The TP-LINK MC200CM v4 media converter converts 1000BASE-SX fiber-optic signals to 1000BASE-T over copper cable and vice versa. It supports multimode fiber-optic cables with SC connectors and extends the connection distance up to 0.55 km with 50/125 μm fiber or up to 0.22 km with 62.5/125 μm fiber. It can be used as a standalone device or with the TP-LINK TL-MC1400 Rackmount Chassis.
