This book is an essential aid for the sixth-grade student, as it aligns with the modern approach to teaching Mathematics.

It is organized into sections and fully covers the material of the school book: it follows the lessons - chapters found in the school manual and approaches each mathematical problem according to the new teaching guidelines.
Each chapter includes:

- Detailed presentation of the theory in simple and understandable language. The steps of the work are presented, and knowledge assimilation is achieved through the use of tables, diagrams, and apt examples
- Complete and detailed answers to all exercises and problems in the Student's Book and the Workbook
- Supplementary exercises and problems that help reinforce new knowledge

At the end of each section, a test with revision exercises on the entire section's material is provided. With this test, the student has the opportunity to check their knowledge and prepare for the revision exam at school.

A glossary of mathematical concepts follows, where the concepts are listed alphabetically so that the student can easily and quickly find their meanings.

At the end of the book, answers to all supplementary exercises and problems, as well as to the exercises of the revision tests, are provided.

Natural numbers are numbers that start from 0 and go up to... infinity! They represent quantity (e.g., 196 students), order (e.g., 5th Elementary School), size (e.g., €8), communication code (e.g., Postal Code 12461), etc. All are formed using the ten digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 (choosing any digits you want, arranging them in any order, and using each as many times as you like). Depending on the number of digits, they are called: single-digit (e.g., 5, 7), two-digit (e.g., 22, 64), three-digit (e.g., 231, 789), multi-digit (e.g., 6,503, 12,456). Multi-digit numbers are easier to read when we separate them from right to left with a period into three-digit groups. All natural numbers have a previous natural number (except for 0), which is obtained by subtracting one, and a next number, which is obtained by adding one.
