Quite fair for its price. Although it is made of plastic, it does its job perfectly. I haven't encountered any issues with rotation, although a small accessory that helps support the containers came off, without affecting its functionality of course. It has two openings for the use of spices, one large hole and a set of "small" holes, which are quite big and not very useful. Another problem I faced is the difficulty in opening the lids, fearing that something might break.

It works fine, meaning it spins. But the spices come out from the edges of the lid and not just from the holes that you shake it from, it is not made well enough. Also, to remove the lid and put something inside, you will struggle. They are made quite poorly overall and it is very difficult to remove the lids, your hands hurt after 5-6 uses.

For its price, it is decent. It is made of plastic and the jars are comfortable, but if someone wants to store spices and have the jars sealed airtight, it is not suitable.
