I give 3 stars because I don't know if the battery or the phone is to blame.
The phone was unused for 2 years (obviously without the old battery inside).
I put the new battery in and it didn't charge at all.
With its own charger.
I left it for hours, even a whole day. It didn't even turn on. It didn't even increase in temperature.
The phone had no issues, I stopped using it when I got a new one.
I don't know if it's the phone or the battery's fault, that's why the average review.

Mediocre to bad product. With moderate use of the phone, it needs to be charged every day, maybe even twice a day. It heats up easily and quite a lot. Pure disappointment.

I am buying this battery for the third time. I have the Samsung J3 purchased in December '16. The original genuine battery of the phone lasted 2 years. Since then, I buy this as the only option available. The first 2-3 months are fine, but then its duration decreases significantly. Despite the relatively low usage (30-40 minutes of talk time and 10-20 minutes of internet per day), it needs to be charged almost every day to have a working phone the next day. After 6 months, it definitely needs to be charged every day. I keep it for about 10 months, and then it comes to an end as it requires 2-3 hours of charging every day to have a phone the next day, as soon as the battery drops to 30-40%, it quickly runs out. (If you use the internet there and a few minutes, it gets exhausted). However, for someone who wants to keep their phone for various reasons, it is the only solution.

After one month of use, it holds up well, fits perfectly, and I am very satisfied with its capacity.

Unfortunately, the battery does not last long if it drops below 50%. It needs to be charged because it drains very quickly afterwards. Additionally, it did not last long for me because the battery swelled even though I took care of it

For its price, it is satisfactory, fits perfectly on the Galaxy J5. With proper use, it can last 2-3 days. However, it charges up to 96% and then goes from 35% to 0% in a few minutes.

Satisfactory battery, functions properly, but I have the impression that it lasts less than the one the device had when I bought it. Other than that, it's fine and very cheap.

The battery is slightly larger than it should be, resulting in it being difficult to fit into the phone. The biggest issue is removing it

I have the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2015). I searched for the exact same battery as the one my phone has and I found it. Everything is the same! Except for one thing, on the bottom part of the battery, on the plastic part, it has some millimeters of protrusion on the left, right, and center. I didn't expect that, I placed the battery and it got stuck. I managed to remove it with a file and the plastic parts, but unfortunately, it still got stuck even though the battery came out more easily. Despite my efforts to remove it, a piece of plastic has been detached and I'm afraid to use it. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied, on the contrary, it caused me problems.

Conclusion: Factory batteries of a mobile phone differ from replacement ones.

I changed the battery, but it has the same problem as the old one! As soon as it reaches 30%, the phone shuts down completely and I have to charge it! At least it lasts longer than its old one!

I have the Samsung J5 2015 and after almost 1.5 years, the battery started to drain rapidly, meaning that it would shut down at 60% and when I turn it back on, it would have 2%, and it would do various other silly things due to the battery, which had swollen when I opened the back cover to see it.. I ordered a new battery on 6/1/2018 and although the problem was immediately fixed, after about 7 months the battery swelled again and started to show the same symptoms as the first time.. Unfortunately, the battery warranty lasts only 6 months, so on 9/9/2018 I had to order a new one again.. I haven't yet determined whether it's the phone, the battery, or misuse that is responsible for this.
