- Appearance: Reddish brown with bright orange highlights. Compact foam.

- Taste: Excellent balance between sweetness and smoky sensation that tastefully covers the hops. Ultimately, the malt prevails. The aftertaste retains the sausage flavor.
A special beer from Bavaria with an intense smoky flavor, subtle aromas of olive and hops, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is called Marzen because the beer was originally brewed only in March (Marz is the German word for March). This is also the reason for the slightly higher alcohol content to maintain the quality of the beer during the summer and before the artificial cooling process.
