter. All of them are excellent! I decided to try something modern and economical in terms of energy efficiency (A+++) and the Toshiba (also from Thailand) was the way to go for its price. I didn't expect it to be so good. The indoor and outdoor unit are completely silent. It is even quieter than the other air conditioners in the house, which are already considered quiet. You don't realize that it's working and it doesn't bother you during sleep, as you can't hear anything at 19db. The Mitsubishi units are slightly inferior in this aspect (the first level on the indoor unit is a bit noisy). The illuminated screen on the remote control stands out. The design is very beautiful and the LED lights on the indoor unit are nice. I will have a better idea of its consumption and reliability in a few months.
Στο σπίτι υπάρχει 1 Toyotomi 12 ετών made in Japan και 2 Mitsubishi 14 ετών από Ταϊλάνδη. Όλα Inverter. Όλα τους εξαιρετικά! Είπα να δοκιμάσω κάτι σύγχρονο και οικονομικό στη χρήση Α+++ και το Toshiba (Ταϊλάνδη και αυτό)
για τα χρήματά του ήταν μονόδρομος. Δεν το περίμενα να βγει τόσο καλό.
Δεν ακούγεται καθόλου η εσωτερική και η εξωτερική μονάδα. Είναι ακόμα πιο ήσυχο από τα άλλα κλιματιστικά του σπιτιού που τα λες και αυτά αθόρυβα.
Δεν καταλαβαίνεις ότι δουλεύει και δε σε ενοχλεί στον ύπνο σου, καθώς δεν ακούγεται τίποτα 19db, τα Mitsubishi σε αυτό υστερούν λίγο (η πρώτη σκάλα στην εσωτερική μονάδα είναι λίγο θορυβώδης).
Ξεχωρίζει η φωτιζόμενη οθόνη στο τηλεχειριστήριο.
Το πολύ όμορφο design και τα ωραία led της εσωτερικής μονάδας.
Θα έχω καλύτερη εικόνα σε λίγους μήνες, για κατανάλωση και αξιοπιστία.

My main concern was the fact that the house is a maisonette. The warm air always rises through the internal staircase to the upper level. I was searching for a long time for which air conditioner to choose. There are few air conditioners that are truly inverter, it takes appetite and knowledge to understand when an air conditioner is working properly in your space. Personally, for me, there are 2 companies in domestic air conditioning. Toshiba, Mitsubishi and not all of them. This particular air conditioner is indeed economical, quiet, and efficient. Truly impressive machine. The price for what it does and has (we are talking about a double compressor...) is reasonable and you won't regret it. If you use it, you will recover the cost through energy consumption.
Ο μεγάλος προβληματισμός μου ήταν το γεγονός ότι το σπίτι είναι μεζονέτα. Πάντα ο ζεστός αέρας ανυψώνεται μέσω της εσωτερικής σκάλας στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο. Το έψαχνα πάρα πολυ καιρό τι κλιματιστικό να επιλέξω. Λίγα είναι τα κλιματιστικά που πραγματικά είναι inverter ,θέλει όρεξη και γνώση για να καταλάβεις πότε δουλεύει σωστά ένα κλιματιστικό στο χώρο σου. Προσωπικά για εμένα 2 είναι οι εταιρείες στον οικιακό πάντα κλιματισμό. toshiba ,mitsubishi και όχι όλα. Το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό είναι πράγματι οικονομικό, αθόρυβο και αποδοτικό .Πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό μηχάνημα. Η τιμή για αυτά που κάνει και έχει (μιλάμε για διπλό συμπιεστή...) είναι φυσιολογική και δεν το μετανιώνεις. Αν το δουλέψεις θα τα βγάλεις απο την κατανάλωση.
Very slight compression and expansion noise, as stated by the manufacturer, which may be the only one mentioning it, but it is true, minimal, meaning it is not at all annoying and I do not consider it as something so negative. I was thinking for this reason as an excuse not to give it an excellent rating and 5 stars, but I think it clearly deserves it. Πολύ μικρό τρίξιμο συστολής διαστολής , το αναφέρει και ο κατασκευαστής που ίσως είναι και ο μόνος που το αναφέρει , αλλά είναι αλήθεια ελάχιστο δηλαδή δεν είναι καθόλου ενοχλητικό και δεν το θεωρώ σαν κάτι τόσο αρνητικό ..Σκεφτόμουν για αυτόν το λόγο σαν δικαιολογία να μην έβαζα άριστα και 5 αστέρια αλλά νομίζω τα αξίζει ξεκάθαρα.... Τίμιο , δυνατό με οικονομικές λειτουργίες , δουλεύει ωραία και είναι όμορφο με την εφαρμογή να είναι η πιο εύχρηστη και ευχάριστη που έχω δουλέψει .
I will only talk about cooling as I bought it in July.
I put it in an open space living room, dining room, and kitchen area of about 60 square meters. It cools it immediately and reaches the middle rooms, but at a slower pace due to spatial issues. With the option it has to make an internal and external unit silent, it is not heard at all, neither inside nor outside.
As for consumption, I have had it for 20 days, I turn it on in the morning and turn it off at night, except for 2 times when I had it on for 24 hours, with a constant temperature at 26 degrees (that's what the remote control says, in reality it is around 24-25 degrees), although I haven't installed a special meter, so according to the DEI clock, it burns almost NOTHING.
I was recommended it from a well-known Greek forum that also has diagrams with consumption comparisons, etc. You can also see comparisons with other A/C units.
After each cooling cycle, it operates the fan for half an hour (with the blinds almost closed, meaning no air is coming out) to dry the internal unit, so that it doesn't smell the next time you turn it on, as I have noticed with other A/C units.
Θα μιλησω μονο για ψύξη καθως το πηρα ιουλιο.
Το έβαλα σε ενιαιο χώρο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα γύρω στα 60τετραγωνικα το δροσιζει αμέσως και παει και στα μεσα δωματια αλλα με αργους ρυθμους λογω χωροταξικων θεματων. Με την επιλογή που εχει, να κανει αθορυβη εσωτερικη και εξωτερικη μονάδα, δεν ακουγεται καθολου ουτε μεσα ουτε εξω.
Οσον αφορα την καταναλωση το εχω 20 ημερες, το ανοιγω πρωι το κλεινω βραδυ, με εξαιρεση 2 φορες που το ειχα 24ωρες, με σταθερη θερμοκρασια στους 26 (ετσι γραφει το τηλεκοντρολ, στην πραγματικοτητα ειναι γυρω στους 24-25) αν και δεν εχω βαλει ειδικό μετρητη,αρα συμφωνα με το ρολοι της δεη δεν καιει σχεδον ΤΙΠΟΤΑ.
Μου το προτειναν απο γνωστο ελληνικο φορουμ που εχουν και σχεδιαγραμματα με καταναλωσεις κτλ κτλ μπορειτε να δειτε και συγκρισεις με αλλα a/c.
Στην ψυξη μετα απο καθε κυκλο λειτουργιας, λειτουργει μιση ωρα στον ανεμιστηρα (με σχεδον κλειστες τις περσιδες,δηλαδη δεν σου ερχεται αέρας) για να στεγνωσει η εσωτερικη μοναδα, ωστε να μην μυριζει την επομενη φορα που θα το βαλεις μπροστα οπως μου εχει παρατηρηθει με αλλα a/c.
I am the happy owner since 2022 of the Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E air conditioner and I am completely satisfied with the machine and the remote control! So this year I decided to buy the Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
I thought it would be the same brand and I wouldn't have a problem.......
But in the end, I have a problem because the remote control was designed by someone who tried very hard to make it WORSE than the remote control that Toshiba had until now!!
What can I say first about the MANY problems of this remote control.....
First of all, its buttons are black (instead of being white) so they are not VISIBLE. You have to go directly under the lamp to see them with difficulty.
The letters on the remote control buttons are very faint (instead of being BOLD) so you can't see them!!
Also, the buttons do not light up.
The VERY SMALL screen of the remote control turns on and off almost IMMEDIATELY, so you don't have time to adjust the speed of the air conditioner or anything else.
The menus are designed to confuse you and are chaotic.
Also, the remote control ONLY has 7 buttons instead of the 22 that Toshiba air conditioners had until now.
On the old Toshiba remote control, each button did a JOB.
The buttons are exactly next to each other (without sufficient distance) so you press one on top of the other (if you can see them for sure because THEY DO NOT SHOW). I realized that because they installed Wireless LAN CONNECTION on the machine, they downgraded the quality of the remote control to keep costs down....
However, they should have given the customer the option to buy the machine without Wi-Fi LAN connection. Not everyone feels the "need" to turn on/set the machine from their phone.
Also, its filter is not the same as the 2022 model 18000 btu. (both belong to the EDGE series).
When you turned on the 18 (at first), you felt a very pleasant forest smell. The 13 of 2024 does not have a good filter at all because at the beginning of its operation it did not have the pleasant forest smell that the larger one had, and specifically it does not filter ANYTHING...... Just smoking a cigarette makes the whole room stink. Basically, it gives you the impression that there is no filter at all.
Also, when asking in June for filters from the dealership for the 18 that need to be changed every 2 years, they sent me filters from the CHEAPEST MIRAI AND NOT THE EDGE SERIES FILTERS. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I don't know who is responsible for this. The Greek dealership or Toshiba.
Since I can't give 2 separate ratings in the "system," I would say that the remote control gets 1 star and the main air conditioner gets 4 stars.
Of course, due to the remote control, the whole experience is ruined, agreeing with another user here on Skroutz.
This remote control does not suit a machine worth 950 euros!!
. Είμαι ο ευτυχής κάτοχος από το 2022 του κλιματιστικού Toshiba RAS -18J2KVSG-E RAS-18J2AVSG-E και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με το μηχάνημα και το τηλεχειριστήριο! Έτσι φέτος αποφάσισα να αγοράσω το Toshiba RAS-B13G3KVSG-E RAS-13J2AVSG-E1.
Είπα θα είναι της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν θα έχω πρόβλημα.......
Αλλά τελικά έχω πρόβλημα, γιατί το τηλεχειριστήριο σχεδιάστηκε από κάποιον που προσπάθησε πάρα πολύ να το κάνει ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ από το τηλεχειριστήριο που είχε μέχρι τώρα η Toshiba!!
Τι να πρωτοπώ από τα ΠΟΛΛΑ προβλήματα αυτού του τηλεχειριστηρίου.....
Πρώτα από όλα τα κουμπιά του είναι μαύρα (αντί να είναι λευκά) οπότε δεν είναι ΟΡΑΤΑ. Πρέπει να πας κατευθείαν κάτω από τη λάμπα για να τα δεις με δυσκολία.
Τα γράμματα στα κουμπιά του τηλεχειριστηρίου είναι πολύ αχνά (αντί να είναι BOLD) οπότε δεν μπορείτε να τα δείτε!!
Επίσης τα κουμπιά δεν ανάβουν.
Η ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΗ οθόνη του τηλεχειριστηρίου ανάβει και σβήνει σχεδόν ΑΜΕΣΑ, για να μην προλάβεις να ρυθμίσεις την ταχύτητα του κλιματιστικού ή κάτι άλλο.
Τα μενου του εχουν φτιαχτει για να σε μπερδευουν και ειναι χαοτικα.
Επίσης το τηλεκοντρόλ ΜΟΝΟ έχει 7 κουμπιά αντί για τα 22 που είχαν μέχρι τώρα τα κλιματιστικά της Toshiba.
Στο παλιό τηλεχειριστήριο της Toshiba, κάθε κουμπί έκανε μια ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ.
Τα κουμπιά είναι ακριβώς το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο (χωρίς επαρκή απόσταση) οπότε πατάτε το ένα πάνω στο άλλο (αν τα βλέπετε σίγουρα γιατί ΔΕΝ ΦΑΙΝΟΝΤΑΙ). Κατάλαβα ότι επειδή εγκατέστησαν Wireless LAN CONNECTION στο μηχάνημα, υποβάθμισαν την ποιότητα του τηλεχειριστηρίου για να μην ανέβει το κόστος....
Θα έπρεπε όμως να έχουνε δώσει την επιλογή στον πελάτη να αγοράσει το μηχάνημα χωρίς σύνδεση wifi lan. Δεν νιώθουμε όλοι την «ανάγκη» να ανάψουμε/ρυθμίσουμε το μηχάνημα από το κινητό.
Επισης το φιλτρο του δεν ειναι ιδιο με του 2022 μοντελου 18000 btu.(και τα 2 ανηκουν στη σειρα EDGE).
Oταν αναβες το 18αρι (το πρωτο καιρο) ενιωθες μια πολυ ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δάσους.Το 13αρι του 2024 δεν εχει καθολου καλο φιλτρο διοτι το πρωτο καιρο λειτουργιας δεν ειχε την ευχαριστη μυρωδια Δασους που ειχε το μεγαλυτερο και συγκεκριμενα δεν φιλτραρει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ......Ενα τσιγαρο να κανεις βρωμοκοπαει ολο το δωματιο.Βασικα σου δινει την εντυπωση οτι δεν υπαρχει καθολου φιλτρο.
Ζητωντας επισης τον Ιουνιο φιλτρα απο την αντιπροσωπεια για το 18αρι που πρεπει να αλλαζονται καθε 2 χρονια, μου στειλαν φιλτρα απο το ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΟ MIRAI ΚΑΙ ΟΧΙ ΤΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΤΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΣΕΙΡΑΣ EDGE.AΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!

Aφου δεν μπορω να βαλω 2 ξεχωριστες βαθμολογιες στο "συστημα",θα ελεγα οτι το τηλεχειριστηριο παιρνει 1 αστερι και το κυρίως air condition 4 αστερια.
Βεβαια εξαιτιας του τηλεχειριστηριου χαλαει ολη η εμπειρια,συμφωνωντας με αλλο χρηστη εδω στο skroutz.
Αυτο το τηλεχειριστηριο δεν αρμοζει σε ενα μηχανημα των 950 ευρω!!
After 1 year of installation, which has worked both in winter and summer, I can say that it is very good, as I expected it to be. It has 6 speed levels, and until level 3, the machine is completely silent, both internally (you can only hear the swing motion) and externally. Not that it makes noise when you put it on maximum, you just hear the flow of air. Also, at level 3, it cools the room in 5-10 minutes, and in heat, it takes about 5 minutes more. It has a very good build quality (made in Thailand). Power consumption, especially this year with the crazy heat, was around 18-20 hours continuously, and I had a very normal electricity bill.
ύστερα από 1 χρόνο εγκατάστασης που έχει δουλέψει χειμώνα - καλοκαίρια μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό όπως και περίμενα να είναι άλλωστε. έχει 6 βαθμίδες ταχύτητας, μέχρι τις 3 το μηχάνημα είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο τόσο εσωτερικά (μπορείς να ακούς μόνο το swing που κάνει πάνω κάτω) αλλά και η εξωτερική μονάδα, όχι ότι αν το βάλεις στο τέρμα ότι κάνει θόρυβο απλά ακούς την ροή του αέρα επίσης στην ένταση 3 έχει ψύξη το δωμάτιο σε 5-10 λεπτά, στην ζέστη περίπου θέλει 5 λεπτά παραπάνω,πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής (made in Thailand). Κατανάλωση ρεύματος ειδικά φέτος με την τρελή ζέστη δούλευε γύρω στις 18-20 ώρες συνεχόμενα και είχα ένα πολύ νορμάλ λογαριασμό ρεύματος.

It was installed in a very 'difficult' space of 30 square meters.
Above is a terrace without protection. Surrounding windows. The door frequently opens and closes.
I couldn't install a larger one due to electrical installation limitations.
The previous Hitachi 14,000 BTU model was installed 5 years ago. However, it proved to be so inadequate that I had to replace it. I had to frequently use a 2,000W space heater.
The Toshiba managed very well. In need, I operated it at 4/5 capacity and it provided good heat. I didn't have to use the space heater even once!
However, the surprise came during the heatwave. It cools the space like a refrigerator with a setting of 3/5.
Low noise.
Very satisfied with the purchase.
Update 3/2/24: It couldn't heat the space during the previous days of extreme cold.
The 12,000 BTU model has its limits. An LG 18,000 BTU model from the previous decade at home is a beast!

Τοποθετήθηκε σε πολύ ΄δύσκολο΄ χώρο 30τμ.
Από πάνω ταράτσα χωρίς προστασία. Γύρω τζάμια. Πόρτα που ανοιγοκλείνει συχνά.
Δεν μπορούσα να βάλω μεγαλύτερο λόγω ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης.
Το προηγούμενο της Hitachi 14.000 btu, τοποθετήθηκε προ 5ετίας. Αποδείχθηκε όμως τόσο ανεπαρκές που αναγκάστηκα να το αλλάξω. Έπρεπε συχνά να χρησιμοποιώ θερμοπομπό του χώρου 2000W
Το Tosh;iba τα κατάφερε πολύ καλά, Στην ανάγκη το δούλεψα στα 4/5 και με κάλυψε καλά από άποψη θερμότητας. Ούτε μια φορά δεν άναψα τον θερμοπομπό!
Η έκπληξη όμως ήρθε κατά τον καύσωνα. Κάνει τον χώρο ψυγείο με ρύθμιση 3/5

Ενημέρωση 3/2/24 : Δεν κατάφερε να θερμάνει το χώρο τις προηγούμενες ημέρες του δριμέους ψύχους.
Τα 12.000BTU έχουν τα όριά τους. Ένα LG 18.000 btu δεκαετίας στο σπίτι, βγάζει λάβα!

The air conditioner is quite good, efficient, and quite economical. Although I have the 16000 BTU model, it manages to heat and cool a large space of about 60-65 square meters (two consecutive large rooms) satisfactorily. Of course, it takes a considerable amount of time to reach the desired temperature, especially during heating. In heating mode, the monthly cost is about 30 euros for a temperature of 18-19 degrees Celsius with approximately 10-12 hours of daily usage.
The period was at the end of winter with temperatures ranging from 8 to 15 degrees and a price of 11 cents per kWh. Recently, I monitored the consumption with a smart plug tp 110 and discovered the following. When it starts working and until it reaches the desired temperature, it consumes 1500-2000 watts. Then, the consumption depends on how cold it is outside and the temperature we have chosen for the room. For a room temperature of 18 degrees and a 65 sqm space in my case, it consumes about 500 watts when the outside temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees, and approximately 1000-700 watts when the temperature is between 5-10 degrees. In other words, during the 12-14 hours in a day with temperatures between 8 and 15 degrees, it consumes about 10 kWh. If it is colder, let's say 5-10 degrees, it could reach 15-17 kWh. The photos show the consumption for 12 hours of operation in a day with temperatures of 8-16 degrees Celsius.
During the very hot summer that just passed, it had no problem lowering the temperature, but I don't have any consumption measurements.
As for the noise, in order for it to work satisfactorily (both in cooling and heating), the fan speed should be on the third or even better, on the fourth level, where the noise is relatively low (third) or acceptable (fourth). However, other models in the same range (3-4) have less noise but clearly lower performance. If someone wants completely noiseless, they should look for other heating methods because all air conditioners make noise. When the noise is minimal (first-second level), the performance drops significantly and essentially it is not worth using them.
Το κλιματιστικό είναι αρκετά καλο, αποδοτικό, και αρκετά οικονομικό. Παρόλο ότι έχω το μοντέλλο 16000 BTU καταφέρνει να θερμάνει και να ψύξει ικανοποιητικά ένα μεγάλο χώρο περίπου 60-65 τετραγωνικά (δυο διαδοχικά μεγάλα δωμάτια). Φυσικά χρειάζεται αρκετός χρόνος για να φθάσει στην επιθυμητη θερμοκρασία κυρίως στην θέρμανση. Στην θέρμανση το μηνιαίο κόστος είναι περίπου 30 ευρώ για θερμοκρασία 18-19 βαθμους κελσιου με χρήση 10-12 ωρών περίπου ημερισίως
Η περιοδος ηταν στο τελος χειμωνα με θερμοκρασιες 8 με 15 βαθμους και τιμη kwh 11 λεπτα. Προσφατα παρακολουθησα την καταναλωση με εξυπνη πριζα tp 110 και ανακαλυψα τα ακολουθα. Οταν αρχιζει να δουλευει και για τον διαστημα ωσπου να ανεβασει την θερμοκρασια στην επιθυμητη καταναλωνει 1500-2000 watt. Επειτα η καταναλωση εξαρταται απο το ποσο κρυο κανει εξω και απο την θερμοκρασια που εχουμε διαλεξει για τον χωρο. Για μια θερμοκρασια χωρου 18 βαθμους και χωρου 65 τμ στην δικια μου περιπτωσει καταναλωνει περιπου 500w oταν η θερμοκρασια εξω ειναι μεταξυ 10 και 15 βαθμων και 1000-700 watt περιπου οταν η θερμοκρασια ειναι μεταξυ 5-10 βαθμων. Δηλαδη στις 12-14 ωρες σε μια ημερα με θερμοκρασια μεταξυ 8 και 15 βαθμων καταναλωνει περιπου 10Kwh. Εαν το κρυο ειναι ποιο πολυ ας πουμε 5-10 βαθμους θα μπορουσε να φθασει 15-17 kwh. Στις φωτογραφιες φαινεται η καταναλωση για 12 ωρες λειτουργιας σε ημερα με θερμοκρασιες 8- 16 C.
Στο πολυ θερμο καλοκαιρι που μολις περασε δεν ειχε κανενα προβλημα να κατεβασει την θερμοκρασια αλλα μετρησεις καταναλωσης δεν εχω.
Οσο αφορα για το θορυβο για να μπορεσει να δουλεψει ικανοποιητικα ( και σε ψυξη και σε θερμανση) η ταχυτητα του ανεμιστηρα του θα πρεπει να ειναι στην τριτη ή ακομα καλυτερα στην τεταρτη κλιμακα οπου ο θορυβος ειναι σχετικα μικρος (τριτη) ή αποδεκτος (τεταρτη ). Αλλα μοντελα στην ιδια κλιμακα 3-4 εχουν λιγοτερο θορυβο αλλα σαφως μικροτερη αποδοση. Οποιος θελει τελειως αθορυβο να ψαξει αλλους τροπους θερμανσης διοτι ολα τα κλιματιστικα κανουν θορυβο. Οταν ο θορυβος ειναι ελαχιστος ( πρωτη δευτερη κλιμακα) η αποδοση πεφτει πολυ και ουσιαστικα δεν συμφερει η χρηση τους.
16000 BTU in 40 sqm. Struggles with cooling. When it's 35 degrees outside, it manages to reach 28 degrees inside (after an hour) and can't go any lower. Not even with the hi power mode.
It's beautiful, but incredibly user-unfriendly remote control. When you hold it in your hands, it's dark, you can't see any information, and to turn on the screen, you have to press one of the buttons (to cause some kind of change!). The menu deserves an award for difficulty! Thankfully, it has a Wi-Fi app, so everything is much simpler from the mobile phone.
16000 btu σε 40 τ.μ. Δυσκολεύεται στη ψύξη. Οταν έξω έχει 35 βαθμούς, μέσα (και μετά από ώρα) καταφέρνει να φτάσει τους 28 και δεν μπορεί με τίποτα παρακάτω. Ουτε με το hi power.
Ομορφο, αλλά απίστευτα δύσχρηστο τηλεχειριστηριο. Οταν το πιάνεις στα χέρια σου είναι σκοτεινό, δεν βλέπεις καμμια πληροφορία, και για να ανάψει η οθόνη, πρέπει να πατήσεις κάποιο από τα κουμπιά (να προκαλέσεις δηλ κάποια μεταβολή !) Το μενού του παίρνει βραβείο δυσκολίας !! Ευτυχώς έχει app στο wifi οπότε από το κινητό είναι όλα πολύ πολύ πιο απλά.
