    We have a big, non-ergonomic kettle. It boils water quickly. Without the lid, you can't hold it because the handle is on top. Even with the lid closed, the steam burns you. The quality of the materials and how much it can withstand will be shown over time. The disadvantage is that you will get burned, whether with the lid open or closed. 26/3/2024 I come back to tell you that, my dear ones, you won't be able to even hold the lid
