The photos speak for themselves, a 5-year-old washing machine. Unacceptable.

We have the same issue that I’m reading here from others too: the door has rusted quite a lot, this is not acceptable for a washing machine, really! The programs are also not satisfactory overall, but it washes decently. Also, the detergent drawer is quite difficult to clean. I would not recommend it; in less than five years it needs replacing

Apart from the rust on the lid and elsewhere, the level sensor broke and the clothes came out dry even though it was replaced.
Very noisy during spinning even though it has been balanced, water leaks after filling and during spinning, and the company's technician, while it was under warranty, disabled the water detection protection in the washing machine's basin.
The 7 kg of clothes obviously do not fit by volume, it refers to them being wet.
I am changing it with complete disappointment

It didn't even last 5 years.. obviously it's a manufacturing defect but the importer turns a blind eye.

I will say exactly the same, the door has rotted and rusted, unacceptable. There should be a collective lawsuit from everyone against the company for compensation. Everything has a problem and instead of replacing them en masse, they pretend not to notice.

I bought it in November 2021. Incredible noise, long programs, terrible washing. The worst? THE LID AT THE TOP RUSTED. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING IT. From what I saw in the reviews, it's a common issue. Money thrown away!

On 18/12 I made the purchase at 3:30. I put in a wash and then it showed F08... I'm waiting for a technician from the company... what can I say!!.. today a technician came on 8/1/2025 and in the end it needed reprogramming... and everything is okay.. the only thing he said was not to use the spin cycle at 1,200 RPM often.. only rarely.
Guys, if you want it to last a decade.. don't close the door and the drum... that's where all the high loads fall short...?

I have had it since 2017 and it is like new. After washing, leave the door open to let the moisture escape. Take a cloth to wipe the door from the drops and moisture. Clean the filter from time to time.

It lasted 6 years with a weekly cycle of about. I wasn't very satisfied with the washing quality, it didn't wash perfectly, plus it only had specific programs so I couldn't choose temperature everywhere. To wash the clothes well, it had to wash on the full cycle which was 3 hours. It rusted at the point that other people mention with photos and now it gives error F06 which costs about more than half of the original purchase price.

The metal part of the lid rusts. No matter how many times you change it after a year, it needs to be changed again. A problematic product that the company has never acknowledged and has not proceeded with any recall or even offered free repairs.

The bin broke after 2.5 years and the door rusted so much that it doesn't close properly. Don't waste your money! So many people who got burned are telling you this.

The lid gives you a feeling that it did NOT close properly. However, there is no problem (7 months of use every day 1-2 times)

Purchased for 319 euros three years ago. Still holds up without wear or rust. After each wash, we leave it open to dry. A fair choice for the money.

It washes well in general. It has many programs but I only use 2. The noise during spinning is exactly what the specifications state (67 dB, you can't call it quiet).

Although completely unbalanced, it took a little walk during spinning at 1200. It recovered with the help of its 4 anti-vibration legs.

The enamel and its plastics are not award-worthy.

The worst... money wasted. In 4 years, the lid started rusting. The dealership suggested a replacement for 90 euros + installation labor. Also, before it completely rusted, it started not washing clothes well and they smell.

The washing machine was purchased in early 2021 and is used daily for 2 adults and 2 small children. It washes quite well, is fairly quiet, and spins much better than the old one. I would say we are satisfied with the purchase but... About a year ago, I noticed that, as I saw in another comment, it started to peel off the color on the edge of the metal sheet on the door. The spare part is available but costs about 70€. Since it was out of warranty, I chose to repair it myself. The wear from rust was significant for a washing machine of only a few years, hence the 2 stars.

I have had it for 7 months and it supports a family of four. Everything is fine, except for the noise. It makes more noise than the previous washing machine I had, even during intermediate spins. It is not recommended for quiet hours (e.g., nighttime billing). Also, if someone wants to strictly follow the programs, after 7kg (which lasts 3 hours), the others are from 4kg and below. So the large capacity is a bit misleading...

After 2.5 years it holds up but makes a lot of noise. At the beginning, during, and at the end.

Owner for 2 months with 1-2 washes per week with a full drum, it is very good for students or couples. Suitable for space-saving.

Replaced a 19-year-old washing machine of the same brand. The only observation I have to make is that it makes about the same amount of noise as the old one, I expected it to be quieter. It has many programs, washes very well, its capacity is large for its size, and the price is very good. I hope it withstands the test of time.

It perfectly satisfies the needs of a student home, however it could also perfectly meet the needs of a family of three.

One star because from the first months the door started to rust .. I replaced it within the warranty period by an authorized technician and again from the first month it started to swell and rust. I have had it since 2017 and the only serious problem is this. Maybe it was a flaw in this specific washing machine

The washing machine is very new and I don't have an opinion yet, but so far everything is good. The company you recommended for the installation is unacceptable.

I have had it for about a month, it is very user-friendly, with a variety of programs and special functions, very satisfactory capacity, 5-year warranty from the manufacturer, very beautiful, modern, and with dimensions that are very convenient for small spaces. Once an error code appeared, but because I had selected some special settings and followed the troubleshooting suggested in the manual, the problem was resolved exceptionally. I don't give it 5 stars because I would like to see its durability over time. Also, very normal noise levels. Choose it.

Update: After 1.5 years now, it deserves the 5th star as well. It might need some programs for lower temperatures, i.e. at 30 degrees, etc. But overall, it is very good.

It does a very good job of squeezing and cleaning clothes. I have had it for a month and it seems to be of good quality and sturdy. I have it in the bathroom and even though the door is closed, when it spins, there is a piercing sound like a hammering from the motor. Overall, though, it seems good for its price. It replaced a 5kg whirlpool with overloading that we had for 13 years and it was worn out. We changed it because it didn't clean the clothes properly, even though it worked until the last moment. In the 13 years we had it, we only had to change one resistance! And with young children, in the first few years, we did 2-3 loads of laundry daily!

I bought it on 26-02-21 and so far it's okay. It makes a little noise, almost nonexistent. Only at the end of the cycle can you hear it a little. With the door closed, you can't hear anything. The clothes come out almost dry with very little water. It drains very well and cleans stains very well. It removed a paint stain for me. I have the Whirlpool TDLR 7220SS model, and the comments refer to this model. I don't know about its durability over time, as I've had it for a short while. It's perfect for 2 people and can fit a thin fleece blanket.
