Αν θυμάμαι σωστά (το είχα δώσει μετά από κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα), δουλεύεις με το βάρος του σώματος και μπορείς να μεταβαλλεις μόνο την κλίση του μηχανήματος για να γυμνάζει διαφορετικές μυϊκες ομάδες.
