    All the knives of the company are wonderful, but in Greece they are sold at double the price compared to the rest of Europe, it's a regular theft. You can find this knife for under 40€

I sharpen it with a cheap Naniwa stone for €14 at 1000 grit at a 17-degree angle on each side and it becomes razor-sharp! At €35, it is the best price in Europe at the moment.
