    Purchased on 11-11-2020 for 250e. From the beginning, it started forming ice on the inside of the back, which I considered normal because it's not a frost-free model. However, when my technician saw it by chance, he told me that it's not normal to have such a large amount of ice. So, I called the dealership, and they came immediately (5-4-21) and told me that the thermostat needs to be replaced, and in order to do that, the refrigerator needs to be defrosted. I had to remove the food, fully defrost it, and then I called the dealership to schedule an appointment for the technician to come and change the thermostat. They were very polite and told me that the spare part is not available and they will contact me when they have it. So, what do we have here? A good product, undermined by the poor support from the dealership. The refrigerator became unusable, and I had to buy another one because a household cannot function without refrigeration.
