The Flex Disc Mini balance discs come in a set of two and feature eight ball-bearing wheels, allowing them to move in any direction on rubber, carpet, concrete, or wood surfaces. They can be used for static and dynamic yoga and Pilates exercises, helping develop mobility, stability, balance, and strength. The holes allow resistance bands to be attached for added resistance.

The set includes non-slip pads that can be used for a secure grip or placed under the knees. To clean, wipe with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water and soap, then dry thoroughly before use.
