    I have had it since 23/12/25, it makes noise at low speeds in heating mode, the indoor unit, and the noise comes from the outdoor unit. The service representatives have come twice for 30 minutes and say it doesn't make noise and that this is how the machine is. I asked for a replacement and they said they won't do it because there is nothing wrong. The noise remains the same, and I am forced to throw it away because I can't stand the noise anymore.

    I start by saying that I work as an assistant refrigeration technician. I have 1 in my studio apartment, 2 in our shop, and 2 9,000 BTU units in my parents' house. They are quiet (if you put the air on full, you can hear it a little bit more, but within a reasonable range). Excellent performance, the studio apartment drops from 29 to 27 degrees in 20 minutes. Daily consumption (for the 12,000 BTU unit) is 12 kWh even if it runs all day and night. Personally, I run it at 28 degrees on eco mode at night and from 27 to 29 degrees during the day, depending on the outside temperature (below 26 degrees it starts to get quite cold in the room). Due to my work, I can say that the build quality is quite good for the money, definitely an 8/10 for quality. We have not received any complaints or issues from customers so far (last 2 years). Overall, it is value for money in one phrase.

    In 2 months, it presented a problem and stopped working by dropping the central unit, our supplier told us to install a voltage stabilizer, the problem was the power. We installed a stabilizer for 60 euros and the problem continued, our company informed us that this 9,000 BTU model had a problem with the circuit board and it would need to be replaced. After 4 months, they sent us another circuit board that did not fit the machine, we returned it and they sent us another one (without any design or instructions). Our electrician could not install it because it was not the same. We will send it back. The issue is that you buy a new machine, pay for it, and find yourself in trouble. When a new machine has a problem, the company should send its own technician to fix the problem instead of leaving us without an air conditioner for 6 months and making us pay for the mistakes and weaknesses of NOEDSTAR.

    I have had it since 23/12/25, it makes noise at low speeds in heating mode, the indoor unit, and the noise comes from the outdoor unit. The service representatives have come twice for 30 minutes and say it doesn't make noise and that this is how the machine is. I asked for a replacement and they said they won't do it because there is nothing wrong. The noise remains the same, and I am forced to throw it away because I can't stand the noise anymore.

    I start by saying that I work as an assistant refrigeration technician. I have 1 in my studio apartment, 2 in our shop, and 2 9,000 BTU units in my parents' house. They are quiet (if you put the air on full, you can hear it a little bit more, but within a reasonable range). Excellent performance, the studio apartment drops from 29 to 27 degrees in 20 minutes. Daily consumption (for the 12,000 BTU unit) is 12 kWh even if it runs all day and night. Personally, I run it at 28 degrees on eco mode at night and from 27 to 29 degrees during the day, depending on the outside temperature (below 26 degrees it starts to get quite cold in the room). Due to my work, I can say that the build quality is quite good for the money, definitely an 8/10 for quality. We have not received any complaints or issues from customers so far (last 2 years). Overall, it is value for money in one phrase.

    In 2 months, it presented a problem and stopped working by dropping the central unit, our supplier told us to install a voltage stabilizer, the problem was the power. We installed a stabilizer for 60 euros and the problem continued, our company informed us that this 9,000 BTU model had a problem with the circuit board and it would need to be replaced. After 4 months, they sent us another circuit board that did not fit the machine, we returned it and they sent us another one (without any design or instructions). Our electrician could not install it because it was not the same. We will send it back. The issue is that you buy a new machine, pay for it, and find yourself in trouble. When a new machine has a problem, the company should send its own technician to fix the problem instead of leaving us without an air conditioner for 6 months and making us pay for the mistakes and weaknesses of NOEDSTAR.
