Get rid of snails and slugs using Gemma's special Carakol bait. Apply it after rains and watering, when snails come out to feed on the crops.

A bait that doesn't melt!

The effect of moisture on the grain of Carakol Gemma does not affect the product compared to other branded baits in the Greek market. After being immersed in water for 18 hours, the grain of Carakol Gemma remained stable.

Application Method

Carakol Gemma is available in a package with a special opening for easier application. Scatter effortlessly, as much as you need, and store the rest for future use.

In case of dispersion with special machinery for larger areas, use appropriate granular spreading equipment around plants and trees. Carakol is applied in the sowing line around plants and trees in a width of 20 cm or in strips around crops to prevent the migration of snails from other areas.

Application Crops

Nurseries, greenhouses, vegetable gardens, floricultural crops, orchards, vineyards, cultivated fields.

Targets

Snails, slugs (Limax, Arion).

Dosage

Dosage: 0.7-1 kg / acre.

Observations

  • The range of action is proportional to the population of snails/slugs. In tree crops, the amount of the product per tree is approximately 30 grams.
  • The application of the pesticide is done in spring or autumn, when the snails are active.
  • Avoid application when rain is expected.
  • Avoid watering for at least two (2) days after the bait application.
