The other aspect I was interested in was the latency, and I’m happy to report that it has almost zero (if not zero). Note that at first, I couldn't achieve more than 30Hz, but it turned out to be one of the HDMI cables I had plugged in, so be careful that the cables support 4K 60Hz.
