    All the new Hitachi models with the new fluids have an error and have a problem with the board that needs to be upgraded! It happened to me after 2 weeks of use and they still haven't sent me the upgraded board after 5 months! Stay away from Hitachi!!

    I installed it in the spring of 2021. At first, it didn't work well and the circulator broke, but it was probably due to the power supply cable. We changed it, and since then I have been using it all summer of 2021 for hot water and I never turn it off, except when I am away for a long time. In winter, I have 21 degrees in a 60sqm space, and in summer, I lower the thermostat temperature so that the radiators do not operate and I set the DHW to 43 degrees. So far, from the beginning of spring 2021 until today, 18/11/2024, four years later, it has consumed 5028 kWh. I haven't even serviced it. It has been good for me.
