The EKA MKF 1064 BM electric combi oven combines convection cooking with direct-injection steam, adjustable across 10 levels. It has capacity for 10 trays measuring 60 × 40 cm, with 8 cm spacing, and supports semi-static and forced-air cooking. The digital control panel offers 100 programs and up to 10 cooking phases.

The cooking chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, as are the oven’s interior and exterior. The door opens to the right and can be set to open at 60°, 90°, 120° or 180°. The oven also features a USB port on the right-hand side and a water-collection tray in the door. GN trays are not included.
