I decided to write this review after seeing some comments that it is not pleasant, it is difficult to use, it doesn't do anything, etc. It is definitely not as pleasant, just like it is not pleasant to have a procedure done, especially in this area where it is very likely to reoccur after a while. I advise you to try it before deciding to have a procedure done.

It does what it says and more, it is worth the money. Of course, the degree of each person's problem determines the usage/treatment needed. And be careful, the usage only applies to hemorrhoids and NOT to stretch marks, so make sure you know what your problem is.

With a little patience, it has results from the first day itself. My wife had a problem at least 2-3 times a year, and she always struggled for many days with creams, etc. She even had a procedure done, but after a while, they reappeared. After using ANUREX, she simply forgot about them!

With the upcoming birth (2015), I did research to find something more effective than what she had tried until that moment, along with the procedure. We decided to try it as a last resort. From the first day itself (4 uses per day), she saw a difference and in 3-4 days they had disappeared. However, she continued the treatment a little less frequently for about 2-3 weeks, around 2 months before giving birth.

The results were remarkable, they did not appear during childbirth or afterwards. However, she did another treatment a few months later without any discomfort, as a preventive measure.

If I remember correctly, the product has a "life" of 1-2 years after the first use (according to the instructions), after that, the gel inside does not maintain the correct temperature, making it uncomfortable to use and not recommended (you will understand this as she did).

Since then, she has not been bothered by them again...

I write more to justify the negative comments and possibly guide potential buyers.
First of all, it is impossible to act without the advice of your doctor, and let me explain why.
The best solution initially is to have a sigmoidoscopy to see what you are suffering from.
If it is a fissure, then the product can only cause harm. Because a fissure requires different treatment and warm/slightly hot baths, let alone a frozen product. Also, the fissure may be small and hidden among your hemorrhoids.
If there is no fissure and the problem is focused on the hemorrhoids, then (as in my case) the product helped much more than any medication, ointments, and diets. Within 6 minutes, they shrunk in size, the area became less red, and the pain stopped because there was now a numbing sensation. Gradually, the constant pain became discomfort, then minor discomfort, and finally a normal state. The hemorrhoids do not disappear. They are there, but they are "dormant," inactive, not bleeding properly. From then on, strict diet and whatever else you can find to avoid a crisis.
Of course, the degree of the problem also plays a role. Mine was of the third degree (with the fourth degree being the highest, which I did not have). Also, it is important whether there are any thrombosed hemorrhoids. That may change things because they have a crisis cycle that can last up to 20 days. I only had one, and it helped that one as well.
The solution of surgery (ligation, banding, laser) is temporary to permanent. In this case, your body, dietary habits, and possibly other factors (stress, etc.) play a role.
In summary, although I have spent a lot of money to address the problem, so far it seems that the 34 euros I spent are the ones that have made the most difference. Correct diagnosis first and then the advice of the treating physician.
