I have been the owner of washing machines of this brand since 2002. The first 6kg one lasted for 14 years and I threw it away because of a plate issue. The second one was purchased in 2016 and it is the previous model to the one I bothered to comment on. I paid 470 euros for it. It leaked oil. The heating element broke after 1.5 years (okay, it was under warranty, but still). The drum bearings broke after 3 years, and the GOOD thing is that the drum is fixed, meaning it doesn't open and requires cutting (check out videos on YouTube about whirlpool, candy, ariston, indesit drums, etc.). Just to give you an idea of the audacity, a new drum costs around 150 euros without the technician. I cut it myself since I know how to do it, and I replaced it for 25 euros (SKF sealed type bearings were installed). In the three-year period, specifically in January 2022, I replaced them again because I couldn't stand the noise inside the house. Now it works like new, but for how long? The only washing machines that have a detachable drum with screws, like the old ones (which means lower repair costs and no throwing away), after a lot of searching, in my opinion, are the Korean brands LG, Samsung, Morris (although some of them have plate issues early on). Είμαι κατοχος πλυντηρίων αυτής της μάρκας από το 2002. Το πρώτο 6κιλο άντεξε 14 χρονια και το πέταξα από πλακέτα. Το δεύτερο αγοράστηκε το 2016 και είναι το προηγούμενο μοντέλο από αυτό που μπήκα στον κόπο να σχολιάσω κάτι πλήρωσα 470 ευρω. Μου έβγαλε το λάδι. Στον 1,5 χρόνο αντίσταση (οκ εγγύηση, αλλά γιατι). Στα 3 χρονια ρουλεμάν κάδου και το ΚΑΛΟ είναι ότι ο κάδος είναι fix κοινώς κολλημένος και δεν ανοίγει, θέλει κόψιμο ( κοιτάξτε βιντεάκια στο you tube για τους κάδους whirlpool, candy, ariston, indesit κ.α). Για να δείτε το μέγεθος της αλητειας, καινούργιος κάνει περίπου 150 ευρώ χωρίς το μάστορα. Εγώ τον έκοψα μόνος μου, μιας και πιάνομαι, και τα άλλαξα με 25 ευρώ (τοποθετήθηκαν SKF κλειστού τύπου) Στην τριετία, κοινώς Ιανουάριος 2022, τα άλλαξα ξανά γιατί δεν καθοσουν μέσα στο σπίτι από τη φασαρία. Τώρα δουλεύει σαν καινούριο, αλλά ως πότε. Τα μόνα πλυντήρια που ο κάδος χωρίζει με βίδες, όπως τα παλιά (άρα μικρότερο κόστος επισκευής και όχι πέταμα) μετά από αρκετό ψαξιμο είναι κατά τη γνώμη μου τα κορεατικα LG, SAMSUNG, MORRIS (βέβαια μερικά από αυτά χτυπάνε πλακέτα νωρίς). I should have thought of changing the review earlier. This is the worst washing machine we have ever had. I've never heard a machine this noisy, it's unbearable, but I'm afraid to go out while it's running in case it catches fire. My husband has checked everything and can't find anything wrong. I would never have given it one star but I couldn't update without. Complete and utter waste of money.

The positives of the washing machine are the capacity-to-price ratio based on the brand, as there are cheaper washers with the same capacity from less quality brands. The washing machine is quiet except during the spin cycle. It has a satisfactory number of programs. Negatives: The special screwdriver for removing the drum supports is not provided in the washing machine package. I had to remove them with pliers and it was very inconvenient, almost injuring my fingers. The steam program is practically not steam, as the drum rotates with clothes without any water, and after 10 minutes it adds a little water. At the end, the clothes come out wet, not wearable, and need to be dried. The washing times mentioned in the washing machine's panel are only indicative and approximate. They can change depending on the weight of the clothes, the temperature, and even without any reason. For example, in the white program, the washing machine finishes 10 minutes earlier, in the refresh and steam program, instead of 10 minutes, it lasts about 30 minutes, and in the mixed program, today it went to 0:01 and took 5 minutes longer. Whirlpool should pay more attention to the design of the washing machine's systems and the indication of washing times. Other than that, I hope it is a washing machine that will last us for years.

Τα θετικά του πλυντηρίου είναι η σχέση χωρητικότητας και τιμής με βάση την μάρκα, υπάρχουν και φθηνότερα πλυντήρια ίδιας χωρητικότητας από λιγότερο ποιοτικές μάρκες. Το πλυντήριο δεν κάνει θόρυβο εκτός από το στύψιμο. Ικανοποιητικό πλήθος προγραμμάτων. Αρνητικά: Στην συσκευασία του πλυντηρίου δεν παρέχεται το ειδικό κατσαβίδι για την αφαίρεση των στηριγμάτων του κάδου, αναγκάστηκα να τα αφαιρέσω με πένσα και ταλαιπωρήθηκα πολύ ενώ παραλίγο να τραυματιστώ στα δάχτυλα. Το πρόγραμμα ατμού πρακτικά δεν είναι ατμού, περιστρέφεται ο κάδος με ρούχα χωρίς καθόλου νερού και μετά από 10 λεπτά εισάγει λίγο νερό, στο τέλος βγαίνουν βρεγμένα ρούχα τα οποία δεν φοριούνται αλλά πρέπει να στεγνώσουν. Οι χρόνοι πλύσης που αναφέρει ο πίνακας του πλυντηρίου είναι μόνο ενδεικτικοί και κατά προσέγγιση, μπορεί να αλλάξουν ανάλογα το βάρος των ρούχων, την θερμοκρασία, αλλά και χωρίς αιτία, π.χ στο πρόγραμμα λευκών το πλυντήριο τελειώνει σε 10 λεπτά λιγότερο, στο πρόγραμμα φρεσκαρίσματος και ατμού αντί για 10 λεπτά διαρκεί 30 λεπτά περίπου, στο πρόγραμμα των μεικτών σήμερα πήγε στο 0:01 και έκανε 5 λεπτά παραπάνω, έπρεπε να προσέξει περισσότερο η Whrilpool κατά των σχεδιασμό των συστημάτων του πλυντηρίου και την ένδειξη των χρόνων πλύσης. Κατά τα άλλα, ελπίζω να είναι ένα πλυντήριο που θα μας αντέξει για χρόνια.

Ωραίο μεγάλο πορτάκι για να παίρνει μεγάλα ρούχα όπως παπλώματα. Επίσης έχει σύστημα φρεσκαρισματος. Βάζεις έως 3-4 ρούχα και σε λίγα λεπτά στα φρεσκάρει απομακρύνοντας όσμες. Τα βγάζει σε 10' λεπτά και απλά έχουν λίγη υγρασία. Σε λίγα λεπτά τα φοράς κανονικά. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του με το παραπάνω.

Βεβαίως, εφόσον μπορεί η γιαγιά να χρησιμοποιήσει τα νέας τεχνολογίας πλυντήρια, οι ονομασίες των προγραμμάτων είναι στα αγγλικά, υπάρχει μόνο ένα περιστρεφόμενο κομβίο για την επιλογή των προγραμμάτων, από εκεί και μετά επιλέγει θερμοκρασία, ταχύτητα περιστροφής στο στύψιμο και χρόνο από τον πίνακα.

It lasted 1.5 years. It did one laundry every two days. In the beginning, it occasionally leaked the leakage relay on the panel and then it started making a loud noise during spinning. As a result, the drum's shock absorbers broke and it became useless.

I have been the owner of washing machines of this brand since 2002. The first 6kg one lasted for 14 years and I threw it away because of a plate issue. The second one was purchased in 2016 and it is the previous model to the one I bothered to comment on. I paid 470 euros for it. It leaked oil. The heating element broke after 1.5 years (okay, it was under warranty, but still). The drum bearings broke after 3 years, and the GOOD thing is that the drum is fixed, meaning it doesn't open and requires cutting (check out videos on YouTube about whirlpool, candy, ariston, indesit drums, etc.). Just to give you an idea of the audacity, a new drum costs around 150 euros without the technician. I cut it myself since I know how to do it, and I replaced it for 25 euros (SKF sealed type bearings were installed). In the three-year period, specifically in January 2022, I replaced them again because I couldn't stand the noise inside the house. Now it works like new, but for how long? The only washing machines that have a detachable drum with screws, like the old ones (which means lower repair costs and no throwing away), after a lot of searching, in my opinion, are the Korean brands LG, Samsung, Morris (although some of them have plate issues early on). Είμαι κατοχος πλυντηρίων αυτής της μάρκας από το 2002. Το πρώτο 6κιλο άντεξε 14 χρονια και το πέταξα από πλακέτα. Το δεύτερο αγοράστηκε το 2016 και είναι το προηγούμενο μοντέλο από αυτό που μπήκα στον κόπο να σχολιάσω κάτι πλήρωσα 470 ευρω. Μου έβγαλε το λάδι. Στον 1,5 χρόνο αντίσταση (οκ εγγύηση, αλλά γιατι). Στα 3 χρονια ρουλεμάν κάδου και το ΚΑΛΟ είναι ότι ο κάδος είναι fix κοινώς κολλημένος και δεν ανοίγει, θέλει κόψιμο ( κοιτάξτε βιντεάκια στο you tube για τους κάδους whirlpool, candy, ariston, indesit κ.α). Για να δείτε το μέγεθος της αλητειας, καινούργιος κάνει περίπου 150 ευρώ χωρίς το μάστορα. Εγώ τον έκοψα μόνος μου, μιας και πιάνομαι, και τα άλλαξα με 25 ευρώ (τοποθετήθηκαν SKF κλειστού τύπου) Στην τριετία, κοινώς Ιανουάριος 2022, τα άλλαξα ξανά γιατί δεν καθοσουν μέσα στο σπίτι από τη φασαρία. Τώρα δουλεύει σαν καινούριο, αλλά ως πότε. Τα μόνα πλυντήρια που ο κάδος χωρίζει με βίδες, όπως τα παλιά (άρα μικρότερο κόστος επισκευής και όχι πέταμα) μετά από αρκετό ψαξιμο είναι κατά τη γνώμη μου τα κορεατικα LG, SAMSUNG, MORRIS (βέβαια μερικά από αυτά χτυπάνε πλακέτα νωρίς). I should have thought of changing the review earlier. This is the worst washing machine we have ever had. I've never heard a machine this noisy, it's unbearable, but I'm afraid to go out while it's running in case it catches fire. My husband has checked everything and can't find anything wrong. I would never have given it one star but I couldn't update without. Complete and utter waste of money.

Edit (15/7/21): Almost a month after the purchase, it was found that there is a power leakage towards the grounding. I will contact the dealership to see if it needs repair or if it is something normal.
The positives of the washing machine are the capacity-to-price ratio based on the brand, as there are cheaper washers with the same capacity from less quality brands. The washing machine is quiet except during the spin cycle. It has a satisfactory number of programs. Negatives: The special screwdriver for removing the drum supports is not provided in the washing machine package. I had to remove them with pliers and it was very inconvenient, almost injuring my fingers. The steam program is practically not steam, as the drum rotates with clothes without any water, and after 10 minutes it adds a little water. At the end, the clothes come out wet, not wearable, and need to be dried. The washing times mentioned in the washing machine's panel are only indicative and approximate. They can change depending on the weight of the clothes, the temperature, and even without any reason. For example, in the white program, the washing machine finishes 10 minutes earlier, in the refresh and steam program, instead of 10 minutes, it lasts about 30 minutes, and in the mixed program, today it went to 0:01 and took 5 minutes longer. Whirlpool should pay more attention to the design of the washing machine's systems and the indication of washing times. Other than that, I hope it is a washing machine that will last us for years.

Edit (15/7/21): Σχεδόν ένα μήνα μετά την αγορά, διαπιστώθηκε πως παρουσιάζεται μια διαρροή ρεύματος προς την γείωση. Θα επικοινωνήσω με την αντιπροσωπεία για να δούμε αν χρειάζεται επισκευή ή είναι κάτι φυσιολογικό.
Τα θετικά του πλυντηρίου είναι η σχέση χωρητικότητας και τιμής με βάση την μάρκα, υπάρχουν και φθηνότερα πλυντήρια ίδιας χωρητικότητας από λιγότερο ποιοτικές μάρκες. Το πλυντήριο δεν κάνει θόρυβο εκτός από το στύψιμο. Ικανοποιητικό πλήθος προγραμμάτων. Αρνητικά: Στην συσκευασία του πλυντηρίου δεν παρέχεται το ειδικό κατσαβίδι για την αφαίρεση των στηριγμάτων του κάδου, αναγκάστηκα να τα αφαιρέσω με πένσα και ταλαιπωρήθηκα πολύ ενώ παραλίγο να τραυματιστώ στα δάχτυλα. Το πρόγραμμα ατμού πρακτικά δεν είναι ατμού, περιστρέφεται ο κάδος με ρούχα χωρίς καθόλου νερού και μετά από 10 λεπτά εισάγει λίγο νερό, στο τέλος βγαίνουν βρεγμένα ρούχα τα οποία δεν φοριούνται αλλά πρέπει να στεγνώσουν. Οι χρόνοι πλύσης που αναφέρει ο πίνακας του πλυντηρίου είναι μόνο ενδεικτικοί και κατά προσέγγιση, μπορεί να αλλάξουν ανάλογα το βάρος των ρούχων, την θερμοκρασία, αλλά και χωρίς αιτία, π.χ στο πρόγραμμα λευκών το πλυντήριο τελειώνει σε 10 λεπτά λιγότερο, στο πρόγραμμα φρεσκαρίσματος και ατμού αντί για 10 λεπτά διαρκεί 30 λεπτά περίπου, στο πρόγραμμα των μεικτών σήμερα πήγε στο 0:01 και έκανε 5 λεπτά παραπάνω, έπρεπε να προσέξει περισσότερο η Whrilpool κατά των σχεδιασμό των συστημάτων του πλυντηρίου και την ένδειξη των χρόνων πλύσης. Κατά τα άλλα, ελπίζω να είναι ένα πλυντήριο που θα μας αντέξει για χρόνια.
The washing machine is perfect for its price. It washes clothes very well. It has many practical washing programs. The only negative is that it makes a little more noise. Otherwise, it is flawless. It takes them out in 10 minutes and they just have a little moisture. In a few minutes, you can wear them normally. It is worth the money and more.
Το πλυντήριο είναι τέλειο για τα χρήματα του. Πλένει πολύ καλά τα ρούχα. Έχει πολλά και πρακτικα προγράμματα πλύσης. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι κάνει λίγο θόρυβο παραπάνω. Κατά τα άλλα είναι άψογο. Ωραίο μεγάλο πορτάκι για να παίρνει μεγάλα ρούχα όπως παπλώματα. Επίσης έχει σύστημα φρεσκαρισματος. Βάζεις έως 3-4 ρούχα και σε λίγα λεπτά στα φρεσκάρει απομακρύνοντας όσμες. Τα βγάζει σε 10' λεπτά και απλά έχουν λίγη υγρασία. Σε λίγα λεπτά τα φοράς κανονικά. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του με το παραπάνω.

Apart from some long programs it has, the MIXED program lasts one hour at 40 degrees. It has a half-hour rapid program, but at 30 degrees. It has a steam system for clothes (STEAM) and a FRESH CARE program for when clothes need to stay in the washing machine drum after washing and until they are hung up. The door of the 9kg drum is huge, to accommodate duvets. The 1400 revolutions per minute will not be necessary (1000 to 1200 is enough), but I will come back in a while when all the programs have been tested
