    Build quality of the Fibaro Z-Wave smart sensor is excellent. It can be connected to various conventional devices and transform them into smart devices, such as binary on/off switches and many others. It has inputs and outputs. I connected it to an electric float, but... I bought it for SmartThings, but because it had bugs, I had to update its firmware, which can only be done through the Fibaro hub, luckily I had it available. After the upgrade, it worked flawlessly with SmartThings.
