    In a previous comment, I read that the 10.5kg is only for wool. This is incorrect for this particular model according to the instructions for cotton and eco programs, it is up to 10.5kg. The duvet can be easily washed without any problem in the spin cycle and it is king size. I haven't tried the steam program, so I can't give an opinion on that. The problem is different, it doesn't have a quick wash option. Meaning, if you want to wash cotton at 60°C, it will take 3 hours and 21 minutes, even if you have a few clothes inside. It also makes quite a bit of noise. Maybe I wouldn't have chosen it if I had this information from the seller

    Nice washing machine but I have a serious complaint that the saleswoman did not clarify for me. I bought a washing machine for 10.5kg and she didn't explain to me that 10.5kg is only for wool, I can't put any other fabric like linen, etc. up to 10.5kg inside, the drum doesn't spin. Only the drum doesn't spin, of course I also put a large duvet and it doesn't spin, but having to use only the wool function to put 10.5kg weight is wrong. What does "only wool" mean? All fabrics should be able to handle this, they didn't clarify this for me, you should ask, guys...

The duvet can be easily washed without any problem in the spin cycle and it is king size. I haven't tried the steam program, so I can't give an opinion on that. The problem is different, it doesn't have a quick wash option. Meaning, if you want to wash cotton at 60°C, it will take 3 hours and 21 minutes, even if you have a few clothes inside. It also makes quite a bit of noise. Maybe I wouldn't have chosen it if I had this information from the seller
