I'm writing this in case it helps someone like me. Heavy smoker here, rolling Old Holborn 20-25 a day, we're talking about addiction... With this liquid and the Relax from the same company (at 12 and 9 mg nicotine respectively), I haven't missed cigarettes from one day to the next for a month now. Incredible. This one is perfect with coffee—which was the hardest part for me—, the Relax pairs amazingly with whiskey at night.
(General advice for newcomers to vaping like me, after a lot of reading and talking with many vape shop owners: Don't rush to lower your nicotine mg quickly, it's not a 'competition' or a marathon. It's better to start with 9mg nicotine and keep it for as many months as you want and feel good and don't smoke any cigarettes at all, rather than immediately going to 6-3-0 for example and eventually not making it and lighting a cigarette in a moment of weakness after two months. Everything will happen, gradually!)
*I use the liquids with the Aspire Vilter Max pod with 1.0 coil—a bit tighter draw compared to the 0.8 coil, almost like a cigarette—, everyone recommended it to me as the ideal first pod for newcomers to vaping. I hope I helped because I was also looking for this information in comments/reviews 1-2 months ago.
Το γράφω μπας και βοηθήσω κανέναν σαν εμένα. Βαριά καπνίστρια εδώ, στριφτό old holborn 20-25 τη μέρα, μιλάμε για εξάρτηση... Με αυτό εδώ το υγρό και με το Relax της ίδιας εταιρίας (σε 12 και 9 mg νικοτίνης αντίστοιχα) δεν μου λείπει πλέον το τσιγάρο από τη μια μέρα στην άλλη εδώ και μήνα. Απίστευτο. Το συγκεκριμένο είναι τέλειο με τον καφέ -που μου ήταν και το πιο δύσκολο-, το Relax ταιριάζει φοβερά με ουίσκι το βράδυ.
(Γενική συμβουλή για νέους στο άτμισμα σαν εμένα, έπειτα από πολύ διάβασμα και συζήτηση με πολλούς vapeshopάδες: Μην βιάζεστε να κατέβετε γρήγορα σε mg νικοτίνης, δεν είναι 'διαγωνισμός', ούτε μαραθώνιος. Καλύτερα να ξεκινήσει κάποιος με 9άρα νικοτίνη και να την κρατήσει όσους μήνες θέλει και νιώθει καλά και δεν ανάβει καθόλου τσιγάρα, παρά να πάει άμεσα σε 6-3-0 πχ και τελικά να μην αντέξει και στο δίμηνο σε στιγμή αδυναμίας να ανάψει τσιγάρο. Όλα θα γίνουν, σταδιακά!)
*Τα υγρά τα χρησιμοποιώ με το pod Aspire Vilter Max με 1.0 αντίσταση -λίγο πιο σφιχτή τζούρα είναι αυτή σε σχέση με την 0.8 αντίσταση, σαν τσιγάρο σχεδόν-, μου το πρότειναν όλοι ότι σαν πρώτο pod για νέους στο άτμισμα είναι ιδανικό. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα γιατί έψαχνα κι εγώ πριν 1-2 μήνες αυτές τις πληροφορίες σε σχόλια/κριτικές.
