The XTAR PB2S charger charges up to two Li-ion batteries via two independent channels and also functions as a power bank. Its three-stage TC/CC/CV charging process includes an initial low-current charge for cells below 2.9 V, constant-current charging, and a final charge with decreasing current up to 4.2 V. Very good! Bulky but I utilized old 18650 batteries I had from electronic cigarettes. Very important and rare: It has passthrough! After less than a year, it started acting up and works intermittently. I connect a phone (with various cables) and it charges slowly, I unplug it and plug it back in and then it charges quickly. It has lost its stability.

Μετά από λιγότερο από χρόνο τα έπαιξε και λειτουργεί με σκαμπανεβάσματα.
Συνδέω κινητό (με διάφορα καλώδια) και μου κάνει αργή φόρτιση , το βγάζω και το ξαναβάζω και μετά φορτίζει με γρήγορη. Έχει χάσει τη σταθερότητά του.

Someone mentioned that it supports pass-through charging but I assume it will lower the amps when charging the batteries. It is also extremely lightweight. I didn't find any flaw. It is very handy for electronic cigarette batteries, flashlight (classic 18650), power bank with batteries that you change yourself (especially if you have 4-5 old ones from an electronic cigarette lying around, it is an even better power bank than all those on the market - inexhaustible). I got it about 10 months ago, I used it daily, I put two batteries to charge every day, and sometimes even twice a day. It lasted 10 months, until it stopped charging my batteries. While it was working fine, it charged them relatively quickly. In the last 15 days before it stopped, it started having issues with the charges until it completely stopped. Απίθανο. Mε φορτιστή 25w τερματίζει τις 18650 απο 10% στο 100% σε 1+ ώρες. Convenient size for carrying in a bag, I don't notice the difference in weight compared to when I have the batteries in their case. I use it to have extra batteries for my mod. Βολεύει σε μέγεθος για μεταφορά μέσα σε τσαντάκι, δεν καταλαβαίνω την διαφορά σε βάρος απο όταν έχω τις μπαταρίες στην θήκη τους. Το χρησιμοποιώ για να έχω μαζί μου επιπλέον μπαταρίες για το mod. Bonus για μένα ότι λειτουργεί σαν powerbank!

Powerbank and charger, I would definitely recommend it and always with good batteries (I have it with 2*xstar and a second set of 2*nitecore 18650 with 3500mAh).

It works well both as a power bank and as a compact charger for batteries. The only thing I don't like is that it smells very strongly of plastic. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I would definitely prefer something better from xtar.

There is no other power bank where you can put whatever battery you want. It takes from 18650 to 21700. I have put 2x 21700 5,000mAh each, so you have a power bank with 10,000mAh that fits in your pocket.
And when the batteries run out, you put them in an external charger and connect them to the power bank when they are full, and you are ready. No need to wait for it to charge all night or anything. It's the most practical thing.

Δεν υπαρχει αλλο powerbank που να βαζεις εσυ οτι μπαταρια θες. Παιρνει απο 18650 μεχρι 21700. Εχω βαλει 2x 21700 5.000mah η κάθε μια οποτε εχεις ενα powerbank με 10.000mah που χωραει στην τσεπη.
Και οταν τελειωσουν οι μπαταριες τις βαζεις σε εναν εξωτερικο φορτιστη και κουμπωνεις στο powerbank τις γεματες και εισαι ετοιμος. Ουτε να περιμενεις να φορτισει ολο το βραδυ ουτε τιποτα. Οτι πιο πρακτικό.

Very good value for money, and an impressive gadget (I've had it for 6 months). It is both a charger (18650 & 21700 tested, no problem) and a power bank with fast charging (!). Someone mentioned that it supports pass-through charging but I assume it will lower the amps when charging the batteries. It is also extremely lightweight. I didn't find any flaw. It is very handy for electronic cigarette batteries, flashlight (classic 18650), power bank with batteries that you change yourself (especially if you have 4-5 old ones from an electronic cigarette lying around, it is an even better power bank than all those on the market - inexhaustible). A blind buy.

I got it about 10 months ago, I used it daily, I put two batteries to charge every day, and sometimes even twice a day. It lasted 10 months, until it stopped charging my batteries. While it was working fine, it charged them relatively quickly. In the last 15 days before it stopped, it started having issues with the charges until it completely stopped. Good quality construction and the springs inside were good. But it lasted only a little while.
