Bombay Sapphire is produced based on a recipe from 1761. The production is not done in the traditional way, that is by boiling, but through a process of extraction, during which the alcohol passes through the herbs in the form of vapors. This allows every subtle aroma to be fully absorbed.
Natural aromas combine to create a delicate, fragrant taste of citrus and wild cypress, rich and exotic spices with a hint of sweetness. Its taste is smooth, light but also peppery.
