    In the cooling it is satisfactory, in the heating simply unsuitable.
    The external unit broke down in 1.5 years with moderate use.
    It was repaired by Service One, the company that Samsung collaborates with for air conditioning within warranty, after a 50-day wait.
    In 3 months it broke down again with a repair time of 25 days.
    I asked for a refund or compensation from Samsung, which was adamant, insisting that I would receive the air conditioner and that was it.
    I was forced to leave it in storage, losing my money, and bought another air conditioner from a more reliable company.
    All of this happened while informing Samsung that I have a newborn baby.
    Inhumane and unprofessional.

    In the cooling it is satisfactory, in the heating simply unsuitable.
    The external unit broke down in 1.5 years with moderate use.
    It was repaired by Service One, the company that Samsung collaborates with for air conditioning within warranty, after a 50-day wait.
    In 3 months it broke down again with a repair time of 25 days.
    I asked for a refund or compensation from Samsung, which was adamant, insisting that I would receive the air conditioner and that was it.
    I was forced to leave it in storage, losing my money, and bought another air conditioner from a more reliable company.
    All of this happened while informing Samsung that I have a newborn baby.
    Inhumane and unprofessional.
