The Shule 428.82 manual pasta and dough sheeter is made entirely of stainless steel. Its 7-position adjuster lets you set the dough thickness from 0.3 to 3 mm, while the clamp secures it to a countertop or table. It makes lasagne, fettuccine, tagliolini and pasta sheets 18 cm wide.

The handle has a plastic cover. Before first use, wipe the machine with a dry cloth and pass a piece of dough through it at least three times, covering the entire cutting width. Discard the dough used for this initial cleaning, then wipe the machine again with a dry cloth. Clean it using a small brush or toothbrush; do not use metal or sharp objects, and do not wash the machine in a dishwasher.
