It works perfectly on the Canon M50, I see no reason to go for the original Canon battery that costs 50 euros. You get 3 for the same price! As for the duration, it's logical for it to last 2-3 hours, maybe 4 hours with eco mode and only the electronic viewfinder. For video, you will definitely get around 2 hours. It fully charges in 1 to 1.30 hours. We would certainly like something faster and more efficient, but those are offered in the 500-600 euro range for mirrorless cameras
