Preparation Method

  • Boil the water to 100°C.
  • When the water reaches the correct temperature, pour it directly onto the tea bag.
  • Leave it for at least 5-7 minutes.
  • When it's ready, remove the tea bag, otherwise your drink will become bitter.

Extra tip: The quality of the water is directly connected to the quality of the tea. Always use tap water or filtered water and boil it in a kettle or pot.

Green
It is rich in antioxidant ingredients that contribute to fighting oxygen free radicals. It is made from leaves and buds of Camellia sinensis that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to produce oolong and black tea. There are several varieties of green tea, which differ significantly based on the variety of C. sinensis used, growing conditions, gardening methods, production processing, and harvest time. 2. *Oxidation is the process where the leaf changes color from green to light brown and then dark brown. The more it oxidizes, the darker the tea and stronger in taste compared to other types of tea.
