It wash very good. It's a very good washing machine. It do just what it has to do. Large door, easy to start, shows time to end. Functions Prewashing, Additional Rinse and Add if forget are very useful.

very good washing machine, it does its job. It has some programs that take HOURS but you can simply choose not to select them. When you get it, also get anti-vibration pads, because it moves around and rolls in the space. Also, the fabric softener yes it "takes" all of it, but it leaves some residues and after the wash it is full of water. For its price and for me at least for 5 washes a week, for a year it hasn't given me any issues.

For the use I make of it, it's super. The existing programs can be customized and tailored to your needs

Purchase of the washing machine in mid-January 2023 from a well-known chain of stores. In exactly one month, it presented a problem with one of the sensors with a corresponding indication on the screen. I consider this unacceptable for a company like LG! On Sunday, 19/02/2023, when the damage occurred, I reported it immediately and the damage was recorded at the LG dealership. The next morning, they called me to be informed about the damage and to schedule an appointment with a technician, who came on Tuesday, 21/02/2023, and after checking the washing machine, immediately repaired the damage. I have it for a year now, it does several washes on a weekly basis. The clothes have not suffered the slightest damage compared to a previous washing machine from another company. The washing machine worked continuously for almost 2 years without any problems. A few days ago, when it was spinning, it made a metallic noise that exceeded 90dB. Far away, far away, far away. I read the above good reviews and unfortunately I went and bought it. The washing machine is useless. Its quick program, which says 14 minutes, only takes 2 kilograms of clothes inside, even though it is 9 kilograms. Most programs only take a maximum of 4-5 kilograms, and the only programs you can fill the drum with are those that take an hour and a half or more. Also, if your clothes are not properly balanced, it throws an error and does not complete the wash, no matter if you put short sleeves with wool, for example. It doesn't drain the water and according to the technician, there is no manufacturing issue or problem with the drainage. So it's probably the motherboard. Also, the door leaks water.

The review is about the 9kg washing machine. I have had it since June 2022 and I am honestly very disappointed with LG (regarding the washing machine, because I am very satisfied with their TVs, in fact, the two I have are very good). It is a satisfactory washing machine in relation to its price. I have not found any disadvantages so far. Relatively quiet and clothes are satisfactorily clean. The only small drawback is that if you put a large amount of clothes, it adjusts to wash them in many hours (4+). WARNING: IF YOU INSTALL IT YOURSELF, REMOVE THE FOUR LARGE SCREWS FROM THE BACK THAT STABILIZE THE DRUM DURING TRANSPORTATION. 2024 (we're almost in 2025) and it still works perfectly. It doesn't raise the temperature, it doesn't make noise, and it washes flawlessly.

After more than 6 months of use, everything is good, and there are plenty of programs, and it is quiet and cleans clothes well, just like previous owners of this washing machine have said. But I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because during the spinning cycle, it gets very hot on top of the machine, where we usually place things. I don't know if it does this to others as well, but even at 400 rotations per minute, it gets quite hot. Hopefully, this won't be a problem in the future.
