The Corfu Brewery was founded in 2006 in Corfu, with the aim of investing in innovative products with respect for the traditions and culture of the region. It produces fresh beer with a short shelf life exclusively in refrigerators with a production date so that the consumer can see when it was produced and not just when it expires, a unique proposition for the Greek market. All Corfu Brewery beers are a fresh (live) product, they have not undergone pasteurization, stabilization, and to a large extent are unfiltered. This is the significant difference they have with industrial beers.
The Corfu Red Ale Special red, top-fermented, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beer made from caramelized malt and yeasts with fruity aromas. Light and subtle aroma with the malt and hops alternating, but also with notes of fruit and traces of caramel.
Discreetly sweet, fruity taste with dominant malt, yeast, and notes of spices. Medium duration aftertaste, almost sweet and fruity that subtly turns bitter afterwards.
