After 15 months, everything is fine. With the courier company in the countryside, we had a little issue with coordination, but everything worked out in the end.

The absolute worst. It broke after 8 months, and they’ve been giving me the runaround for 5 days. We still haven’t figured out whether they’ll repair it under warranty or whether I’ll have to pay out of pocket. 5 days without hot water. Awful after-sales service... I’ll update this when and if we get it sorted out.

Calpak Prisma 160L with 2m collector. Installed since 31/7/26. We're talking the water boils and if you're not careful, you get burned. It definitely needs half of the collector covered and even then the water is scalding. It will definitely need a three-way mixing valve so it doesn't blow up our plumbing system, and a vertical copper antifreeze expansion vessel has also been installed. With clouds I don't know what happens and I'll get back to you, but with sun it's scorching. Amazing solar water heater.

You get what you pay for. A very powerful solar heater provides hot water even on cloudy days. Buy it without fear.

It is a very good solar product and worth every euro. As for its lifespan, it will show over time.

Very good solar, even with little sun because I have precision control I see that it raises temperature.

I've had it for about a month, first impressions are very positive, obviously the electric hasn't worked yet even on cloudy days, I will update during the winter which will be a stronger crash test.
Upd: The winter went by easily, the water stayed hot the next day and lukewarm the day after if there was no sun.
Upd 11/2025: On cloudy and rainy days - without frost - the hot water lasts comfortably for 3 days

5 degrees outside, cloudy with occasional sunshine and we have hot water. Also, after a day of full sunshine followed by three days of clouds, on the evening of the third day the water was lukewarm enough to take a shower (I repeat, with 5 degrees outside). We have not connected it to electricity for backup or a home heating system. Good build quality and it shows. You get what you pay for.
