Δεν γνωρίζω. Αν το ψάξεις στο google μπορεί να βρεις τη λύση π.χ. reset του εκτυπωτή κλπ. Αν δεν βρεις λύση προτείνω να επικοινωνήσεις με την υποστήριξη της Epson τηλεφωνικά.
