The Semeli Winery is located on a fertile 22-acre estate overlooking the lush plain and vineyards. It is situated at an altitude of 580 meters in Koutsi Nemea, the finest sub-region of the area.

The continuous exposure of the vineyards to the sun, the poor soil, and the ideal altitude, combined with the sea breeze from the Corinthian Gulf, offer the best conditions for grape ripening. Agiorgitiko matures slowly, acquiring high sugar concentration and noble tannins as well as a deep crimson color with crisp acidity.

The maturation takes place with 50% in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, with an additional 12 months of bottle aging before its release on the market.
