Everything mentioned in the comments is really true; the headphones are extremely comfortable and their sound isolation is excellent! I am satisfied with the sound itself, although I admit it seemed a bit strange at first, but I believe it is due to the fact that I had been using earbuds for years and wasn't used to large headphones with surround sound (which I would say is perfect surround). However, I think I should inform you about a problem I encountered. When trying to connect the headphones to my laptop, there was no issue using the 3.5 jack, but after downloading the Razer app for further sound settings and using the TXH through the sound card (via USB), the sound was terrible with interruptions, "clicks," and fluctuations. I eventually solved the problem after two days of research online where I saw others had the same issue. Apparently, about eleven months ago, a major update was released that caused problems on various devices, but with several other updates, Razer tried to fix it. So if anyone encounters the same problem, they essentially need to uninstall the Razer app and download the latest version and set the headphones as the main audio output on their laptop. This could be a reason for me to give 4 stars, but given all the other features, I give it 5, but I will revisit in the future if something changes. I recommend them; in any case, I have no other complaints, the microphone is satisfactory and detachable, the headphones themselves have a very nice color and come in a very stylish case. Very good choice for anyone who spends a lot of time on the PC. They have good surround sound for those interested, and very good isolation/application.
With Razer's software, they have two modes. One with much more dynamic sound and better surround for gaming, etc., and one with better quality and sound balance.
The only issue is that they can't operate simultaneously, so if you're listening to music while playing, it will sound a bit strange.
The best part for me is how comfortable and lightweight they are. They don't tire me out even if I wear them for many hours.
The microphone is quite good for a headset and is detachable.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that they have the classic problem that all Razer products have, the Volume Knob. The potentiometer that controls the volume is guaranteed to break over time, resulting in different volume levels between the left and right.
I had two pairs; the first one broke after about 10 months, I replaced it under warranty, and it broke again in six months. For the second pair, I've decided not to use it at all and to adjust the volume only from the computer; it's been almost 9 months, and so far it has held up.
Finally, I should clarify that I use them with the sound card they come with, meaning via USB. I imagine it would be worse if I used them with the jack, but I don't know.

Either I don't know about headphones or most of the reviews have been sponsored by Razer for a good rating. The surround sound is terrible... the bass is mediocre to awful, comfort... fine, microphone is fine but I'm sorry, I didn't buy headphones for a good microphone but to take my gaming experience to the next level like all of us here, my previous headsets were very low budget, the first at €24.99 and the most recent at €40. And honestly, I'm telling you, the sound was much better and much more detailed. Thank you to all the Razer sheep who led me to buy these headphones. Victim of marketing, victim of capitalism. I hope you who are reading this think twice before making your purchase... I am not at all satisfied, I'm barely crying over my money... I have a 2-year warranty, I wish something would happen so I could get my €80 back... Good evening, one week after using the product I think I am very satisfied after all, the surround is very satisfactory in the end... the next day it was as if it fixed itself... the bass is very good and they are quite loud, and comfortable of course after long use, I have issues with the microphone but I think it just needs a little adjustment in the Razer settings... so I will update on how that went in another phase, the headphones are good but I think they are very, very expensive resulting in me not being sure if I would choose them again in case they break in the future... but if nothing else, they do their job well one week after the purchase... talk to you in a month!!

Let's keep it simple and short:

1) Perfect microphone. With the right settings, the microphone is like a professional one for Podcasts.

2) Very good sound. With the EQ setting option, you can "shake" your brain from the bass and the sound, which is crystal clear and has THX Spatial Sound & Surround Sound.

3) It is VERY, VERY LIGHT! I forget I'm wearing them. It's a design marvel. With such quality materials being so light, like a feather.

4) Many options for effects and additions to the microphone and headphone EQs. You can customize your sounds from scratch and how the headphones react to every detail! For gamers and music lovers, this is extremely useful.

5) Plug & Play: Once I connected it, it worked. No further knowledge or settings are needed if you're a casual type who just wants the simplest. Just plug them in and boom. Ready. However, for the tech nerds who want to go through special settings, that option is also available.

6) Very nice and quality buttons that do not wobble and are very stable. A microphone mute button and a very addictive and smooth "dial" for headphone sound adjustment (NOT WINDOWS, THE HEADPHONES).

7) The Special Edition I got comes in a very nice and cute package with an extremely quality case with nice colors and materials and 3 pockets with quality zippers.

8) They do not heat up and do not make you hot. Especially for summer with the heat, your ears won't sweat as they are cool and have special Gel that prevents sweat, etc.

9) And finally, ambient sound. It neither does this well nor poorly. It cancels out quite a few noises around you but you can comfortably hear if your mother is calling you to take out the trash (let's add a bit of humor).

Well.... what can I say about these headphones. First of all, I will start with the build quality: they are comfortable and very lightweight without making them cheap. The two wires for adjusting the headphones to each earcup seem cheap and like they won't hold, but I was wrong. They have very soft cushions on both the earcups and the headband, which makes them comfortable for extended use. For gaming, the sound is excellent as it immediately allows me to understand where the enemy's footsteps are coming from in games like Counter-Strike, giving me the impression that I have wallhacks (take it from Axel, not me). For music, I didn't expect much, but I was impressed by the quality of the soundstage. You can really distinguish where the bass, mids, and highs are coming from, which didn't disappoint me at all for gaming headphones. We're talking about detailed sound and with the use of an equalizer, a fairly flat sound, if not with emphasized bass, which I like because I don't feel the bass as "muddy". It's worth noting that the headphones come with a sound card and a detachable microphone, which I didn't have the opportunity to use since I have the Razer Seiren Mini, another good microphone from the company. TL;DR: These headphones are definitely worth their price and more, and I consider them a decent investment in headphones that will not only last but also be enjoyable to use during their lifespan. I will simply tell you things so that you don't waste your money. First of all, I bought the kraken about 2 years ago. Of course, I'm not here to evaluate the kraken but the v2. However, it's worth mentioning that the kraken were simply useless for the first 2 months. The cushions started releasing all the filling and there was a color as if you had put it in galvanized. Also, the wheel was problematic from the beginning and after 2 months, you simply couldn't lower it because it lost balance on the right and left. Simply put... I wasted 50 euros. Okay, I said I'll go and buy the v2 from a well-known chain for 120 euros, they should be good... WRONG. As soon as I opened the box, the truth is that I was amazed because they look very high quality... I put them on, listened to them, and yes, they have AMAZING sound. BUT... after about 3 months, the problem with the wheel and these starts. When I have them at maximum, it gives to the left and when I lower it, it gives to the right. And here we are talking about 120 euro headphones that are essentially useless since the balance DOES NOT WORK IN 3 MONTHS correctly when you increase or decrease the volume. I also fell for the marketing... I will never touch a euro in this company again. The build quality is really a joke. Do not fall into the trap of advertising. I wrote my opinion and what I experienced with 2 razer headphones... nothing more.
