The Lodge lid for a cast iron skillet turns it into a covered pan and helps reduce oil splatter while frying. It is suitable for use on induction, ceramic and electric cooktops, gas stoves, in the oven, on BBQ grills and over an open fire.

Hand-wash with mild soapy water and dry immediately, even before first use. After washing, lightly coat with vegetable oil to maintain the protective seasoning. Not recommended for use in a microwave or dishwasher.
