It brightens, provides uniformity, and adds a touch of fashion color to the hair. It is ammonia-free and has no lightening power.

Application:
- Mix exclusively with Oxibel Cromatone Meteorites in a 1+1 ratio.
- Apply preferably on bleached hair or natural hair with a minimum level 9 (very light blonde) for 5-15 minutes, depending on the needs or porosity of the hair.
- All toners can be mixed with each other for more unique results.
